Great spot for a quick bite. My wife and I stopped by for coffee & croissant. Croissants were great definitely recommend the chocolate & ham/cheese croissants. I would've give a 5 star of the coffee was mixed with sugar while being made.

This place is outstanding! They make everything on site from the croissants to baguettes and everything from scratch. The eggs Benedict was outstanding as well as the ham and cheddar omelet. Service was superb. We d go every day if we lived in Key West!

Delightful place right in the heart of the action on Duval. Great breakfast food for sure. Terrific service from the friendly staff. Love this place for the atmosphere and conversation opportunities. A+.

Amazing food, a must try. The Breakfast Bistro was the best breakfest sandwich I've ever had. Only minor compliants I had is a little on the pricey side and lack of seating... but this is Key West so that is to be expected.

Been in the keys for 4 days and this is the best place we've had food at so far. Just a simple burger and salad. But it was perfect. And it was also the smallest bill if had since coming down here.

You'll see the bakery steps up from the sidewalk, but don't miss the bistro, tucked away from the crowds and heat. Outside, yet cool and quiet. Breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, pastries with average prices for the area: ~$10-$15. Pastries and sandwiches to go available from the case in front.

I went walking down Duval street for breakfast at around 8AM. To my surprise this was one of the only places open so I walked in for a pastry. I was happy to see that they also made breakfast and quickly asked to be seated outside in the beautiful morning sun surrounded by trees and nature. I ordered the Americanos breakfast which consists of a delicious croissaint, three scrambled eggs with scallions on top, home fries, and a side of bacon. It was absolutely delicious and my favorite part was of course the croissant. The coffee is pretty good too and it was the perfect start to my day. Highly recommended by me if you are in Key West.

Ordered 2 beignets, a latte and a cappuccino. The coffees were undrinkable - even after cooling for a few minutes, I scalded my mouth quite badly as they had been made dangerously too hot. I had to buy a bottle of water to cool my burns and we had to put an entire glass of ice into them to cool them down to drinking temperature.

Overall very Bad experience at Croissants de France. First glance proves wrong as the decor and ambiance is welcoming until met with any one of the rude employees. Yes it was busy but is that not the time to remain calm and treat others with common courtesy (this is of course a service industry). I suppose this might have been overlooked if not for the food arriving cold, bland and uninspired.

Awesome find in key west. Outdoor patio was beautiful and shaded so it was super comfortable despite the heat. The service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious - definitely try a crepe. Extremely reasonable prices as well, less than $50 for the whole meal. They offer both morning and afternoon happy hour specials also. Will definitely be coming back next time I m here.

Found this place while looking for a coffee shop, by accident. It has great tasting coffee and delicious pastries, I prrsonally enjoyed the key lime beignet. The prices are very reasonable. All in all a great place to relax a while.

We had one breakfast in Key West, and as this place was right around the corner from Hemingway's house so it's the one we chose. It proved to be a great choice. We sat in the garden next to the fountain. Our server was super friendly and attentive. My classic eggs benedict and my husbands' wild mushroom omelette were both fantastic. If your in the Key West this is a great spot for breakfast.

Don t get the moose cake. Cake very dry, moose tastes like vegetable shortening, sugar and a little cocoa powder. I don t think they make the cake in house. Tastes like grocery store cake.
Stick with the croissants.

The espresso, crepes, and egg Benedict were all great! Service and atmosphere was relaxing. Be careful if you sit in the back porch area, tons of leaves/needles will fall on you and your food. Request a table with cover!

This is a very non-distinct bakery on Duval street, but every bit worth a visit.

The menu is limited, but the items are absolutely delicious. We tried three different pastries, including the key-lime pie and were amazed.

The person at the counter was super helpful - he helped us find a candle/lighter to celebrate the occasion too.

There don't appear to be any edible croissants in Key West, but this place was the worst of the worst. Croissants were doughy, not flaky. Tried twice, left most uneaten twice (during week of Sept. 9, 2019).

We came across this restaraunt for breakfast and loved it. It has a great atmosphere and excellent staff members. Our part of six each ordered different items from the menu and we were all impressed with the food. We highly recommend this restaraunt and can't wait to visit again.

They sell the same in the store as in the cafeteria but in the latter they triple the price.

This is such a cute quaint little place. The staff is really friendly and so attentive. The island rum drink with the hint of cinnamon was so good and refreshing. And our food was so great. Another must visit while in Key West. It's on Duval between Petronia and Olivia.

I have never posted or rated or anything the like, but...Croissants were fantastic! We got pear, ham and Swiss and chocolate when they first opened; still warm.... Definitely coming back.

So good we had to stop here twice during our trip. The outdoor seating area is surrounded by trees and even includes a small fountain. You won't be disappointed by their breakfast or lunch. I would highly recommend the Americano for breakfast. If you stop in later on give the curry chicken salad sandwich a shot. And of course, how can you leave without a few pastries from their bakery?

Good food with a large variety of pastries and coffee. Pastries are delicious, while the coffee was ok. The beignets are not the same as others we've had in New Orleans (baked not fried). I highly recommend a visit while you're in Key West.

If you're gluten-free, AVOID. Despite advertising on their website as being gluten-free friendly, when we checked it out in person, the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and frankly bitchy and annoyed with us. She claimed they've stopped making gluten-free items because they didn't sell, and that the only option was to make a entire batch of cookies or cupcakes a day in advance for full purchase. Which is fine, but she could have been nicer to us - I'm not entirely gluten-free (my partner is), but it completely put me off ever wanting to give them my business, no matter how tasty their croissants are.

This was my most frequented establishment during my recent week in Key West. The salmon eggs benedict blew me and my girlfriend away. Everyone was very nice that waited on us.

I had two for one mimosas on every visit, which was a pretty decent value for the area. You should probably check this place out if you want breakfast food.

They give away a lot of free desserts. Unfortunately, because of poor food and service. Not sure if it was an off day or not. Staff was nice but were in a rush. They also do not sanitize menus and other items passes from table to table. We waited 20 minutes to get coffee after ordering. The food was cold and greasy. Would not recommend.

Best Wedding Cakes Ever in Key West Fl @Croissant ...

Best Wedding Cakes Ever in Key West Fl @Croissant de France!! We got married on Fathers Day June 16, 2019. Lily made our cake; she is the best she called me; we talk, it was like we known each other for years. She stayed in contact with me. We took our wedding cake on the Sunset Dinner Cruise they delivered and it was already there waiting for us. I didn't feel the need to call and check because I knew she would handle it without a doubt. She's simply amazing. Check out my most beautiful wedding cake by Croissants de France! I love it so much and so did my guest plus the Captain and his mates on board they was more than happy to keep the rest as they know how good Croissants de France is. I would have kept it but it was only 7 of us so I shared the Love. Sharing Is Caring!! Thank you Lily & Croissant de France making our day the best day ever!!!! I highly recommend this place 1,000 STARS our rating overall.

Ate in lovely garden with babbling falls. Menu interesting & varied French - brioche French toast, buckwheat pancakes were great. Ample portions & delicious. Staff were attentive & friendly. Bakery next door has fantastic croissants, cakes & pastries. Ymm

Always nice when you can find a pleasant bakery. The croissants are just as I expected and as good as any bakery in Paris.

I did not, however, enjoy the Beignet. They reminded me more of a sugar donut than a New Orleans beignet... and also was served without the caramel sauce..

Every time I'm in Key West I must stop here. Flaky and scrumptious chocolate croissants, great coffee any way you want. Espresso style or American. Breakfast sandwiches to die for. Stop thinking about it and do it.
