Mr. Howell always provides great service when I take my Tacoma in. He is a very knowledgeable service advisor and when I bring my vehicle in he always lets me know what is wrong and how we can go about fixing it.

Horrible Finance Department!!! They called me after I bought the car from them asking for more documents. Unprofessional service. Ask for documents before selling the car. Once the deal is done don't ask for more documents!!!! Not going here again.

Negative star service. Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change-big mistake! No one will greet you as you pull into service area. Be ready to chase down someone to check you in for your appointment. Very disorganized service center. Social Distancing- was a joke (Cashier handled paperwork, cash, ate her chips/ snack, then handed customers her pen to sign with same hand... Disgusting & unsanitary) Don t assume a simple oil change is anything compared to the Express center- The oil change took over TWO hours!! & 3 attempts to get status/time update, only to recv a msg with necessary repairs estimated @ an exorbitant amount. After checking out, we discovered they had in fact NOT completed the oil change as paid for & had failed to change oil filter. Wheb brought to Mgr attention- Offered to redo oil change-seriously? Have zero respect/trust in dealership that commits such unscrupulous transactions and didn t have another two hrs to waste. STAY AWAY !!

Customer service was great.They are the standard for what excellent customer service is. They made sure I saved as much money as possible and kept me updated with the work on my car. Definitely recommend and will be going here as long as I live in Houston.

We just had our 2 cars serviced at Sterling McCall Toyota. The folks there are courteous and attentive. We waited in the pleasant waiting room that provides free coffee and soft drinks and includes a lunch counter. Part of our reason for buying from Sterling McCall Toyota, despite the distance, is the staff, all of whom are friendly and easy to deal with.

Have the dealer replace the battery in your car before buying from here as a stipulation, otherwise the one that came with it will fail a month after your vehicle purchase and it won't be covered by any warranties, forcing you to pay them another couple hundred on top of the price of the new car as many of the newer batteries aren't carried by regular auto shops. Better yet, get the whole car inspected, independently before buying, they probably throw old worn out parts routinely not covered by warranties on their used cars so you have to come back to them and spend more money on service. Trash business practices to extort customers already paying tens of thousands for their cars.

They always seem to treat me honestly, here, while other area dealerships did not. The work has taken longer than anticipated a couple of times, but again overall they've done better at this than others. My biggest complaint is that cell connectivity in the waiting areas is terrible - they have huge waiting areas, which are mostly empty, and I'd love to be able to just wait and do work from there, but I usually can't with that awful cell connectivity.

I've worked with Phillip as my service consultant - great guy, very patient. I'll definitely return here for as long as I own Toyotas.

Exceeds expectations with great customer service! The dealership will patiently work with you and come up with ways to get you the best purchase. I strongly recommend working with Farhan Qureshi. He is honest, diligent and does not pressure you in to making a decision. Moreover he will work with you and management to get the best deal. Thanks for all the help and advice. I really recommend this dealership and sales person.

This time that I visited, they did the "multi-point inspection". But a few minutes after I started the car it showed me low pressure sign. It seems that they did not bother to check tire pressure. This of course is easily observable. I don't know about the rest of the inspections they claim they do.

I called Toyota at 4:30pm in the afternoon to get a quote to replace front and back brakes with rotors and received a very competitive quote from Mr. Will Solano. Mr. Solano immediately got me in within 30-mins of talking with him. They immediately started working on my car when I arrived and I was out before they closed at 7:00pm. I am very busy and in and out service fit my schedule perfectly! Thanks for the VIP service Will!

What's the point of a service dept if no one ever ...

What's the point of a service dept if no one ever picks up and always get someones voice mailbox. Have been calling for weeks and no human ever picks up phone.

Maybe time to add more employees to the dept. Maybe more responsive on live chat. Didn't try that.

Went to Sterling McCall to have a recall be fixed. Asked for a car wash after wards and I dont think they really washed the car. They put the paper at the bottom of my driver s seat of the car, but the car was still dirty. I left confused, not sure if they were just being lazy?

Very pleasant service experience. I love the communication and clear explanation of issues. Work was completed in a timely manner. I will be going back. I drive a 13 year old truck and I still felt like they went above and beyond to I sure that I was taken care of.

My husband and I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation today. We left our car with Carlos Flores, when they gave us back the car it was making a weird noise in the tires, we did not even left the facility. We went back with Carlos Flores to talked about the issue, he said that they were already closed, to come back on Monday and in the middle of the conversation he answered a phone call and ignored us.

My friend bought a car from Sterling McCall Toyota. Sales department was friendly, but in the finance department the employee was racist. He called my nation"aggressive" and repeated it several times. "I know you very well you are aggressive people". I did not like it at all. There was no reason for this we just started talking. And management don't care how their employees treat people, they just ignore you. It was so ugly and the worst experience I've ever had in America!

Retracting my positive review and deleting the stars. Turns out they did NOT change my oil, even though I paid for it. Today tried to start my car and all the lights on the board lit up. Checked everything, the oil is dirty. Thank goodness I have the car under full warranty still. No wonder they were so fast...service was not performed. My car might be totaled bc they did not do their job. Here is my previous review: Went in for my full automotive check up. Appointment setup online was easy! Drove up at my appointment time, was met with smiles and welcomes, and was taken care of quickly. I went into the waiting area, settled in for, what I assumed, would be a while...instead was told my car was ready! I m impressed with the speed, efficiency and friendly service I received. Would definitely recommend having your car serviced here!! - I do a FULL RETRACTION

This dealership does honor their contracts. They are billing my friend in to adding $2000 to the already finished contact, by holding his car.

Worse customer service. 3 hour wait for an oil change. I Got there at 8:30am finish at 11:30am. Waited for like 5 minutes for someone to take my car. When it was done I got a text. Service rep didn t even come talk to me or give me my keys. I had to ask around to see who had my keys. Walmart has much better service. If McDonald s offered oil changes I m sure you ll get better service there as well. If the DMV offered oil changes I m sure it would be better than this place. If The post office offered oil change it would be better than this place.

I would try it no to buy cars from this particular dealership, few years ago I was 1st time car buyer and clueless of the experience. I really got ripped off on an use vehicle, I ended paying almost triple the price for a use car. Kind was my fault as well for not doing a research before buying a car and for trusting the good faith of the sales people. Now I m searching for a new vehicle but I m definitely doing my research. I have compared their prices with other Toyota dealers on a particular vehicle and came to find out that this particular dealer increases their prices to high. BIG NO (smh) I understand they want to make money, but at what cost?

Definitely a good place to shop for used cars. Any discomfort and oddity you point out during test drive is immediately taken care of before you buy. Extra packages are fairly marked and optional and even negotiable.

Rey the representative that got me set up was great, he gets 5 Stars but I will only put 1 because the rest of my experience was less that favorable.

Zero stars for the Tech/Techs:
I open my car door and was immediately hit with a fishy odor. I look at my seats to find a brown powder residue on my driver seat, front passenger seat and back seat. I went ahead and cleaned it up. Later that evening, I stop by the bank to deposit some cash only to discover the $2 Bill's I had in my center console are no longer there. I start moving things around in my car to see if maybe I knocked them out or over looked them, although they have been sitting in the same spot for 2 days til I could get to the bank. I did not find the $2 Bill's but I did find that my jacket was covered in that same brown powder residue. So now I am really upset, not only did you leave my car in a mess but you steal from me.

I have come to this location for all of my Maintenance since I purchased my car and this is the first and last time I will us the actual service department. The techs in the quick lube area have never stolen from me or left my car looking like a mess.

I will not be back to this location. I rather drive clear cross town to where I purchased my car than have to deal with this again. I shouldn't have to clear my car out just so unethical people wont find temptation. You shouldn't be going through my things in the first place. I also had my check book in the car, if I find a single check missing or any activity on my account that doesnt belong to me, I will take action.

Can t be happier! I bought my third Toyota from Michael Wolf at Sterling McCall Toyota! Very happy with car and the customer service. Michael Wolf is a great salesman, he puts no pressure on the customer and for the third time gave me a very good deal. Highly recommended!
