Service Rep, Oscar Casas, is a great Asset for Toyota. He is very detailed and diligent. He ensures a customer issue is attended to and resolved. He is genuinely making sure that the right problems with the customer are attended to.

He is very available to be reached for guaranteed follow up on already done jobs.

He is definitely a factor in me bringing my car back to Toyota.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation today. My tech was Rick, and he was polite, upbeat, and straightforward about my car. He also helped me out with a coupon, which was very kind of him! It costs about half what I paid at a jiffy lube for an oil change, so they'll continue to get my business.

I love this place, not just because i got a great deal on my Rav4, but the staff is so nice n amazing. They honestly treat u like family. They were super nice n sweet! The service i got done there was quick. Gianni is an amazing sales person he is so down to earth, very helpful... went from nissan to toyota.. n i love it. Best decision I've made also every time i go get service with ALI He is AWEESOME N SUPER helpful n attentive!!! Thank u guys for yalls help!!!

I am adding an update to my review below. I had a really bad experience over the last few months and I finally called in to the service manager Art and he really turn the situation around. For almost 3 months I had to go back and forth with the advisor Hugo and the car was still not fixed, but Art was able to get involved and got my vehicle fixed in less than 2 days. On top of that, I actually got a loaner vehicle for a change which made the process must more tolerable. Art keep me in the loop with every step of the repair process, awesome communication and a personal touch from the service manager himself. I still can't give a 5 stars because I did had some bad experience with Hugo so I am raising the star from a 1 to a 4. Thanks Art for your help........(earlier reviews) - I had the worst experience with the advisor name Hugo. This guy is a liar, incompetent, unorganized person I had to work with for the last 3 months for a vehicle that went in for a flood repair. Giving a 1 star was for the awesome service manager who addressed the issue on the spot on a busy Saturday when I dropped in when the vehicle wouldn't start after I shut off the engine. This was just a couple days after I picked up the vehicle for an engine replacement from Sterling McCall. Hugo lied to me from the time when he said he sent the email to the adjuster on the claim, which he even forward me the email that showed he did, but it was days after when he told me he actually did it. This guy is terrible at returning phone calls. Once in a while I get lucky and he picks up the phone. He told me to bring the vehicle in around 8:30am and it wouldn't take more than an hour or so to finish what he needs and this after days of talking and making sure that I have that slot. I even told him that it will be my mother in law bringing it in and she doesn't speak English and that my mother in law will be their waiting. By 2:30 my mother in law called and said she is still at the shop. I was shocked, I called Hugo and off course he didn't pick up, but he did return my called shortly after. He claimed he didn't know the car was there, (BS). If I have to list out all the things this guy did wrong, I will have a novel by the time I am done with this review. I still have to deal with this guy now because my car is still not fixed. Again, I am still waiting because of his unorganized work method. I called and left a message with the Service Manager today and hope he will return my phone call. If anyone is assigned Hugo as your advisor, consider requesting someone else. It 7/28/2016 and I am continuing my review from yesterday. The service manager name Art did call me back yesterday and as promised he got back with me today with an answer on how the dealership is proceeding with the engine noise. The engine vendor will send a different engine and I am looking at sometime next week to bring the vehicle back in again. Thank you Art for doing what you said you would and maintain a good communication. Will see how this transaction goes, I am seeing a turnaround and will consider updating my review with a better rating once everything is done and over with. It's 10:55am on 7/28/2016, just want to say thank you Art.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I found a used 2020 RAV4 LE with 3k miles in early January 2021! It was essentially a new car at a used car price! I traded in my car and they agreed to the price for the remainder that I was hoping to pay. I m glad I did business with these guys. I m driving the car I wanted to drive and will (hopefully) have it as long as I want, too. BIG thumbs up. I would gladly see them again for my next ride.

I had a great experience dealing with Sterling McCall Toyota. My credit is not good and they did everything possible to get me approved. Of course, my saving grace was my down payment, but my credit situation was challenging nonetheless. Everyone, from my sales person Salim Adil, the sales manager Guillermo Escobar, and the people in Financing (Harry and his manager), were so patient, kind, and caring. They did not judge me for my situation, but rather went above and beyond to help me. Although I was at the dealership for a long time (noon - 6pm) it was well worth it because I drove off the lot in a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla LE with all the fixings :) I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Toyota in the Houston area to pay Sterling McCall a visit.

AVOID THIS DEALER FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!! Buy a vehicle from another dealership who practices good business ethics. I negotiated the price for a new 4Runner and we came to an "agreement". They even indicated the offer amount in an email and said to contact them if I accepted that amount. I contacted them by phone and said yes to the agreed price. We agreed on the time when I would come in and finalize the paperwork, etc. Twenty minutes before I was planning to leave and meet with this dealer to get the vehicle, they sent me an email and said they sold it.

To me, they broke a verbal contract....there was an offer and acceptance, meeting of the minds.

3.5 hours for oil change in spite of having appointment...is ridiculous! Associate Rick Howell who was assigned to me for the job, kept on sitting on the paper work and did not have the courtesy to come inside the waiting area to discuss the feedback from the technician until I walked out and checked with him. Disappointed!

This facility is not to be trusted, bought a used car, salesman assure there was no problem. Took to a trusted mechanic, in 5 minutes found MAJOR issues. Informed my salesman and never got a response. The repairs cost 2/3 the value I purchased the car. This car shouldn't have ever been sold to the public

After waiting for 3 hours (8:30 am to 11:30am) for an oil change and tire rotation, I finally get my car back and get it home only to discover that they didn t even rotate my tires. Like I paid them to do. Currently on hold (for the last 30 mins.) to try and speak with someone. 1) my tire lock was in my purse and no one ever asked for it 2) my husband has been looking over my tires daily for the last couple of weeks because we desperately need to replace them. He knows that they weren t rotated.

I am the loyal customer for Toyota sterling McCall for 5 years, I bought 2 vehicles from Toyota and took my cars to Toyota for the oil change and service all time, all previous service was good and all service technicians was respectful and treating customers very will,
This time I took my car for the oil change after oil change i drew my car to home, when I got home I found the locking bolt on back tire is missing, I went back and spoke to the guy who change oil he disrespect me and said we didn't toch the tires. After I talked to the in charge person he said we don't have any bolt , we should order it,
The service technicians is not trustble, when you guys take your vehicle for maintenance make sure to check all your stuff and vehicle parts.
