I was denied a certificate for the heart patient for the medication Brilique because the certificate was drawn up by an assistant of the heart specialist. Consequently, I have to go back to the clinic and request a new certificate from a doctor and then bring it to the CM. Again 3 weeks of time loss. Consequently, it takes 7 weeks before I can get a certificate approved by the CM. In the meantime I am going abroad and as a result I can only get medication with the full jar and Brilique is a very expensive medicine. We as a patient must now check the doctors to see if they are real doctors. While a phone call from CM would give a solution in 3 min.

Everything is slow and takes a lot of effort at the CM. When you ask a question, it takes a long time and you end up with unclear answers. Also slow in refunds. That is why I switched to the Flemish Neutral Health Insurance Fund a few years ago. Super satisfied. The smaller health insurance companies have to make a little more effort for their members. Now ask CM Brugge a question for my parents and know immediately why I left CM.
