After my previous experiences with Ford vehicles and my desire for a full size car I decided to look at a Ford Taurus. After not receiving priority service in Branford I was discouraged but I did a true car search and found Stevens and Hammonasset had better prices advertised. I had an appointment in Madison when I was contacted by Bridget from Stevens who told me about a black Taurus with the right price. I went there first and met with Joe Hudak who was very welcoming, highlighted the features in the car and set me up with the down-payment, monthly payments and warranty that I was looking for. After test driving a new car the day before I went with the CPO from Stevens and can not be happier. See you guys soon!

I just leased a car from the Stevens Ford Dealership and had an excellent experience. Joseph was extremely helpful. He listened to what I wanted in a car and he was able to find me a great car that fit my budget. He was able to get me the BEST deal around. I went to various places and nothing could beat the deal I got, not even another Ford Dealership. I would absolutely go back there again, and ask for Joseph!!

A few years back I had my bumper fixed after I was backed into. Every year since, I have made at least one visit back to Stevens to have it repaired due to paint chipping, paint cracks, etc. due to their horrible work. A week or so ago, I returned to Stevens due to the fact that the sides of my bumper are sticking out and appear to not be bolted down the right way. Now, since the original guy I dealt with was fired, the new employee told me there was nothing they can do about it because I have a little scuff (literally an inch big, only just scratched the surface) on the underneath of my bumper on the black plastic molding. They told me that my car was obviously hit (which is not true) and caused the whole bumper to be moved. I did, however, back into a plastic flower pot last summer... At the end of the day, I'm stuck with a bumper that sticks out, paint all over the black plastic moldings between the bumper and the quarter panel (notably visible now due to the fact that the sides of the bumper are sticking out profoundly) as well as a costly but valuable lesson to never go there for any body work every again. I have also let everyone I know about the horrible experience as well as show them how horrible my car looks as a result. There are plenty of body shops in the area. Do your research and don't make the same mistake I did.

The mechanic told me it would cost $108 dollars "for security reasons"... i walked right out the door and googled it to find out that there was a little sticker on the trunk arm with the code. guarantee you that's all they would've done if i actually paid them

Purchased a 2019 Ford Escape on 12/31/19 and my sales Rep Annette was amazing. Very informative and super nice. She got me in and out of there as quickly as possible and went over everything with me as well. The Finance Rep Jay was also super nice and explained all the documents to me . We are truly happy with the overall experience there and will definitely be back when our lease is up!

took my for service, from the moment i encountered the first employee came out to my car i knew the people are nice, and courteous. on top of that they know what they are talking about when it comes to fords. I took my car to another Ford dealer all I received is lies and the run around, i work on my own cars for 40 years so I'm not easily fooled. My service adviser was Kaitlyn she was very knowledgeable and everything she said was right on the money. they basically went through my car inspected it found some problems I was not aware of, Kaitlyn called me gave me pricing for each problem. i gave her the OK, she called me told me the car was ready, i didn't have a ride they sent this great man called Kam to pick me up, Kaitlyn showed me the inspection form and i must say I feel a lot better driving my car now, and it runs great!! who ever is running this place is doing a great job!

Bought a mustang from Stevens ford. The salesman said they put a new ebrake in it and said it's so stuff to pull up the ebrake handle because it's new. But then I look underneath the car and had to replace the ebrake cable because it was seized. Not happy I was lied to.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Short version - they are unprofessional, unkowldgable, and caused more damage to my car than they fixed. Due to Steven Ford Lincoln's carlessness and lack of knowlodge I now had to spend $600 on a problem that could have been avoided.

I originally brought my car to their service station for a simple oil change. I was assured they would perform an inspection of the vehicles and perform a complimentary tire rotation. Upon paying they told me everything looked good and there were no concerns. I returned to get my card detailed a few weeks later. This was a nightmare. I took time off of work to get my car detailed and paid over $200. When I received the car back it looked like I had just gotten a $10 car wash and there were additional scratches that were not there before and the rear driver door panel was broken. I called to complain and was told by the service manager it is not his problem and I had to call the company they sub the work to directly. I did this and went days without hearing back from the guy. I called Steve Ford back and told them I simply wanted a refund. Thankfully I reached a women who was a manager and she straighted things out for me.
When I was driving this weekend (less than a month from getting the oil change) I began to hear grinding from my brakes. I immediately took it to the service station this morning and was told that I need new brakes, roters, and calibers because they were so worn out. They also stated whoever performed the tire rotation stripped most of the lug nuts and and I needed them all to be replaced since it makes it nearly impossible to get the tire off. Due to Steven Ford Lincoln's carlessness and lack of knowlodge I now had to spend $600 on a problem that could have been avoided if they had told me then the pads looked warn and needed changing.

They got me right in no appointment because brakes were failing. They found unexpected crankshaft pulley/belt pulley. Car does run a lot smoother now. Took two days for all parts to come in. Biggest problem I could not use my Quicklane charge card. I like to keep all my costs for this car at Steven's Ford on one card.

I have purchased my last two vehicles from Stevens Ford. I have never used the same dealer twice before. I also had the same salesman, William Poole and he was excellent to work with both times.

Recently I ran into major issues with my car and William jumped right on it and had me work with Jessica H. from the warranty dept. She was able to get warranty approval quickly and get me a rental car as well so I would not be without a vehicle for the several weeks the repair would take.

I got the car back and everything is working well with no issues. They made a very stressful situation manageable. I will definitely continue to use them as my preferred Ford dealer going forward.

After being sorely disappointed by competitor, we were referred to Stevens Ford. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We went from feeling like an inconvenience at the competitor's dealership, to feeling like a priority with Fred and with our salesman Joseph. They made the whole process super easy and convenient for US. They explained every step of the process and were wonderful to work with. The car is beautiful and the price was exactly what we were looking for. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. I recently went to this dealership looking to purchase an F150, and found one that was a demo model with the options I was looking for. That was about the only good part of the experience.

When it came to the pricing, things took a huge downturn. The salesperson I worked with tried to price the vehicle at the MSRP BEFORE the factory rebates, bringing the total MSRP up about an extra $4,000. They did offer me about $6,000 in incentives for it being a demo model. When I brought up the incorrect pricing for the MSRP, they corrected it but then magically the demo incentives dropped down the exact same amount. So they wanted to sell me a demo model truck for roughly the same price as a new truck, minus around $1,200. The truck had a little over 2k miles on it. No thank you.

The service guys here are great though. It is really the only reason I will ever be visiting this dealership again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership for sales experiences.

John in service is a Rockstar hero!!! The rear axle broke on my Windstar on a Sunday in Stratford I called the dealership and they reassured me to have it towed there and leave the keys in drop off. John got back to me on Monday and told me that it was covered under recall but they had to order the part and based on when it would arrive there, it would be done by Friday. However, the part came early and he called me on Wed afternoon that it was done woo hoo yay I was so happy. I live in the Bronx and quickly got a ride to pick it up. He was pleasant, informative, and understanding through the process. What a wonderful experience.

Always a bit of an anxious experience, a car purchase, but both Ken and Tim made it an unpressured experience and were both very helpful with questions and concerns. My brother sent me to this dealership because he bought his car there and he was pleased with the service and with Joseph his salesman . I worked with Joseph to buy a 2014 Ford fusion SE. I found the car online and when I went to the dealer it was the right price and had all the features that I was looking for. Even better it was certified and had brand new tires and low mileage. There was no high-pressure sales at this dealership and they got me a very good percentage rate on my financing as well. Joseph took a lot of time to work with me letting me test drive the car twice and he took the time to explain to me how all the features on the car worked. (Navigation, voice activation) Also, the K cup machine and the sugar cookies in the waiting room were a nice bonus. I will be going to this dealer when I need a new car again.

Service department is subpar. Had a wonderful sales experience at Stevens which is sadly overshadowed by an incompetent service department. Bought my wife an MKX for her 30th birthday and was impressed that they offered the same "white glove" service with loaner cars etc as other luxury car brands. However, the department has no regard for keeping the customer informed, nor do they have any consideration of the customer's time. Last service appointment the tech dropping off the loaner was two hours late. Did not give my wife the courtesy of letting her know he was going to be late thereby forcing my wife to drop what she was doing to take the car. Additionally, the customer needs to constantly call to check the progress of the car. They are not proactive and not customer centric.

I wish I could write a review on the actual service, but unfortunately I can't because they never did any work on the car. I show up for my scheduled appointment in which I had requested a loaner car so I can get to work on time. They tell me they don't have any loaner cars, but I can take their shuttle who will "be there in a couple minutes". I watch another patron ask where the shuttle is after about 10 minutes and they tell him the same thing after which I ask how long he's been waiting. He tells me he's been waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. I go to the desk and ask for my keys back.

First of all, for years, you have not corrected the ownership issues. It is my 2012 Ford Escape but emails are sent to my husband's email. Also in your system my husband's Edge is listed as 2015 but he leased an 2018 Edge last year.
Second, apparently the drop off procedure has been changed but nothing
was noted on my confirmation email for the apt time, so I had to go back out and move my car.
Third, I had wondered why other customers in the waiting room were asked to complete a survey but I was not and the woman next to me had her car washed. I did not even have a paper mat left in my car.
Other than that "the works" package was done in a timely manner.

I've never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership in my life. The staff is extremely courteous and professional and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and really listen to your needs. Joseph Hudak was extremely thorough in explaining every single detail from the car to the financials. No detail was left out. You can tell this is a family owned operation because that's how they treat you - like family. In this day and age I didn't think that existed anymore. I have already recommended this dealer to friends.

BEWARE!!!!! Brought my mustang that was under warranty here 3 times to fix an issue with an oil leak. The dealership made up every reason not to fix it. The reasons varied from a broken oil cap to me spilling oil on the motor. The service dept was rude when I called to follow up on my car so stay away from this place. They even lied and said any repairs that were under warranty would be voided since I put on an aftermarket exhaust and CAI which is 100% false according to Ford. I finally brought it to Ford of Branford and not only did they fix the oil leak but several other things that were wrong. They said the oil leak and other issues were very obvious. I highly recommend Ford of Branford. It's amazing Stevens is even still in business.

I have been to the service twice to have the work done and both times the service center didn t have everything needed to make the repair. As an owner of a 2018 GT350 I am very nit picky with my car and I have problems letting people work on it and worry about the care as I ve had bad experiences in the past. HOWEVER when it came to a concern about my car Paul Harris (Service Advisor), at Stevens Ford, really stepped up to the plate. He dealt with at least 10 phone calls from me over a weeks period and was extremely thorough when checking over my car and making sure it was well taken care of. He even went as far as to make sure my car sat inside the shop over night into the following day when I could pick it up as to ensure it wouldn t get dirty from sitting outside or having the possibility of someone driving it. Every time I showed up he was helping me within minutes of my arrival. If it was up to me I d be giving this man a raise. Overall best experience I ve had at a Ford so far. I look forward to continue working with Paul Harris in the future.

There was an assessment of $150 for administrative fees. This was to cover the phone calls made to my extended warranty company. My extended warranty company had a bumper to bumper protection with a $100 deductible. After having to pay the $100 deductible and the $150 administrative fee, I was already into the repair. I certainly wasn't ready to pay almost $900 total because FORD Repair needs to double the price of the Manufacturers Suggested Retail price. Therefore, Ford received payment from the Warranty Company for the parts and additional expense that I had to pay as well. In addition, Ford charged an additional three hours of labor without being able to explain the need for the additional time. I will not be returning to FORD for any additional work in Milford, CT.

Even though we were the last customers that day, he did not rush us and took the time to explain the various documents that needed to be signed. My children were very please with the service as well! They put cartoons on for them in the TV area and gave them cookies while they patiently waited to ride in the new truck!

If could rate Steve's Ford no stars I would ... Frustrated ... had a flat tire but was told it could not be changed due to two lug nuts being stripped ... the last place to service my tires was Steves Ford ... had my car towed to Steve's ... I explained the situation to which their b/s reply was "you cant prove we stripped the lug nuts. You can purchase a new set from us." Then on top of charging me for damage they did, they then charged me to put the donut tire on in addition to charging over $35 lug nuts (had to purchase a set because they would not just sell me two lug nuts) and charged me to dispose the old stripped lug nuts to a total of almost $60 (end result: donut tire put on car which under normal circumstances I would not have paid anything as we have road side assistance)!! RIPE OFF ARTISTS, UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL ... If you're smart, TAKE YOUR CAR TO A DIFFERENT FORD DEALER!!!

Bought a trade-in Toyota 08, After someone rear ended the Toyota, I found out that "StevensFordMilford" did not add any GAP insurance when I purchased the vehicle!!!!
I called them to get an answer why there is GAP insurance was at least offered at time of purchase but got no response up to this moment.
