Service was fast. Employees were very courteous and helpful. I just wish the person who made the appointment on the phone had informed me that the location where the service was now performed had changed. It would have saved me quite a lot of time. Other than that, it was great.
This one star review is based off the experience my had at Sterling McCall Toyota. She left her truck in their care to be serviced and while it was there it was stolen and totally trashed (See photos). They have not offered to cover any expenses, gave her a rental car for only one day, has refused to let her see any security footage, and have gone out of their way to be unhelpful in the entire process leaving my friend out to dry.
Sterling McCall Toyota had an opportunity to make a customer for life by rectifying the situation, but instead has treated my friend very poorly and has not done anything to make the situation right.
I will be in the market for a new car soon and I will not even consider buying from Sterling McCall and I will be encouraging all of my friends to not buy from Sterling McCall either. I will not give my business to a company who treats their customers this way. Totally unacceptable.

Edwin did a great job of keeping me informed and updated. What the problems were. Technician found a belt on compressor of a/c so saved me from having to purchase a compressor. Catalytic converter replaced and engine light was off. I had tried to get Rick Howell to fix this over a year ago, and he said he could never get the part. Edwin got in less than a day! I will always use Edwin so keep him there! He was great!

I paid them approx. $700 for a a/c problem back in november of 2017 that they claimed theyvwould fix. It is now late June 2018 and 3 visits later FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. They have not fixed the vehilce properly at all. The only time it worked was for the first visit and it worked for LESS THAN 3 months. We brought it back and they supposedly fixed it again but when we left the dealership with our toddler the a/c blew out NOTHING but HOT air. We could not wait another 5 to 6 hours for them to do it again since we had my toddler. My wife and i had very little food that day and we were hungry. So we had to go. We were there from 7am till about 12:40. Bring the same car back for the same problem and now they are not wanting to fix it unless i pay them more for other parts that IF the parts are bad then they should have let us know that BEFORE we drove off last time. However they did NOT tell us ANYTHING besides it being "fixed". They do NOT take ownership in their mistakes and they will NOT allow my family to go to a different dealership for the warrenty even though it is an hour drive for us depending on traffic. My family lives in the northeast part of houston while they are southwest part of houston. I hope that whoever reads this will listen to me when i say DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS!

This was my first time going in for maintenance of my Corolla. I was rather confused and lost, not sure where I was to be. The associates seemed to understand this as they clearly talked me through the details. They directed me to the proper service bay, inspected my car and showed me to the lounge after some paperwork. I enjoyed a good book and some complementary coffee for about 45 minutes until I was called to claim my car. They dismissed me with a friendly smile and a courteous farewell. I was extremely satisfied with quick, friendly, and professional service this site had to offer. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Went in on Friday to get my Maintenance done on my Toyota Corolla. And today is Wednesday. So I started hearing noises coming from my car and didn t pay too much attention but something told me it was my tires since I had just got them rotated. So then I got on the freeway and I felt the car shaking really bad and so i checked my tires and one of the lug nuts were missing and so then I went to make sure the rest were secure and literally every single lug but on my left back tire were all loose this explains all the shaking and all the noise. So then I went back to the dealership and they said that it wasn t missing and it was just broken and so then he didn t say anything and told me to sign paper work and didn t explain to me what was going to be done on my car so I asked the cashier to speak to manager. The manager took his sweet time to come see me and talk to me and when my car was ready they called him again and the secretary apologized for my experience and as I went to tell the manager what happened he made it seem like he didn t care and and didn t even let me finish talking and gave me a cheap sorry. The secretary s sorry was more compassionate than the managers. I at least wanted a sorry for having me drive around with my 5 year old brother in the car and my sister and brother in law for an entire week. I could have died because of this and nobody cared. I would think that I would get the best service at Toyota which isn t the case. I m never going back to the dealer to get it serviced. I don t trust them and I certainly will not overpay for a service if it can t be don t correctly!!
Update- now I have to replace all 4 of my tires. Thanks Toyota

I had my oil change done today at this dealer. My air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. No ones cared to check it. The left signal light bulb was broken and no ones let me know either. They did not top off my fluids either. I really don't know if they really changed the oil or not. I don't feel comfortable of taking my vehicles to this dealer anymore.

The service was excellent this morning July 19. The young lady who came out to greet me was very cordial and took my car into the service area and had the required service completed very quickly. I arrived at 9:00 and was back home before 10:00 am. I truly recommend Sterling McCall for your automobile service needs.

I bought my 2012 Nissian MAXIMA here for what I think was a fair price.
I had good and bad service with this dealer. I had few recalls with my 2007 Camry I had already got most of them but my sun visors and my engine I took my car in for the oil burning. They didn't explain to that I didn't have to check my oil. So when I got I checked my oil level an it was about 1/2 inch higher from it had to after I let it sit down for hours. So when I went back they said my engine was good. But I can't even get 2500 miles out of my oil change. By that mileage it's empty already.
Made an appointment online. Took my car in at 715am for an oil change, tire rotation & balance and whatever else is needed. My car didn't finish until 915am. I thought it took awhile for just an oil change n rotation. Seem like I was helped by 3 different staff. The main guy was Carlos, he was kind and professional. He apologized for the inconvenience.
Bought my car from here and came back for servicing. Very pleased with the service staff! Wilfred was patient and listened to all my concerns and they were addressed. Wonderful experience, will be back for future services!

My experience at Sterling McCall was good. Maintenence service was done on February 20. Today is March 4 and Im sitting in a parking lot with a dead battery . This is very disappointing. Why wasn't I informed that I had a week battery?

Good service! I was late but they were able to get my car in and did all the service work in less than an hour. Service report said that my battery is bad and I can replace it for about $170, but I chose to decline and to check it by myself. Anyway great place. Super fast and people are real nice there.
Usually prompt service. Today a tire purchase/install took wayyyyy too long. Almost 3 hours waiting and service agent had to get the tire himself and roll it to another building. He was great. Technicians seemed to have been overwhelmed.
Awful experience! I drove a Toyota for over 10 years, and my entire family drives Toyotas. I was in the market to buy a new car and, of course, I went straight to Toyota. I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle and asked to make sure that exact model was available with the specifications I wanted to which they said, yes. When I arrived, I had to wait over an hour for them to locate the car. Afterwards, the salesperson was unhelpful and almost seemed to be rushing me out. There was no attempt to even sell the car or work with me. I spoke to the manager who then told me that he would work with me personally and would take away the middleman. I was satisfied with that and agreed. The next day, I received a phone call from a salesperson who said that his manager wanted him to work with me. Though frustrated, I agreed to work with him and asked him to send me the information of some of the vehicles he mentioned. He never did. Obviously, I did not continue to pursue it and ended up buying a Hyundai. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle, and because of my experience with Sterling McCall Toyota Houston, I will no longer be looking into Toyotas.
Always treat customer with sincere there. I like their honest for necessary and unnecessary maintenance.
