I had to get my 2004 Ranger airbags replaced due to the recall. It took me over 18 mos. to accomplish this. They couldn't get the part and though I left my name and number several times to be called when they became available, they never called. Finally, I called after about a 6 mo. hiatus and it was "no problem". The large white door ding on the passenger side of my red truck was also very disappointing and an indicator of the lack of care given to the vehicles in for service.
