Terrible service department. If you have a recall on your Ford bring it to Ford of Branford if you actually want the work to get done.

They listened to my needs and cared enough about every detail to make sure i was able to get exactly what i wanted at a great price. Josh was incredibly helpful walking me through the finance details. The service the Stevens Ford team provided was above and beyond any of my expectations. Stevens ford let me start by telling you how amazing Harold is in there service department he went above and beyond to fix my 17 explorer he was the nicest person I have ever dealt with he made sure I was taken care of. I had my SUV worked on because of a recall. Paul was fantastic in the service department and Vinny the body guy was great with painting and replacing my hood. Great Ford Dealer.
I brought my Lincoln in this morning for a new tire. It was taking longer than expected so they gave me a ride to my office and offered to drop my car off at my office later in the day so i wouldn't have to come back. Peter, the Service Manager, stepped right in and took care of the situation extremely well. Tom in service is also excellent. I would definitely recommend Stevens!!! Thanks Peter and Tom!
My Ford Escape went in for a recall notice and was fixed in a timely manner. They did not fill coolant up to proper level which created a coolant sensor light to come on the dashboard the next day. When I called to talk to service, they told me that I can do it myself or I can drive the car back to them and they would fill it up to the proper level. I decided to fill the coolant myself to fix this problem because I didn't want to waste time driving 30 minutes each way to have them fix this issue. This is why they don't get 5 stars.
Stevens Ford is the best dealership in Connecticut. Bill McCoy, my sales rep, was both friendly and approachable. The entire sales team took a laid back approach which made me feel at ease, and I couldn't be happier with my new Escape!
srevens ford has always been good for service they had their problems for a while that is all behind them now tom is doing a great job . i bring my wifes jeep for service there and the jeep dealership is right down the st. they are good but not as accomodating as stevens.
I found a used truck online and went to the dealership to look at it. We had the pleasure of working with Annette. She met us outside and immediately got the keys to bring us over to the truck and give us all the details. From the very beginning she was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make sure we got the best deal! Since we brought the truck home she has followed up with us to make sure everything was going great with it and to schedule the appointments that we needed. I highly recommend going to Steven Ford in Milford and asking to work with Annette!!!
I normally do not do reviews but after the 4th time of having bad services I just had to. The problem is that they do not communicate very well. They told me car will be done today and they will call me when it was ready. I did not get a call then when I call them I find out they are closed and will be open Monday. So I am with out a car until Monday and I never got a call. I should not have to stay on some that I am paying money to. They are a service center so the least they can do is make a phone call. This was the last straw I had taken my car there in over a year because of bad service and I thought maybe they got better. I was wrong I will never deal with this place again. Bradford Ford is so much better.
Went there to fix my old car which had major issues, and I was able to pinpoint a resolution with the help of Joseph Hudak. We found a car with a major deal, the specifications I needed, and with the help of his team, I traded in the old ford, and we were able to make the #'s work. Now I have a new car that I enjoy very much.

Steven's Ford maybe good with their sales but the QUICKLANE SERVICE DEPT has some work to do to be better!! BEWARE! they may not be doing the full inspection of your car as they should when they do MULTIPOINT INSPECTION. To Mention, Mr. SAM STEVENS did not do anything to regain the customer's trust. After the complaint Mr. JORDAN BROWN the "service manager" in quicklane department was very thorough with the next customers.(He was not thorough with my car)
I maybe wasting My time doing this review but I hope at least one caring STEVENS FORD staff will address this ISSUE!
I am a return customer to Stevens Ford. I leased a 2012 Fusion which was ending in June of 2015. I received a call from Joseph Hudak in early January stating that Ford was having a special to get me out of my lease and into a new Fusion. A couple days later I called Joseph back and explained to him that I wanted to get back into a truck. I was already researching new trucks from Chevy and GMC. Joseph told me to come by and check out the new F-150 that they had just gotten in. That F-150 was fully loaded and was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't need to add anything but a spray in bed liner and tonneau cover. Joseph and I spoke about the numbers and he got me the deal I was looking for. Four days later, I was the proud owner of a 2015 F-150. I will be going back to Stevens Ford for my next vehicle as well. This is my second vehicle from Stevens and both experiences were fantastic. Their service department is also top notch.
