Great customer service & they beat the price of another Toyota dealership by $95. They were very quick at servicing my car. The pick up was a little confusing though. They don t really tell you were to pick up your vehicle. More signs or maybe add a note to the text letting you know your service is done.

I was looking for a new rav4 for my mom and I am so glad I had a knowledgeable, proactive salesman to help get us into the car we wanted. Garni was able to take care of everything before we made the long drive out there. Krystin, our finance person was very friendly and personable. She is extremely competent and does the paperwork right the first time. Overall, we were very happy with the price and trade in value they offered, unlike their competitor on 249. I will refer all my friends and family to come here in the future.

Mr. Shahid Usmani, I have to say, is a very valuable asset that Sterling McCall Toyota has. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and an honest person. Ever since 2013, I have only been coming to sterling McCall Toyota because of his service and helpfulness. In 2013, he helped me through the whole process of leasing my first car ever, which was a Camry, and made the whole process simple and easy. Before coming to the dealer, I was confused about the leasing process and was worried about not getting the perfect car and deal. However, due to Mr. Shahid Usmani's excellent guidance, all my worries were gone in a matter of few minutes and I happily drove-off with my first, brand-new car and was stress-free. I am happy with service but no respect of protocol as first come first serve service.
To my surprise, as a prestigious Toyota dealer, with sophisticated computer equipment, my three dashboard messages: check engine light, tire sensor light, an Traction Control Off, were not cleared.
There was talk of bringing in a special technician that had to scheduled to look at the messages.
I hope that this is resolved.
Went twice to get my key program. The first they told me to get a new battery, got another one didn't work. Second time, went back and they were going to help me, when I got to service, they asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, and they weren't able to help. I asked talk to a manager and they didn't help me. When I called to make an appointment they let me on hold for 5 minutes.

I got rear ended by someone who had no insurance so I brought my car into the collision center and told them everything that was wrong that happened in the accident; This includes a screw in my tire that the tow truck guy had to air up. I get my car back and the pressure light is on on my dash. They take it back and come back and tell me there's a nail in my tire, but it's the same screw that they knew about for the 2 weeks they had my car. I ask why it hasn't been taken care of and he guy I've been taking to since day 1 says it hasn't gone flat. So they had my car for 2 weeks and couldn't do anything about the tire. That was great after missing 2 months of work from back pain and having to pay my $1000 deductible. I took the tire to discount and had to pay to get it replaced, which should have been done by Toyota in the first place, thanks.

Had my routine oil and filter change today. Service rep. understood what i wanted, answered two or three questions I had and my car was ready before estimated time promised.
Will continue to use the service dept. for all my car needs.

These people don t know customer service. I went to the parts department and was with Xavier Banda an old man who looked like he didn t want to be there. After He found the part I needed, he told me to pay the cashier and left. Once I finished paying the part I stood their for more than 10 minutes waiting for him to bring my part. Then i told another parts guy why he is taking so long, he told me he went to lunch. How rude of Xavier Banda he didn t even tell me he was taking a lunch and just left me waiting.
I just bought a Tacoma from Sterling McCall. They are an excellent dealership. They worked with me on price and we re easy to deal with. Munir Sultani and Hayat were the sales staff and they made the buying experience easy! This is the easiest car buying experience that I have had. I would definitely recommend Sterling McCall and the two salespersons I worked with.

I went in as a first time car buyer to the pre-owned side of the dealership. Apo Kus worked with me most of the day trying to find the best deal possible within the parameters I was needing. He stayed late and texted me throughout the day with updates regarding the deal. Due to his diligence and understanding of my needs I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased. He even held the car for me over night knowing I had kids at home I had to take care of. It just shows the amount of work and customer service care he put into not only the car sale but to me as a person. He is amazing! The finance side of things was swift, smooth, and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market!
Had an amazing experience with Sterling McCall Toyota. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us as soon as my dad and I walked in. We got to take 2 cars for a test drive to compare with ease. Picked a car and went to the next step fairly quickly. Even though all the paperwork and wait time was a little extensive, they were very professional and respectful and responded to everything we asked. I recommend asking for Tam Quach (first name pronounced as THUM) who is a Sales Manager and Tom Nguyen who is a Financial Manager. They were very helpful and provided excellent service.

Recently moved to Houston and had planned on getting a new 4-runner as soon as I got settled. I had a friend in town and on Friday night drove through the parking lot on our way to dinner. This really nice sales person was walking in the lot, I put my window down, ask him a few questions, told him I didn't have time now to get into looking, he told me I would look good in one... told him to give me his card and I would get back with him if I decided... he wasn't pushy, very respectful and deliver his card with a smile, I still remember. Well next day I visited another dealership first, which couldn't accomadate my needs, so I contacted Jeff from the business card I had, ask if he had some 2016 4-runners on close out, he answered and I told him I was on my way.

Drove up to the Service Desk of Asst Manager, Pedro V. who courteously received me as I had earlier made a scheduled appointment, he explained what would be done for a 95,000 mile service and enquired if I had any further questions. Asked if I was going away to return or would wait for the completion of the service, stated that I would wait, so he directed me to the well appointed Waiting Room. During this time he called me and informed me of the progress of the service and informed on a further matter which he advised I took care of; told him to go ahead and have it done. Car was eventually delivered after having settled the bill to my sincere satisfaction. Advised by Pedro V. to call him when I needed the next service. Was totally satisfied with the whole process.
