I bought my truck here! From sales to financing they were so good! I brought my truck in for the first time for service. I liked it. I didn't wait long. The technician was amazing. I'm glad I bought the maintenance package so I could keep coming here. I will say though, the checkout girl wasn't the nicest. No greeting, no thank you for your service, nothing. Very dry and moody. As long as she keeps her rudeness to herself, I'll keep coming here.

They behaved very professionally with me, they made me feel very good ...: they explained everything in detail, very good explanations ... they told me how the process was and I feel safe in the car I wanted, they helped me with everything.

The only area of complaint is the reading room, That is where I usually wait. The carpet is stained the chairs are soiled and there are cobwebs.

Long wait: I scheduled an appointment 2-days in advance for a regular oil change. I still waited 1 hour and 30 minutes when it normally takes 30 minutes. I waited for a technician for an hour, they said he was out at lunch, so maybe don't make as many appointments at 1:20pm? He did a good job, but the wait was too long.

My 60k service appointment with Rick great. I let him know what I needed performed that day and some areas of concerns for a future appointment. He did exactly what I asked for and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me realistic expectations on my waiting time and provided some context on what to expect for my next service. The waiting area is reasonably comfortable and the restrooms are clean. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

If your looking for an honest car salesman Apo is your man! I had an issue with a car I purchased from Sterling McCall. I notified him about it and he was on it. He gave me the options I had and was patient in helping me find a new car. I trust his word 100%. Also, the financial manager Krystin is so so soooo sweet. She is so good at her job and knows her stuff. I loved her!

My salesman, Issac, was professional and very knowledgeable of the vehicle, which was a 2018 Toyota Highlander. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I recommend Sterling McCall and Issac if you are looking for a vehicle.

My first good experience buying a car ever, I started shopping on line and Sterling McCall was the only one dealer that send me the price of the car I wanted, all of the other dealers did not disclosure their price via phone or email, first point earned with transparency. Then I scheduled a visit with Samuel in the next morning, when I arrived the car I wanted was already in front of the shop for test driving, then we sit for negotiation and no surprises with the price or hidden fees, deal done and paperwork completed in less than 3 hours.

I can't express enough how disappointed I am with this dealership. No customer service skills whatsoever. Once again I came in for an (overpriced ) oil change. I opted to drop the car off and catch the shuttle to work. Advisor calls to tell me he emailed me the things wrong with the car, and to take a look at it and email him back with what I want to do. Long story short I opted not to get the repairs done because there is no explanation of why the repairs are needed, the time frame they need to be done in etc., I go to pick up my car and wait at the advisors desk for over 8 mins, the other advisors see me waiting, no one offers to assist me, or call the advisor. So as I waited I see my paper work and keys just laying there on the desk. So I take it upon my self to take the paperwork and car keys to the cashier to cash me out... Who then has to call the advisor to bring the paper work, then she calls for someone to bring my car to the front, an additional 15-20 minutes I spent waitng for them to just bring the car around... $63 dollars for a high mileage oil change, tire rotation not included, I have no idea if they even topped my fluids off. Because once again my advisor wasn't in sight.. I guess I paid them for my time to wait.

After searching for a car for months, I finally found the car for me at Sterling Mccall Toyota. I called and talked to the salesman and he was very honest and nice. (Over the last month I've been dealing with some in-honest salemans from many different dealerships. I would call and they would say the car is clean or has a clean carfax. Then when I arrive at that dealership the cars would be scratched up or in a accident.) So I sent my father to go look at the car because I lived a hour and a half way. He met up with a salesman named "Apo" and took the car on a test drive. He called me back and said the car was good. The next day I went and bought the car. My salesman was one of the nicest guys and made purchasing the car a breeze. I would ask for "Apo" he will get you the car you need. I will be buying my next car from him exclusively. I LOVE MY NEW/USED CAR! Thank you Apo.

I will recommend contacting one of the internet sales person instead of the regular sales representatives. I was contacted by 3 different person and they gave me 3 different prices on the same car. Of course I chose the lower, the guy was very helpful and respectful, all the procedure went fast and smooth. Definitely will recommend contagion Allen Wanju from that dealership.

Came in for service and too check a sensor light. They brought my card back and said service was complete. I started driving and noticed sensor light was still on. Had to go back. Service folks said the had to check my extended warranty to see if they could get approval. Approved but. Had to wait another 4 hours so far. Half day off work so far. Not good. Been coming for three years. This is the worst.

I have bought 3-4 cars in my life, either new or used. Everyone knows that buying a car, especially when negotiating price is the most painful part. I always try to make a win-win situation for both of us - buyer and seller.

Now, my girlfriend wants a Toyota Corolla LE 2018, as we want to buy it before the Xmas, we rushed and checked the price from several different dealers before actually come in to test drive/take a look at the car. Sterling McCall makes the price negotiation become the most painful experience ever.

David Pham was the one who greet us at the beginning. We did the test drive, checked the price on a used Camry, then went home not wanting to buy it. Camry XLE 2016, while being nearly a top trim level, looks cheap and feel cheap. Since Toyota makes cars that look so boring, we decided to get a Corolla low trim level - an LE.

That Friday at 6:30PM, we got a good deal with Mike Calvert Toyota on a new Corolla SE, but they wanted us to be there before 8. Since our house is far, we want to check if Sterling McCall can match it, and because David was really friendly in the morning.

The pain began.

He started to blabber about how he has been working in car industry for a long time, and my offer is ridiculous. Mind you, this is not the first time I buy the car.

He even swore that he would give us $1,000 in cash if we could buy the car at the price Mike Calvert gave us and bring the car to him to prove it. Mind you, as if $1,000 is that big.

We ended up buying the car at the other place.

His attitude is rude and low-class. He treats customers as if all of them are stupid.

I even saw his posting on a specific facebook group laughing out loud at another member, saying that he is working at the biggest dealer in Houston, implying that he is always more knowledgeable and always correct.

Sterling McCall is a big dealer not because of you alone, dumbass.

Buyers, please avoid him at all cost. He will be giving you an overprice invoice so he can make most money out of it. Trash.

Really impressed with my experience purchasing a new vehicle here so far. The salesman ("Apo" Kus) had a friendly vibe from the start. I never felt like I was expected to buy anything at any point. As though if I had test drove several cars and the just left, they still would have been happy to help me in my search. From my experience (including a visit to another Toyota dealership nearby the day before), this is not always the case.

The follow up visits (for various reasons like receiving license plates) and subsequent communication with Apo has been reliable with quick responses from email or cell. Everyone from the floor level up to the Purchasing Manager, Melanie, have been great.

My girlfriend will be in the market for a car in about a year or so. This will be the first place we come looking.
