I was amazed about how fast and smooth the whole process was, it didn t take more than 3 hours to complete from walking into the dealership to driving away with the truck.
Garni was very helpful and honest, upfront on everything, something I really appreciated.

I booked an appointment for the "Toyota complete event"....first off, the appointment took two hours which would've been the same i'd just walked in. Most importantly the Toyota complete event which was listed on all websites as valid until October 1 was being dodged by management and they were trying to get me to pay an additional $20 for a tire rotation which was supposed to be all inclusive with the sales event-The haggling was unprofessional and unbefitting a dealership such as this.

Had a issue with slightly overfilled engine oil after a warranty repair, Art, the service manager called and apologized. We had a nice conversation and he also offered to have the level corrected if I wanted to bring it by. I don't mind draining a small amount out as I usually do the oil changes on it anyway.

I have purchased my 2012 sienna limited and very happy with the dealership. Got excellent deal and other dealers could not beat price. Got very good financing . Sales and finance very professional. Shahid Usmani is the one who sold me this car and best sales person i have ever meet.
Just recently i purchased 2014 camry SE and again Shahid Usmani *****FIVE STARS*****. He got me best deal on camry with 6 years 0% financing.

Labor Day, 2017, day 7 after our home was flooded, I walked into Sterling McCall. I am in desperate need for two cars to replace the two we lost in the flood. The day before, I spent over 3 hours at another dealership (Sterling McCall was closed on Sunday), and was told because of the flood, they anticipate demand surge, therefore, they can t give me the discount they normally give.
I went to see Sarwar, from whom I bought my two Toyotas before. I was not disappointed. He found the exact cars I want and gave me a reasonable price for them. James from the finance department was nice and the whole process was very smooth.
Thank you Sarwar. Thank you - Sterling McCall. I will be back for my next car!

Worst experience ever from a Toyota dealer , no courtesy at all, all sales person are couch potatoes... Never bother about a customer who walkin showroom. Least bothered to sell a car or ask 'may I help you'.. Definitely this will affect the business on long term.. They are still in the sellers market..Feel like some kind of discrimination issue in this place !!!!

Made an appt. Via Toyota's 800 number for a recall...

Made an appt. Via Toyota's 800 number for a recall issue .... that took forever.
Brought my car in the next day and they took it into service right away.
Shuttled me home a few mins later.
Only downside was they had no plans to come get me when my car was done.
I learned this by asking the driver when he was coming back to get me.
I protested as no one at the 800 # or at the dealershio ever stated that the shuttle was a only a one way ride.
Seriously, how am I supposed to get my car and what kind of customer service is that?!!
They picked me up, eventually (2 Hrs after they called to ask if I was ready).
My only gripes are the time it took to make the appt. And the bogus 1 way shuttle service.
My dealing with the employees of this establishment were good.

I am so disappointed. I paid so much for extended warranty and when selling warranty i was told stuff that it would cover and sold me warranty for every little thing separate even a warranty for stains on seats I was told you have kids warranty will come handy and when something gets broken I am told its not covered. I literally never got anything fixed in 3 years and I paid for 5 year warranty. I don't know what warranty was for after all?

Update: I was offered a free oil change in response to my poor experiences, and this time, it was a seamless and quick appointment. I always appreciate when businesses try to make things right, so shout out to SM for doing that.

I asked for a 100K mile package (which included the coolant drain and refill which was recommended at my last check-up), oil change, and transmission oil replacement. I didn't get my car back till 5.5 hours later. That wait time is insane. Not only that, but my horn is still broken and was not caught by the multi-point inspection.

He wanted me to take the new one and when I refused, he started making fun that you'll end up buying a trash because you can only afford trash. I will not ever go back to the dealership. I went there and had ten thousand dollars worth of work done on my brakes AND REMOVE THE TRANSMISSION TO REPLACE THE PAN THE SEAL ETC. The guy helped me name Evan called the warranty company didn't explain everything and I had to call them to sort things out. The Management is terrible. I finally got my truck home and the truck has NO POWER STEERING FLUID, NO ENGINE OIL, NO COOLANT
