They couldn't get the part and though I left my name and number several times to be called when they became available, they never called. Do not purchase a car from here! I did, there were problems the minute I left the sales lot. When calling the dealership you are told you will get a call back and it never happens. My "new" car was serviced 3 times within the 1st 45 days. When talking to the sales rep about getting into another vehicle I was told it could not be done. I am starting a 60 month finance contract with a car that continues to make me unhappy. Horrible experience at this car dealership!
It's should be noted, I contacted GM Peter Bloom twice (as he requested in his post below) and left voice messages requesting a call back, to no avail. This appears to be the culture throughout this dealership, where you are told you will receive a callback and no one ever calls. The issues in my vehicle are ongoing and this dealership does not care about meeting the customers needs. As Peter noted, I have a certified pre-owned vehicle which means nothing when no one wants to address the problems. Peter, I will continue to wait for your call.

I drove my car off of the lot on October 10th and have been the happiest driver on the road ever since. After having a terrible experience at a nearby dealership I decided to try my luck here. My job had a partnership with Ford anyway so I figured it couldn't hurt. When I walked in someone immediately came over and asked how they could help us. Brian was kind enough to explain how the discount with my job would work and then asked if I wanted to look at cars. There was ABSOLUTELY NO pressure. He told me to walk around and tell him what I liked and that's exactly what we did. When I found the car I liked he got the keys and let me take the car for a drive. When we returned he asked me what I wanted to do, and of course I left my deposit. He followed up with me that next Monday and I arranged to go in to sign the purchase order and my father looked at the car. He told me the car would be ready for pick up on Friday and asked if there was anything else I wanted. When the big day came my car was fully detailed and looking as fresh as ever. Stevens Ford is the BEST place in CT to make a purchase. My car has a 100,000/7 year warranty and it covers any major damages. It has been a dream come true for me! And the best part is I still keep in contact with them and they've followed up to make sure i was doing well with my Cinderella! Now that's what I call amazing customer service!

This was my nightmare: I brought my car in for my "free" recall. Of course they found other things wrong and I let them fix it. Then mysteriously a week later my belt just falls off my car, doesn't break, just falls off. My car was hard to steer so I thought they didn't fix the recall right. (That was the recall the power steering turning off while you're driving.) Now it's the water pump, belt, pulley, tension rod, and also I have an oil leak which is a big job to fix, and yes, I let them fix that too. To make my long sad story short, 2500 dollars later, my car is still leaking oil. Bring it back and they tell me that it's not leaking, that's from when it was leaking, just left over oil on the engine. Okay, I believed that like a dummy. Then a few weeks later my power steering goes out completely, and can't drive it at all, AND is still leaking oil. Don't want to, but have no choice but to bring it back for the recall. THIS IS WHAT THEY TELL ME: You only get one time to bring it in for the recall, and you already brought it in for that. So it's not covered. I call the manufacturer and they tell me the same thing. MY CAR IS WORSE NOW THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN THE FIRST TIME. You just can't make this stuff up! Needless to say, I had it towed somewhere else to be fixed. I wasn't going to give them one more penny of my money! I hope I can save someone else from this nightmare.

I wouldn't return for service based on the unorganized/unprofessional treatment but, the mechanics did a great job although, it took 3hrs to change 4 tires and service appointments are not available so, first come--first served. The real Ford service in the back of Steven's Ford is pretty good but, they don't want to work on anything but, new car warranty work and they send you to Quick Lane up front. Never received a call, no one in service department answered my voice mail messages, tried to contact them all day to see how the truck was going. At about noon that day a service guy was reached and they said someone was looking at it - well at 2:30 I had to get my truck to get home. It was never looked at and the service guy told me that the truck was never there - it was parked in front of the door and when I pointed that out to him he turned red. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I would absolutely not recommend this service department. I asked for my keys and he handed them to me and never apologized or anything. Service department looks like Walmart employees.

Walking in to driving away in my new used car was a home run from the beginning. I had been shopping for two weeks for the right fit for me. I was recommended to go to Stevens of Milford and so glad I did. Jim Puglisi was the sales person who took great care of me. He was very professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgable. After helping me find my Ford Fusion he introduced me to his sales manager Jeff Belen to work the numbers. The whole time working with Jim and Jeff I never felt pressured. Jeff was able to work a fantastic price and they even threw in a date night which consisted of a Lincoln MKC fully loaded for a weekend and a $100 gift card for diner, it was a nice perk.
Over all the experience was the best I've had buying a vehicle. I highly recommend Jim, Jeff and Stevens of Milford for your next buying experience.

I purchased my car at Stevens Ford. I took my Ford Escape to Stevens Ford for a check engine light issue. They do not have a shuttle service so I payed for Uber there and back. After picking up my car and paying for a substantial fix, the check engine light came back on 2 weeks later. I called for an appointment, but requested a loaner car in order to get to work and back, an hour away. They did not have any loaners available for a week or two so I scheduled for a day that I could have a loaner car. The evening before, they called to say that they would not have a loaner car but they would call me to get the car in the next day or two, when they did. I never heard from them. The check engine light is still on. Not happy with that sort of service.

I brought it to the service department and the guy there made sure that the water pump was replaced and he also gave me a free oil change. I thought that was very nice of him to do that. Now my ac just went on it like a day ago. I've only had the Jeep no for 2 and a half weeks. Hopefully they will also get that fixed too! it should if never just went like that!! Collision center lied about getting a service estimate and took 7k from my insurance company after my car was stolen and we went with Stevens Ford to try getting it fixed. Bruce in collision was who we worked with. Brought the car to service after we initially picked the car up and it was making noise only to find out there was another $3100 of damage stemming from the thieves joyriding, and service had never seen the vehicle even though our insurance was billed for the service check. When I tried working with service the manager Anthony was unhelpful and dismissive. I should have totaled the car, and lost thousands of dollars after trusting Stevens Ford. You should avoid working with and buying anything from Stevens Ford because they epitomize the untrustworthy car dealership reputation.

Recently purchased my second SUV from Stevens. My first one I purchased there I had a wonderful experience. I didn t feel rushed and my salesman, who is no longer there, showed me the features of my new car, helped me connect my phone and the car was clean and ready to go. The salesman this time told me I was his first sale. I was given 3 different prices on the car and when I signed the papers, the number was different than originally discussed. When I picked up the car I was simply handed the keys. Nobody showed me the features of my car. The more was a large brown stain on the inside and I had to wait an additional 2 hours for it to be re-cleaned. I received the car with less than 1/2 a tank of gas. I discovered I had wheel locks, something I m unfamiliar with, don t know how to use them. The printer wasn t working so my contract and papers were emailed to me because there was a sales event going on and they needed to rush me out of there. The emailed contract was cut off and I still am having difficulty obtaining a full contract. It wasn t until I went to a different dealership that I learned about Ford Pass, a rewards program. I also learned there was a recall on my car that was never disclosed to me. When I called to share my bad experience with the sales manager, Jimmy, he was extremely rude to me on the phone and told me that I left with the car there s nothing that can be done. I will never take my car to Stevens for any type of service and I will never purchase a car from them again.

And today I had a 0730 appointment it took 4 hours and they had done a multi inspection. I had to take my care back without service. The service tech Arnold which has horrible customer service skill. This is the second time my car has had a recall and THE SECOND TIME this place has told me they don t have the parts to fix my car, so it s okay for my car to just shut off while I m driving it? No concern from the employees in the service department, meanwhile I decided to try park city ford in Bridgeport who currently is fixing my car. Just seem like this place never tries to help me and I m disappointed because I always go to you guys first when I have problems with my car. Never again will I return. Please get the parts to fix these recalls because these ford focuses are having a few of them.

First oil change for my leased vehicle ! Friendly , helpful team who made it a very positive experience:) I was very surprised when they told me that my first oil change was free .... I was a very satisfied customer! I was also very impressed when I witnessed an employee fixing a customer s walker that was not working well because of loose hardware. He brought it into the back for a tune up and returned it promptly to the customer!

Well I have had a great time at Stevens Ford the other day. Took the dog "Chopper" with us and he was love and invited to come in and go for a test ride with us. Joseph Hudak was a very nice guy to deal with. He helped us fine the right car and wasnt some pushy salesmen.
I would recommend anybody to go there if your looking for a car. And dont forget to bring the family pet. They even had water bowls for are little furry friends.
And the guys in the finance office were GREAT as well.

Simply DISGUSTING. I came here to purchase a Ford F-150 brand new. This was to be a test vehicle for my real estate company before purchasing 6 more next year. I spoke via email to their internet sales representative. I was ready to buy. I made an offer that was equal to the quote given to me by a nearby competitor. I wanted to buy it in my home town though. Plus, this dealership was next to the dealerships where I purchased my other non-Ford vehicles. She got back to me and told me she could match it. Turns out that she didn't read my whole email and gave me a quote on the wrong thing. I had been very clear that she needed to read the entire text. She did not. She then got back to me saying that their internet was down and that I hadn't been forgotten. She told me the IT department was working on it and that I would have a quote shortly. I never heard from her again even after contacting her again afterwards. She was very unprofessional and rude. I decided to purchase my vehicle at a competitor and couldn't be happier with the transaction. I would NEVER do business with Stevens Ford. They were disorganized, had higher prices right off the bat, and treated me as though I was unimportant.

On Wednesday, April 27th, I made an appointment with Steven s Ford Service to replace my faulty driver s door latch. 2013 Flex Limited. No, not covered.
Service looked up the repair and told me the number of work hours, 1.5, and made the appointment for Friday.
The next day, Thursday, I dropped the car off for Friday s appointment.
On Friday Service called to tell me they don t have the part they made an appointment to install and will order it for Monday. I told Service I was expecting to use the car for the weekend and will pick it up and bring it back Sunday night. They said fine.
Service called again to tell me the total dollar amount of the repairs, $460. I said fine.
I called Service to tell them my wife will pick up the car instead of me. I m 30 miles away. They said fine.
All this picking up and dropping off takes multiple cars, drivers and time.
When my wife got to Stevens Ford and asked for the key they told her she could not have our car until she gave them $278 for the part they are going to order.
Never in four phone conversations with two Service Reps did anyone tell me my car could be impounded if Stevens Ford were to order a Ford part they mistakenly thought they already had. Not fine.
I ll end this story adding only that by the time my wife got home without the Flex she had to cancel her mammogram appointment.

Upsetting. 3 years ago I purchased a brand new Ford Fusion from them. Was promised a 1:1 trade-in value for my vehicle I owed money on and declined the GAP insurance. After being at the dealer ship for over 1/2 the day for the 'deal' to be finalized I finally got the new car and that was it. I always felt I was paying more than it was supposed to be, but the slick talking salesman pulled one over me and since I was a bit naive I didn't make a stink of it. We all know how these salesmen can swing the numbers and prices and fees.. So anyways, I just bought another car and traded in the Ford (for quite a loss as Fords do NOT hold value at all) and I got the VERY detailed finance paperwork from the Lienholder in the mail. It showed that they in fact did NOT give me full value for my trade in as promised (The ONLY reason I bought the car in the first place), but $3200 LESS, then used the promised Rebate and my downpayment to offset it, and STILL added a $700 extra on top for my purchased car. They also added the $499 for the GAP insurance into my financing. I wish I knew what to exactly look for back then and not trust and rely on their salesperson or manager to swindle me.

I have bought my last three cars at Stevens Ford and have always had them serviced there. The people are very friendly and courteous and explain everything that has to be done before they start working on the car.

3 Months later and we are back for our second car. We were in the market for an additional car, and did not think twice about returning to see Joe for this. Joe's service did not end after we leased our first car, he followed up with us multiple times to ensure we were happy. His service is extraordinary and is part of the reason we returned for an additional car. Once again, a flawless and pleasant experience with Joe and Stevens Ford as a whole.
