I have been going here for service on my 03 4RUNNER since I moved to Texas in 06 and the service has always been great. Very pleasant and I never feel that I am being over sold or taken advantage of or worse yet being fleeced for unnecessary repairs. They have always been honest and trustworthy and never has anything been accidentally removed from my car.
Rick Howell saved me about $1,000 by caring enough to follow up with me. I will be back.
Not a good experience here. Had a 7 AM appointment and ended up leaving at 9:30 AM for a simple oil change. Also had a coupon for an oil change for $37.95 and then got charged $55 because they said my car took 7 quarts instead of 5 quarts. All this happened after I signed a paper at drop off for $37.95. When I tried to pay, they didn t even know I had the coupon so they had to get someone to confirm I had it when I got there. I will not be coming back to this place because of the slow service and for the lack of communication between staff members.

I purchased a 2015 Highlander LE Plus and at every step she was amazing. She is so incredibly helpful and will do everything in her power to get you the best possible deal with a smile. Even after the deal was done she continued to assist and provide everything she could to make me happy. Most of the paperwork was done before my appointment. The sales men were very knowledgable.
Came in after a long day of work and looked pretty rough. Sales person talked down as if I couldn't afford a truck. Left and got one down 59 at fort bend Toyota.
So apparently if they see you had declined one of there services from time ago in the computer they don t even bother checking your car I took my Camry 2007 hybrid there and was very aggravated when the guy was going off on what I had declined last time and gave me a total of 4,000 that I needed to pay when I told him it was fixed already he didn t even bother looking at my car turns out the problem with my car wasn t what he showed me on the computer lol took my business elsewhere was so sad that the guy treated me like this need more training to show respect to your customers he made it seem like I was just there for a free diagnostic I understand people do this but not everyone is cheap just saying

Having just recently exiting the new car market, I would like to share my pleasant experience with Sterling McCall Toyota. As a lot of you have done or will do, I used a myriad of car searching sites, including TrueCar, and went directly to the Houston-area dealer sites to look for my ideal vehicle. After dealing with a few other dealers, Sterling McCall had been the easiest to work with. Bella Zhang, my salesperson, was happy to oblige my test drive requests and even brought a particular model from out of state for me to try out! And, just as soon as I walked into the showroom, Bella came, handed me the keys, and let me test drive at my leisure! First time I've had that kind of trust established so soon! After a bit more research, I gave Bella, as well as other dealers, the specs I was looking for. Bella was able to find the exact model for me almost overnight, having one come into their dealership that day. I was able to drive away with my new vehicle with a smile on my face. Thanks, Bella! Arrived at 1:10pm and four cars in front of me. Left at 2:50pm. Looked like there were 20 people on job but only 3-4 active at any time. Lot of people on phone, hanging around, nonproductive. Service on my car was excellent. Turnsround sucked because a large number of people were not efficient. When they got to me, I stayed with the car and got done quickly. I think I saw at least a thousand dollars worth of unproductive labor costs in my two hour wait time.
Takes too long to process the paper work and you need to streamline the process

Worth the drive from my house
I d love to give 5 star because of the wonderful salesman, David Pham, who assisted me. He was very helpful, so I did have a good deal out of this. Salesman and staff in sales department were fine. I took off 1 star because I had a bad experience with financial man. We could not agree with each other because it came out different from what we talked with the salesman and his manager, and he made difficulty to us, which got to the point that I wanted to cancel my purchase. Finally we got through it after the salesman dealed with him. I took another star off because after 1 month of purchase (I came there to get my car plate on the previous week), one of the tire got flat when I was driving on the highway. I called to Toyota Road Assist service, they told me that they would call back, but I never received any call from Toyota. I brought the car back to dealer, they told me that I had to pay out of my pocket because there was no warranty on tire. My car current milenge is 3069 at the moment I wrote this review. I was so disappointed the fact that they sold me a brand new car with its tire only last for a month.

The Sales Consultant that I strongly recommend is Mr. Parvez Kapadia.
He works with his customers in listening to their needs, and actually spends a great deal of time researching vehicles that will fit the customer.
Once the purchase is completed, he continues to assist whether explaining the mechanism of the newly bought vehicle or just following up with a call after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
He is a staff member that is a true asset to the Toyota brand name.
There are many personnel at the Dealership including - Finance Dept. - Krystin Balli, Internet Manager, New Car Sales Managers , Service Advisor - Luis Hernandez- who ALWAYS does a tremendous job after the vehicle needs service and even the Parts Dept. that works as a team to make the purchase move quickly and effortlessly and continues to provide support regardless of the age of a vehicle.

i was there for regular oil change and as my experience with other dealers they are supposed to do the vehicle inspection and if there is something to fix or change they should discuss with me and go as i want but i dont get inspection report and was not advised anything worse experience ever at toyota dealer...
Buying a car for my wife. Out of 6 separate dealerships we visited, this was by far worst experience. I'll start with the worst part. The managers were quoting prices that were absolutely absurd trying to take advantage. For a 3yr lease on a 38k car got a quote for 784 a month which by the end of the lease I would have paid 27.4k, which was a higher payment than if I bought the car out right they quoted right at 700 which was also ridiculous it's like a 10% interest. Not to mention after 3 years I would have paid off 70% of what the car is worth with the lease. If you buy a car with a 60 yr loan after 3 years you would pay off 60% of the loan so paying off 70% to lease makes absolutely no sense. Trying to explain it to the manager was like talking to a brick wall he was defending his number and acting like it was typical even after showing him several examples to the contrary. I explained that typically when you lease you are paying for the depreciation not more than the whole car. My wife really wanted a toyota, she even knew what she wanted. We both have above excellent credit. This should have been easy. If you have bought a car from here please have someone look at your deal to make sure you haven't been taken advantage of. Especially if you leased. Leasing should be cheaper than purchasing. I figure that there was some incentive for the dealership to sell vs lease so he was just throwing ridiculous numbers out. Where if I didnt know what to look for I may have signed up for and been SOL. I will never go to this dealership again and want to make sure if others do they are prepared for the greedy managers and the herd of unproffesional salesman who stand around the sales floor picking their teeth and trying to poach each others clients. PS. I did end up finding my wife a car that she is very happy with and the selling experience was amazing. It's a chevy.

I went from 5 to 1 stars after their young sales manager told me to go home and think about the price of a car I was trying to purchase for my mom. The next day, I ended up going to AutoNation Toyota and explained to their sales manager what had happened. He had the vehicle transferred from Sterling McCall to his dealership and my mom ended up driving away in it at the price I had offered Sterling McCall. Never going back to Sterling McCall again.

It was the worst experience i did book my appointment and they waste my 4 hours just for changing engine oil and when i was asking they were not paying any attention and later on they were trying to tell that we didn't do the tire rotation because u have to buy the tires they don't care about customer they are just trying to get money out of u poor customer service and all the people were in frustration i saw a few more people the were complaining

The good , the bad , and the good.
I brought my mom's car here for recall items pending. They did an excellent job and were much faster than I anticipated. Dealerships have a bad reputation of making their customers somehow feel like they're going to be screwed over or have mechanical problems after the fact. I suppose my opinion has now changed! These employees were professional and upfront with all information, I was impressed. They maintained social distance, everybody wore masks and they had clear Shields up at each station. Everybody there genuinely seemed to enjoy working there and were eager to help. Carlos Flores, Service Advisor was the gentleman who assisted me. He was great!
The bad: I had a piece of paper with my mom's vehicle inspection approval sitting on the dash. Somehow it was taken down or flew off, I don't know. But they misplaced it. I noticed as soon as I drove off. I called them to see if someone had set it aside and was placed on hold for some time while they looked for it. I circled back around and came in and explained to Carlos how important that piece of paper was. As I am handling all of my mom's affairs. Somehow it was trapped under a machine or a tire and was crinkled and torn. Instead of dismissing me and not taking the time to look for it, Carlos stopped what he was doing and Enlisted the help of another mechanic who is working on my mom's car to search for it. He showed me the torn dirty paper an offer to tape it up and copy it. It was very kind of him, as mistakes happen in life and I have no doubt that it was not the fault of anybody but a simple mistake. His kind gesture was noted and touching. I deeply appreciate his professionalism, his apology, and quick action to rectify the situation.
I personally do not drive a Toyota but I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. They really seem to care.

I'm at my father's house right now having to drain some of the oil out since they overfilled it at this dealership yesterday.
I just got done draining the oil, and noticed they didn't even drain out the old oil. This is too dark to be new oil. No wonder its is overfilled, they didn't properly drain out the old oil. Let me see how I can post a picture of the oil I drained out.

Do NOT ever bring your car in for service. This people do NOT know what they are doing. They just want you to change the most expensive parts to make money. My car stalled right after a stop sign when letting go of the break. How dare them telling me I need to change the fuel pump for $1000. And the idle control valve for $800. And they told me that might or might not be the cause of my car stalling.
I leave my car on idle and let it run for 2 hrs. It still running. Fuel pump my ass.
Don't waste your time and $238 for their so called inspection.
My car stall when I put it in drive, it's a transmission problem if not the ECM. I'm not even a mechanic I know it has nothing to do with the fuel pump.
I paid them the $238 so you all don't have to. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE.
Update: My car need transmission work. NOT fuel pump. Thanks for wasting my time Stalling Myass Toyota.

Very good customer services in the repair department. However, do not buy cars there. Their sales people are aggressive and not really negotiable. I have bought four Toyota in the past 12 years (started at Sterling McCall Toyota) but ended up buying at other dealers in the Houston area with less pushy people and saved between $450-$1200 each time for the exact car at that particular time.
My experience with the service department has always been exceptional! Adi has played a pivotal role in facilitating my visits for oil changes, tire rotations, and other things that have happened to my vehicle. When it came to scheduling appointments, he responded in a timely manner and was able to provide an ideal day and time. My knowledge in car maintenance is relatively weak, so it s been awesome being told what needs to be done with my car without trying to oversell me on a service that isn t mandatory. There have been a few situations where I've had some financial restraints and he was able to lay out some alternatives. I ve had no issues with my car since I started service at this location, so I definitely recommend visiting with Adi if you have any services that you need to have done on your vehicle!
