We just drove home an ESCAPE from Stevens. Over the years we have worked with Al Signore and of course 'Wild Bill McCoy'. By chance, we met Jim Puglisi who surpassed any expectations we may have had for this young dynamo of a salesman. Jim was very professional and patient with our very typical indecisiveness. We enjoyed the process, and I hate spending my money. So cudos to Jim and Stevens Ford for a rewarding car buying experience !!!!

Have had different experiences here. The first time I dropped my truck off the guy was great and the price was what I expected. The second time it was almost $100 more for the same service and the guy charged me for a fill up of def that I literally had two gallons of in my bed. When I told him I didn't authorize it he said its protocol. I was a bit shocked. I'll continue to use them even though they are out of the way so long as I go there def full and its the same $ as the first time.
My husband and I went there to price out the explorer. We did our homework and went to our local ford dealers to quote out who would give the best price out the door. Salesman was more focused on lowering our monthly payment which was not our concern. After going to his manager several times. His manager proceeded to throw two pieces of papers at me of his last and final price. Literally threw the papers and said " since your are shopping around and expect no one to make money." And his sales man did even know that his lot had the new 2017 and showing us cars with his phone. Not very professional and even if they were the lowest price in town I would never give them my business.
I purchased a used Audi Q7 from this dealership right before Christmas. I was concerned about the registration so I contacted my sales rep on 1/3, one week after purchase. He stated not a problem they'd have it back to me before it expired. I contacted again on the 10th asking for a status. He states they didn't know RI had to have a VIN check and there was a doc I needed to sign. Overnight everything, send it back. Now I have an oil leak. Send email with pictures, no response. I call, he states he will call me right back, he didn't. Call again about my registration, the girl is out, states he will call me first thing in the morning-he didn't. I call him at 2pm, he states I just have to wait for it to come in the mail but probably won't be here before my plates expire.
This is a dealership that's been in the business 65 years. It cannot be their first sales to a RI resident. They know they have 20+ days to get a registration done. If you can't meet the needs of your customers, then be proactive and call them. Find a solution. I'm extremely disappointed and regret selecting this dealership. Really hoping my oil leak is due to their technician not tightening something on the oil change, and nothing major.
Worked with Matt to purchase a 2019 Ford Edge. It was my first time buying a car on my own so I asked a lot of questions, but he was very patient and answered them all. Got a great deal too! Would definitely use this dealership agin!

I bought my '13 ford fusion from stevens and am overall very happy. Kenny was my salesman and was easy going which was huge for me. Also he was available all times of day even after hours to take my texts as we worked towards a deal. Also I did have a few issues after purchasing the vehicle, however I got in contact with Kenny about them and both were rectified by the end of the week, which also earned a lot of respect from me showing he still cared even after the sale had been made. Carlos was my finance guy, he was very professional and organized and got me in and out quick without skipping a bunch of information which was nice. Also he understood I didn't want any extra warranties so he wasn't pushy about that either. The sales manager Brian is the only person I can say I didn't care for. I found him pretty rude in all honestly, especially for someone trying to buy a car from him. Unfortunatley he is the only reason I can't give a full 5 stars. Carlos and Kenny especially deserve 5 stars all around!

Oh I went for an oil change after Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me 100.00 for an oil change I expect that from the dealership. So I will continue to go to Ford.

I went to Ford agency in Milford looking for a good car deal with no experience in buying cars and without exactly knowing what I was looking for. I took a good friend of mine who does cars for business. We met Will and my friend briefly gave him tips regarding the deal we are looking for with limited budget and no down payment !. Will was extremely warm, welcoming and professional. He came back after a few with two different reasonable deals for which we spent the next two hours negotiating. With a good intention, my friend was giving Will a hard time as he was familiar with every detail regarding selling cars. Will handled the situation with an outstanding professional attitude. He would not show impatience or frustration, and he would go back and forth with all the answers to our requests and concerns. He would frequently ask if we needed water or a drink. After that we met Will`s boss Bryan how was as well friendly and showed full attention and interest in reaching a good deal. I ended up with a gorgeous 2017 Ford fusion which I was not expecting giving my low budget. I will remember that experience for a long time. Everyone from Milford and surroundings should pass by Ford Stevens and shake hands with Will and Bryan sometime.
We purchased our 2015 Lincoln MKS at Stevens Ford in Milford, CT. from client adviser Paul Concilio and couldn t be happier with the process. Paul is a very easy man to deal with and his straight forward attitude, his knowledge of the product and congenial personality made for a pleasant buying experience. Jeff DeSantis walked us through the financing process with ease and made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. The service department took care of the one minor issue we had quickly, efficiently and also pleasantly. All and all, we would highly recommend Stevens Ford to others and will return for any future needs for an automobile.
This past Sunday I visited Stevens Ford to cross the 2020 hybrid escape off the list and instead I found out that 1. it was a great car & 2. Annette is awesome!. She made the process easy and took all of the stress out of buying a car (which is amazing). She was very responsive and attended to any questions we had immediately, so we could make our decision knowing all of the facts. She was one of, if not, the best we've ever encountered and an absolute pleasure to buy a car from! 10/10 would recommend working with Annette, we drove 40+ minutes (because this dealership is open on Sundays!) and then drove back the next day to buy the car - because Annette was so great.

We will be filing several complaints with the State of CT against Steven's Ford, including Ford Corporate. I had a rather distasteful experience with the dealership in getting a replacement key made. Having my father in law, a senior citizen do me a favor and go there on my behalf, he was yelled at, papers were thrown in his face, and he was verbally abused. When I got on the phone, I was verbally abused as well. I have been in touch with Peter Bloom, the service manager, who fails to return calls after I expressed I wanted to see changes to this situation. I have asked to speak to the owner, David Stevens, but Peter makes excuses for why he cannot be contacted, which, I believe, is not truthful. I am sure my experience is not reflective on all people at this dealership, but before this I had one other experience that was 'fair' that I just let go without complaint. However the manners in how I and my father in law were treated is disgraceful and Stevens should be ashamed of themselves.
Annette Cozro, at Stevens Ford was an excellent sales representative... She showed such compassion to really knowing what I wanted as a customer.... She made me feel so comfortable talking to her that I hope when I m ready to change cars she will be there in the next 5 years, hopefully as a manager... She has such superb customer service skills, and she also went the extra mile to make sure all the necessary things that needed to be updated in my certified pre-owned suv was taken care of before signing the final bill of sale so that it would not be a concern or issue for me later on... The finance officer, Jay, great at his profession, did his best to ensure all the paperwork was ready before I got the to do the final signing, and we were done with an hour! It was the most shortest, organized financing/contract signing I ve ever sat through. I ve signed for cars at Honda, Acura, and Audi those took the shortest 2hours... Way to go Stevens Ford for these two wonderful staff members!!

We never spoke or interacted with anyone other than Annette and it was wonderful. From the beginning of our internet search and initial request for information through the end of the sale, Annette was amazing. She is a hustler who will get things done, work hard to make sure you are happy with the vehicle as well as the deal and put a smile on your face with her positive outlook.

Our experience with Stevens Ford was awesome! Our salesperson Will Poole really took the time to understand what my family and I were looking for. He went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied customers. In Will s absence, we talked to Jimmy who was just as helpful. When we made the decision to seal the deal, Josh in the finance department helped us and he was great! Even though we were the last customers that day, he did not rush us and took the time to explain the various documents that needed to be signed. My children were very please with the service as well! They put cartoons on for them in the TV area and gave them cookies while they patiently waited to ride in the new truck!

I arrived on-site at the Ford dealership to work on a wrecked police vehicle. They were fixing the vehicle while we were in town to work on their video evidence systems. The dealership accommodated us and worked around our being there. The staff was friendly and we saw several of their sales folks interacting with the public. They were professional and courteous. Had my Explorer in for a Recall on Saturday. Made appointment online and arrived and met John in service who was polite and friendly. He quickly got the car in and Sean called a few hours later. The service department was extremely clean and organized. My whole experience was excellent.
First got there nobody helped us out we had to go to the front and ask customer service was bad after you should not treat you customers with racism it doesn t make ford look good .
I think the price there for the oil change and rotation of tires or just the oil change is pretty reasonable I believe it's $35 for just the oil change and 39 for the oil change and rotation of tires. Yesterday was really busy and I decide to come back today. They took me in within 20 minutes and the truck was ready within an hour.. it was probably 3. So it was a little bit busy. Reasonable price well done job

Stevens Ford has stepped up their game. I wasn't happy with my last visit with them but this visit was good. I like the fact that they text you about the status of your car. It's very convenient when you're not around your phone while at work. Keep up the good work and you'll soon get 5 stars out of me!

I come to Stevens Ford Express Lane for all my oil changes. Raul the service advisor/manager is great. Very personable, professional and does a great job managing expectations and keeping me informed about the status of my service. Sometimes they are very busy. It is first come first serve but Raul will be honest and accurate about how much time it will take for the service to be performed. If it is too busy, I just come by another time when it is not as busy. It is very convenient.

I recently purchased a ford fusion from Stevens of Milford and I am not only very please wih my new car, but the purchasing process went very smoothly as well. They had a lot of vehicles to choose from and were willing to let me test drive a few different cars and didn't seem frustrated with the millions of questions I had. My salesman Logan did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable of all the features of the truck I purchased and took the time to show them to me. Even after the sale was made and there was a spray in bed liner to be installed he stayed involved to be certain the last detail of the sale was completed. I was very impressed with the whole group at Stevens , finance, sales and service , they all work as a team communicating between departments to guide me through the sales process without a hitch.
While waiting to drop off my truck for its bedliner installation I could not help but overhear how the service desk dealt with other customers , they took the time to explain in lay men s terms the repairs needed and were not condescending.
I am very pleased with my new truck, and after a long hiatus from owning a Ford I am happy to be back . I have finally forgiven Ford for my 1972 Pinto . If your looking for a Ford Service Department, you've found it at Stevens Ford of Milford! I was using another Ford dealer and had just figured that I should expect inconsistent service and a service department that just does the minimum. Well, Stevens Ford is completely different. From my first visit when I met Paul Harris, I knew I had found much more than just basic service for my car. Paul is the kind of person who just keeps you coming back with his respect for you AND your time. He listens and speaks with so much knowledge about car service, it's like speaking to a car expert every time. I recently had some warranty service completed and not only did he keep me updated on the progress but had MY car completely inspected and only suggested minor repairs. No pressure, no technical talk...just suggestions to keep my car running right. All of the work that I have had done at Stevens has been top notch and my car is always ready when promised. They make you feel like the most important customer each time. Having a service adviser like Paul, that i trust, is a huge thing with me. Stevens has my business for life and my new car purchases.
I was returning a lease and was looking to buy a new car. Willie Poole was extremely helpful in assisting me with making a purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. I ultimately purchased a 2019 Lincoln Town Car and I am pleased with my purchase.
We found the folks at Stevens warm, engaging, and very attentive. They listened to our concerns, explained the process and timeline, engaged with us as well as the insurance company. The finished product was impeccable. Although our relationship was quite by accident, and we hope we don't meet that way again, we would not hesitate to recommend them nor put a customer at ease.

Many problems were solved thanks to the Service Department at Stevens Ford. A used car purchased at another dealer proved to be full of problems. That dealer put me off and didn't live up to their ready for the road promise. The awesome team at Stevens solved the issues and even worked with the extended warranty company. Stevens will be my go to for service in the future.

What an experience! I turned in the financing form on a Tuesday, and I got a text saying all was good to go for pick up of new vehicle on Thursday. I showed up Thursday to pay the down payment and pick up the vehicle, but once I arrived, Dave, my salesman, said they couldn't take my personal check and almost laughed at me for thinking I could do that (last car I bought, I had no issue using a personal check) and that they needed a wire transfer from my bank. However, they failed to give me the wire instructions. When I called my bank, they asked why I was calling and not the dealership. They also said they hadn't received the finance document from the dealership yet; when I asked the dealership, they said they had forgot and lost their copy so I had to give them another copy to fill out and fax to the bank. They submitted it Friday, but said I couldn't take the vehicle (even though they had received the down payment) until the loan hit the dealership's bank (even though the bank had said once they received that document, the vehicle was mine to take). I called the dealership again today, Tuesday, and they said they were still waiting for the money to hit their account; I called my bank to see what the hold up was. They said there was an error on the financing document, and that they had called and left a message with the dealership but hadn't heard back. I then had to the call the dealership again to have them fix their error and resubmit to the bank because apparently they had never gotten the voicemail from my bank. The dealership then proceeded to tell me they were still missing documents from me in order to complete the purchase (when they had told me I was good to pick up the vehicle last Thursday, so I'm not sure why they just realized this 4 days later). I officially bought the vehicle a week ago, but I still don't have my new vehicle.
I would like to give Annette the very highest praise for working with me in the purchase of my car. She performed above and beyond in delivering the car on the Las day of the year.She was extremely prepared and professional in every way.I would definitely use her services again.

Steven's Ford does the work that you ask them to do courteously, promptly, & at the price that they originally quote you, or less. The only thing that you might be aware of if you have a clunker of a vehicle that you want the minimum amount of work to be safe & running, let Steven's Service Dept. know because they repair vehicles to be safe & to be returned to a new-like condition.
Initial sales was great, but now I feel like I was lied to about the maintenance plan, which kind of seemed like a bait and switch.
Car had a recall and needed oil change. Told them I had the maintenance package when I brought the car in for service. I get a phone call saying that it would be $400+ for front brakes and rotors. I bought the maintenance package. Apparently, I was shown and told about one maintenance package which included brakes and rotors and then was signed up for another just basic oil change only package. BAIT AND SWITCH. I would have NEVER signed up for JUST AN OIL CHANGE PACKAGE which is so ridiculous making about an oil change $90 each at Stevens Ford.

After other dealerships I visited wasted my time with game playing - have to check this, have to get a manager for that, you can get one but it'll cost $500 extra to transport, ad neauseum, I was skeptical when I walked in.
Kenny was right there, pleasant, easy going, found out what I was looking for and immediately suggested a test drive to see if I could handle the van. I felt I wanted windowless rear doors.Ken had me try both so I could find out for myself how much easier and safer rear windows are for a non-experienced van driver. He was patient when I asked him to re-explain all the gadgets and take a second drive.
Straight-forward pricing, large selection in stock, quick and efficient financing and closing. I'd buy from Stevens' again and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Having never even shopped for a brand new vehicle, I was a bit apprehensive. After a bit of research of what car i wanted, what dealer had what I was looking for in their inventory, and a few dealer reviews, I decided to visit Stevens Ford. From the moment I was approached by Joseph Hudak, I felt that I chose a good dealership. He was personable, down to earth, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Once I decided to make the purchase, I was introduced to Carlos Trindade to finalize the deal and go through the paperwork. He made what could have been a tedious process easy and painless. Although I didn't work with Kristen Schuble personally, she made a point to call me, as did Joseph, and make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and my new car.
