I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday Aug 18th. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Raul Gonzalez service advisor. He was very curtious and pleasant to deal with. He kept me informed of the status of my car several times, and made me feel the problem would be resolved. The problem could not be resolved on Saturday but Raul gave me all the information needed for me to call on Monday to have a appointment scheduled, and have the part ordered. This is all covered under my Ford warranty and I will be calling on Monday to has this done. You need more people like Raul taking care of your customers. I have been dealing with Stevens Ford for years and will continue with this kind of service given to me. Deorah Griffin
