The worst worst worst body shop that I know ever . They have my car for 1 month only to fix a fender and every time I called they said they will call me back but they didn't. The parts they put to my Toyota are very cheap parts and also scratch my tire ring, I didn't shouse this bad shop but my insurance forced me to used. Bad bad bad.

I had the best time at AFD. THEY really care about their customers and vehicles. Every one of the the front desk staff help and encouraged an easier time. Very fast and quick with their customer services. My estimator Bijan was the best from beginning to the end process. Very sweet, gentle and kind. He kept me up to date with the process of repairs. I love him and AFD for all their help of saving and building my car back together in one piece. AFDs company driver was awesome. He was quick with the drop off point. As one of the only Tesla Certified shops in the area I had to bring both of my Model 3s here for service. The first time was after being rear ended on the freeway; I was away from home for a month, but Zack kept communication via phone calls and email consistent and always called the same day there was a change. The second time was even better. Zack again maintained absolute professionalism and constant communication.
The ladies in the front office are a breeze to work with and I never had a sense of being put on hold or passed off any time I had a call. They were always knowledgeable about where Zack was with my vehicle and could answer most questions I had immediately.
As a nice bonus, Enterprise has a work station on site so I was able to get a rental during repairs pain free and without leaving the shop. WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BODY WORK!!!

I guess for the many great experiences there's got to be an occasional bad one. When I picked up my car after the repair, I found badly mismatched paint, a misaligned rear bumper, an inferior wheel alignment, bubbles in the clear coat and unsanded paint in the door sills. After their attempted fixes they gave me the car covered with contaminants that necessitated a clay bar treatment. They were very nice throughout the process but I ended up having the flaws corrected independently.

The BEST service I've received by ANY COMPANY EVER. All staff treated me professionally, with personal care and kindness. Paul was my service person and he was awesone. Car was repaired in timely manner, washed inside and outside. The tires were shining. These thoughtful things the dealer DOESN'T provide with their $1,000 plus servicing. My words can't express my deep appreciations. I'm still in awe. I recommend your motto to be We treat customers as we would like to be treated. I pray not to be involved in another accident but your kind treatment of me and my car made it ok. Thanks so very much.

I had a very good experience and I would recommend to anyone who needs body work done.

This is the second time I have had AFD perform body repairs. The experience was timely and flawless from beginning to completion. The workmanship is excellent as are the employees, including the estimator Paul and office staff. Chris' oversight is also excellent. I highly recommend this business to others.

They have done several repairs for us. Good and efficient.

A small fender bender left my car in dire need of a nose job. My experience with All Foreign and Domestic was fantastic from the start and kept getting better. Not only were the repairs done earlier than expected but the car came back to me washed and buffed and looking better than ever.
First, the gentlemen providing my estimate, Joe, did his best to ensure my car would not be totaled despite the borderline cost/worth analysis.
Second, because I don't have rental car coverage and needed to wait a week until the parts would be in a friendly mechanic assured me that I would be safe to drive around until they could repair the damage and even re-secured the hood with wire to replace the zip-ties I was using.
Third, I was given a ride home after dropping the car off and back to the shop to pick it up, a big help not needing to make arrangements with family.
All that on top of fantastic workmanship and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Did a fabulous job on my 2016 charger so when my 2016 Tahoe got wrecked I knew exactly where to go. I'm awaiting it right now.

Took them a while to get me my car back however I understand my car was not the only car there . The work these guys did on my baby , yes my car is my baby, is amazing !!! We got rear ended and my baby was tore up !! When I went for it, the paint job, everything was to the T!! If you take your car have patience remember your car is NOT the only car they gotta work on!! My Subaru Forrester sustained rear bumper damage while parked on a public street. Thankfully the driver left me a note on my windshield! She has Geiko insurance. All Foreign & Domestic is a Geiko approved body shop. My husband took the car in and drove home in a beautiful loaner car, a bright blue Hyundi Elantra! My car was restored in just 2 days!! I picked it up yesterday. The back bumper looks brand new! Vee Jay said they removed the bumper, did the repair, even fixed a few scratches from my doing, (removing large items from the back....) and repainted entire bumper!! And they did an AWESOME car wash!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Foreign and Domestic!!! 5 stars all the way..!!!!

Came here due to an accident. Saw great ratings and my brother recommended this place from when he had his car repainted so we chose this place. I'd say the paint job was fantastic; however, a few minor and obvious other things were not so much. And every little detail bothered me bc it was a brand new car that was only driven for 2 mo, it cost a LOT to get everything fixed, and it took forever to get it done and then we had to wait extra days, etc.

(From the accident, my car passenger front side was damaged badly from a car making an unsafe yield turn. My car tire and wheel/rim was scratched, broken bumper, broken headlights and fog lights, broken windshield fluid tank, the front frame of the car was pushed back, and alignment was off.

The car was scheduled to be completed in 30 days, but it took them at least a week past the 30 days and car rental was already over with. On the day we were supposed to pick the car up, we had to call the guy...he didn't even call us and they were closing in less than an hr. When we were there, we realized the "new" rims he said was newly ordered and replaced had a DENT. Plus the scratched tire was still the same scratched tires but they just cut off the hanging piece and admitted they were NEW. When we pointed out the dented rim, he said he will get it replaced by ordering another new one bc he doesn't know what happened to it but it will take another 2 days. We said that's fine bc the car was brand new, we wanted it back to its orig state and we need it to be worth the money getting it fixed...But we decided to ignore the scratched tire. As we were pulling out of the driveway, he called us back immediately to tell us that the rims were actually just rotated from one of the back ones. or said maybe it was from when they were fixing the alignment, etc. and then he asked one of his supervisors, but his supervisor said it couldn't have been from the alignment, but prob from when they installed it. So he said okay NVM. We left.

2 days past, he didn't get the rim yet so we had to wait through the weekend (total waiting another 4-5days) Finally on the day we picked the car up, drove it home, realized our tire pressure caps were missing, the windshield wipers were higher than usual, and the alignment still was NOT straight. We just said FORGET IT, we don't have any more time for this. Again, every little detail bothered me bc it was a brand new car that was only driven for 2 mo, it cost a LOT to get everything fixed, and it took forever to get it done, we had to wait extra days, etc. Why were the windshield wipers even touched in the first place? Idk, but we had to fix the wipers ourselves and find new caps for the tires...

I really don't know if we will be coming back here...maybe for paint jobs, but nothing else...

My two month old red Outback got scratched on two doors and a side
panel from the driver's window imploded on the freeway. AFD's repaint job was excellent and the car is back to being perfect again. GOOD JOB.

This is by far one of the best shops out there! John took care of me right away. This shop is very professional and has great customer service! It took one week for my vehicle to be fixed but it was due to normal things that take a process to fix. AFD always takes care of my family vehicles and delivers professional results. I work in customer service and congratulate this shop. Excellent work guys and gals!

Some people act like they don't like there job there leave your attitude outside your office. Other than that I was in and out picked up insurance check and belongings from previous car then I left.

Our 2009 Honda Civic needed front end repair after a collision. AFD handled everything. No excuses, no baloney, people so friendly and accommodating we couldn't believe it. The repair was perfect. I don't know how they do it, but the total experience was amazing. They even have an Enterprise rental rep there most of the time. I have never had this kind of experience from an auto-related business. A++++++++!
