Stay away and rent somewhere else! We lived here for one year. The apartments are old, counters are spray painted, cabinets are old, appliances are old and yet the rent is high. I expected better quality for what we paid. $2100 for a small one bedroom apartment which included a garage, not near our building. We had to deal with rattlesnakes in the grass and walkways all during the summer and fall months. It is extremely windy to where we could feel our building move. There s a reason the wind research area is just down the road. The management was slow to make any repairs and they will find a way to keep your security deposit regardless of the condition of the apartment when you move out. Look somewhere else to rent.
