I have been to Sterling McCall Toyota numerous times for service and oil changes. I am always pleased, just as I was today. I feel confident that the work is completed correctly. I feel as though suggestions are given to me to prolong the life of my vehicle without being bullied into things that are a unnecessary expense. The company wide exceptional friendliness and customer service always wants you to return here and recommend to your friends and coworkers.

Had bad experience. They do not have qualified tech, service tech. Instead of fix issue they are interested to replace the parts. That is the way this service center is generating money. My radio was in Update mode, they said need to replace, it needs to update the software which I fixed myself. This dealership do not have capacity to fix any issue. They just want to make money on parts and labor. Very strongly not recommending anybody to take your valuable vehicle to this dealership for any reason. They kept my vehicle for 4 hours and gave me as it is with they initial comments that my radio is burnt need to replace and gave me quote of $750.00 + Labor $150.00. If they know their product then they can update the software as I did and fixed it myself though it took long time for to fix this issue but I did. I talked to the higher management and the result is zero.

They had me waiting for an oil change over three hours and then told me the screw that hold my oil pan is chipped and they have to thread it for $69 dollars. Such a rip off place not to mention the manager is telling me it usually cost over $100 dollars just for one screw! I checked online and price for new one I found is $8.99. You do the math my friends.

The service advisor Carlos Flores was not very customer service friendly. I waited from 7:00 AM until 6:15 PM for my vehicle to be repaired with little to no information from him. As I was informed that my vehicle that I purchased from Sterling Mccall Toyota the first week in March was in need of repairs above 1400.00 on its first oil change I was very disheartened. After asking Carlos for his manager who I was told could not help me and wouldn't come to speak with me I call Alex Martinez. Alex tried to call the service department but was unable to reach anyone so he was unable to help me. I returned to the service department after countless hours of waiting and being told by Carlos in service that he had other customers to help and he couldn't contact Alex to get me some assistance. I called and asked for the general manager and was sent to Dave Mellow. I have been waiting on a return call from him for a week with no communication so I give up on Sterling Mccall Toyota. They have lost a very loyal customer. I regret purchasing the vehicle from them.

Had an excellent experience. Your rep Bong Sauza was very helpful and professional. The manager provided additional assistance and gave me much better deal with the help of Bong. I first went to AutoNation but they are so far behind in professionalism and dealing. I give Sterling McCall a plus ten aside from a 5 star rating. Had an excellent service with my 2016 RAV4.

I have to deal with customer service twice, both time misguided. First time bad experience with operator I told her I will pick up my plates but when got there was informed it was mailed and will arrive through FedEx.
Today again when I made appointment with the operator she asked whether I will drop or wait, I asked about waiting time, she said it will be 1-1.5 hr, I said I would rather wait.
When I arrived here in time was told waiting time will be 2-3 hrs.
This is ridiculous. You guys should train customer service/ operators to provide correct information.
Now I am stuck here for 3 hours.

Sterling McCall Toyota always gives me outstanding service, from Diego, the salesman, to all the guys in the service department, especially Pedro, who is knowledgeable and polite. Will Solano is also an outstanding service advisor!I'm now part of the Toyota family, switching over from 20 + years of Chevrolets. LOVE my Toyota !

The place is very good both to buy parts and cars, it serves you very well, I bought two three cars and it sells very well the parts of cars for a few dollars the difference between buying original parts and buying in another store that are not original kiss are between 10 and 20 dollars as the stern of water costs 160 and in another store they are 140 or 150 and the original one will last 200,000 miles and the other about 40,000 there is the difference of paying and operating well that is my humble opinion

My husband and I were looking for cars at Sterling McCall Toyota because it has a wide variety of cars, different payment plans, excellent financing, & a friendly staff. We even had the honor to meet with one of their helpful, humble, kind, respectful young man named Farris Khalil to be the one we talked to. From the very first day, I've answered all my questions & addressed all of our concerns. Whenever we arrived at the dealership, I still didn't understand certain things & whenever we asked him; he didn't get mad, annoyed or disrespectful. I have answered them politely, detailed, & made sure I understood the information. I'm very glad that we had the opportunity to talk to him because he wasn't an opportunist. He gave us pure honesty about what we were getting ourselves into. We were very satisfied & happy with the car we choose & the deal we made & its all thanks to Farris Khalil.

Sales person was pushy , kept walking off without telling us where they were going or why , was misinformed about the model of cars , kept pushing us to buy something we told him we didn t want , wasnt even wearing face mask properly which defeats the purpose of having it on (multiple employees in the facility were wearing it wrong. Only had it over their mouth not nose).

Not bad if you want a brand new car. Came here to lease an Uber car, but the wait is long because there are only 2 people that work for the Uber section. They're somewhat friendly, but their car selection wasn't the best.cars weren't cleaned well and had bad odors. One car even had a puddle of water where the spare tire ' should've' been (never saw a spare tire though). But when notified, they removed the car from their list of available cars. Others cars were in rough shape and only 1 was acceptable. Insidespace and waiting areas are wonderful. I was even able to complete some work while in their. 'reading room'. You have to pay for all snacks but water and coffee are free.

I absolutely love Sterling McCall Toyota. I've bought 4 cars there and they have serviced all of them. A few times over the years I would use another Toyota dealership because of location and I always end up back at Sterling McCall! They are the best! Trustworthy, professional and expedient!

Great service from staff that will accommodate to your car's need. The wait is a bit long because of the number of customers during the weekend. Just bring along your electronics to relax in their lounge.

I definitely recommend to come to this dealership to purchase your car ask for Jeff. He is there to help and listen to you not once did I feel that he was pressuring me just to close a sale he is very professional and very personable. If you are serious about purchasing a car this is the guy to talk to. Now there also is this guy there too his name is James Alaskare in the finance department he went above and beyond for me I don't know what strings he pulled but he made the impossible possible, thank you so much guys!!!!

Well when I got there they left me sitting in my car for 15 minutes in which I decided to get out n ask what was going on as I had an appointment- they told me it was lunch n they were busy - not my fault maybe consider scheduling better - i then basically had to find an advisor to help me - the man that helped me is the only reason I gave stars as he was helpful n attentive- I was getting a tired rotation in which wasn t even started after a hour and half he went back n got them to start - I ll just pay the extra n go to Lexus maybe if I have to - schedule with the advisor that did help me ! I don t like this service center! They can do better

He addressed me quickly got me in and before I could fall asleep in the chair in the waiting room, he called me to let me know my service was complete. He reinflated my tires to their proper pressure, discount tire did not. And I am truly thankful that he had me out of the shop at the time my appointment time was to have started. Amazing service.

My experience with the Service Department at Sterling McCall Toyota has been pleasant especially with a service adviser, Wilfred Solano. Wilfred is knowledgeable and very professional in discussing current issues or potential issues through verbal and electronic communications. He clearly explains the issue(s), provides technical details and steers me to the right repair process after considering my inputs. Thanks to Wilfred and the service technicians at Sterling MCall for keeping my car in good shape.

I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. The Manager Ty or Tye however you spell it was rude. I drove 8 hours to pick up my car. I asked if they can deliver it they said no. I mean since most dealerships do delivery after purchasing a vehicle. So I asked if they can drive half ways and meet me and still said no cause I have to sign paperwork "electronically" so I said ok makes sense. Even tho I had already went through my own bank in my town signed everything the day before. So I drive 8 hours and nobody wanted to help me cause my sales guy Ahmad took off and he knew I was headed over there and didn't even bother to call me to tell me he was not going to be there. So I get there to sign paperwork electronically and to findout it was NOT electronically it was a few papers I could have had faxed to me . So we leave with our new car the Manager Ty gave us a dirty look on the way out. So we drove back home and come to find out they never put our temporary paper plates on our new vehicle so I had to call them and tell them to send me some by text and they sent me the wrong one which was for a 2018 Toyota not an Infiniti. So they finally sent me the right paperwork but in all my experience was horrible even over the phone they were all kinds of rude. I've never had a horrible experience like this before and I hope they change the attitude or management. Nothing good to say about this place. ZERO!!

I guess he did not want my business and forward me to a lady that had just started working there and started to talk to me in Spanish and told me that he usually refers Hispanic customers to her and I was like really ?? I just smh and walked out and took my business somewhere else now am a proud owner of a 2018 4Runner!!

Was in need of a new car. My son & I stopped here because on line, he saw a small SUV I wanted. I was going to get financed from my church credit union, which was of a certain limit according to the monthly note I'd like to pay. We were quickly greeted by 'BoBo' as he was riding around in a cart. To make a long story short, I was talked into test driving a Corolla (from both my son & BoBo). Found one in my budget, yet high mileage, but once we got up to financing, the wait was a bit much. (Mind you, it was Black Friday. While we were waiting, they started preparing to serve pizza because of the long wait times) We said we'd come back the next day. After thinking overnight, I called BoBo the next morning to let him know that the car I test drove the night before wasn't going to work. He assured me that he'd find something to my liking and price. My son had convinced me that purchasing a new car would be the better than purchasing a preowned one. He & BoBo were of the same mind. Everything BoBo told me about the cars I looked at, my son had said the very same thing (i.e., mileage, features, etc.) So, I knew I was in good hands with BoBo. All the employees there were friendly. If you're looking for a good salesperson and company, I suggest you go to Sterling McCall.

Once I was in the finance department they explain everything they needed to explain as far as that gap and I ll kind of insurance for my vehicle. POOR service. I attempted to test drive a 4Runner...

POOR service. I attempted to test drive a 4Runner this morning when it was practically empty in the dealership. Shabbir Zaidi was assigned to me, and I explained I only had 20-25 minutes to quickly test drive, but said if it was not possible, I would come back. He told me it was no problem, and then proceeded to SLOWLY write down my info. He was at his desk for 10+ minutes writing down my name, phone number, email address, and writing "4runner" on a piece of paper and also typing it into his computer. During this time he asked if I would be financing today. Again, I repeated I only had a short time and I just wanted to get the initial feel of the vehicle. I also repeated that I could come back if my time frame was not going to work. He became defensive and angrily said he had to fill out " all of this paperwork" to get a key. (I assure you it was nothing). Then he left to get the key....10 minutes later, he slowly came back with keys and told me he found one at the very back of the lot and would need to go locate it. I told him to discard my info - he had wasted my time. This afternoon, I received a call from his fleet manager, Joe Morello. After explaining my disappointment in service, he told me I should have planned for more time. As I attempted to comment back, he hung up on me. I test drove the highlander at joe myers within 15 minutes earlier this week, so I am not sure why 20-25 minutes was not possible on a Wednesday at 10:30. At the very least, they should have been up front with me and told me that they could not accommodate my time constraints.
