I went to another dealership before meeting with John and they did not make me feel welcomed or valued like the staff at Sterling McCall did. Thank you so much for all you have done for my family. I walked into the dealership on Saturday, August 21st approximately 2:30 p.m. and was immediately greeted by Danny Bun. He was so welcoming and inviting. He made me feel at ease and it was no pressure/haggle. I found a car that I liked, it was the perfect price and Mr. Bun referred me over to the most pleasant guy by name of Harry Nguyen. These 2 gentlemen eased my anxiety and made this car buying experience the BEST EVER! I will tell everyone I know about my experience, because of the level of service that I received from Danny and Harry. They are truly AMAZING!!

I didn t have an appointment today but due to my tire pressure light being on I decided to take my Camry in and it was time for my 20,000 mile service checkup. When I arrived I was asked if I had an appointment in which I did not. No problem, the guy directed me over to the fast lane and Cedric was of great assistance. Bought a vehicle here a year ago from Mr. Robert Savala. Came back for a maintenance and the battery is out of warranty due to a few miles. Spoke with Mr. Savala who spoke with GM Bush and Mr. Phillip Nguyen in service and they helped out when they didn't have to. This shows the importance of having the right sales guy, having a valued relationship, and having the right person with the right team to help you after the sale. The staffs were very helpful and courteous. The car's Toyota brand battery was replaced with a new Toyota brand battery; however, the old battery died within 2 years and yet the Sterling McCall dealership prorated it as 50% when the old battery had 60 months warranty. I was not certain how they could come up with that prorated ratio when in reality the ratio should be 23/60. I ended up paying $95.75 (battery + labor + tax).

Updated review on 10/12/2020 service:
I have to downgrade their service rating to 2 stars and I would list the reasons here with the information that I have. This is about the Toyota OEM car battery , True Start. I had to bring my car back to the dealership because this second battery which was replaced in 06/20/2018 failed on me. So here was the chronological order of the Toyota OEM brand, True Start, battery replacements:

7/14/2016 $130.76 => brand new battery with 60 months warranty was purchased to replace the old one.
6/20/2018 $95.75 => about 23 months of usage, the battery was replaced by another True Start battery with 60 months warranty. This was prorated. So this was the second battery
6/22/2018 -$16.59 => After I complained on the above review, Sterling McCall contacted me and refunded -$16.59. Thus I kept their rating at 4 stars for their good service and they did show the caring.
10/12/2020 $100.13 => A little over 2 years, that second battery failed and now this car is on a third True Start battery.

* The total I paid so far is $310.05 out of my own pocket. If I would include the first date of the first battery installation (07/14/2016) then up until now, 11/05/2020, the duration is not even 5 years or 60 months yet. So for a 60 month or 5 year rated battery, it should last at least until 10/2020, but it did not. So, it looked as if I paid more than $300 for a 4 year and 3 month batteries. When I mentioned this to a young man, service technician, instead of accepting the fact that this Toyota OEM battery did not live up to its warranty and its name, Toyota, he blamed it on True Start. I told him but Toyota chose this brand and they need to stand behind it. Instead of empathy, he went on and told me that if I want to replace the battery, then I have to pay for the prorated price of the new battery. I went ahead and did because my car was already there and I didn't have time to bring it elsewhere. But, the next time this third replaced prorated battery dies, I will not bring my car back to this dealership anymore. Stay away from Toyota OEM True Start battery.

I am very happy & satisfied with Sterling McCall Toyota the best experience by far to date ever had with a dealership Service Center. I know we live in a time no one is perfect but I have nothing but great things to say about my appointment today. I was greeted by a very friendly worker when pulled in, My service advisor was Charles Nguyen he was outstanding explained everything completely, even copied my report as a courtesy. On leaving there was a car blocking and one of the service team said let me move it for you right away. When I called to make my appointment I spoke with a very nice helpful, patient lady she said her name was "Lashonda". The day before my appointment someone called to confirmed. In my opinion this is top-notch service. I know we don't live in a perfect world so shouldn't expect perfection or everything to go out way but today I received excellent customer service. It's common for ones to provide feedback on things not go so well so I feel it's important to take time to provide feedback when something goes well & to show appreciation. I am new to Texas and was needing reputable car repair recently I took to a repair shop that charged me for repairs didn't fix & the next day said they are no longer in business someone else took over and wouldn't resolve what happened. So I am so grateful for Sterling giving me faith again that not all are out to take you & you can find good service. Thanks again for the great service today & please tell Charles I really appreciate his professional & concern for me it made my day & made this stressful situation a little less. Also, I loved the quite room that was so clean away from main waiting room for our use. What a thoughfil touch. Take care & continue to be safe!

My main reason for service was to have the airbags replaced under the worldwide recall. I arrived a few minutes early and they took my car right away. While doing a multipoint inspection they noticed that my water pump was leaking. Getting that taken care of as well, total time was less than 3 hours even though the time reserved for the airbags was 3-5 hours. Service was thorough and professional. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and I am always satisfied.

Jeebus who knew my car can have like a bajillion recalls?! Well that s what lead to me coming here and getting my car inspected so I don t die driving the streeets ya know? haha jk but serious though.

I drove up around 12, gentleman walked up to my car and asked me what I needed to get done and he quickly serviced me. Ask for a few information, looked up what was wrong and took the car in for service. Told me it would take 3-4 hours. There s a waiting area more so like a lounge for customers to wait in but I prefer to just drop it off. My maintenance guy, Pedro called me around 4 saying it was ready and literally received an email telling me my vehicle was ready. Quick and prompt. Pedro explained in details what was service for my lunch box Scion xB. Very detailed? Unfortunately not everything was fixed that day since they didn t have all the parts so it needs to be ordered. Overall, I was very please with the work they had done. Coming back in a month to fix the airbags!

I had a great experience of buying my first brand new car at this place! As a first time buyer, I had many questions. The dealership workers were extremely knowledgeable about the process and the products, and they answered to all my questions and assisted with choosing the best option.

met with Joshua Antonio in internet sales. he sent me a quote for a new Camry SE trim and when i got to the dealership he started saying" i made a mistake on the price" and added 1000.00 to his estimate! the old bait and switch. i will not be going back there. I do not have times for games and hidden costs.

EDIT: I emailed the manager who reached out and they took great care of me. Allowed me to pay the difference for what I wanted and redo my contract. Very understanding and worked extremely fast to take care of me. Great customer service and communication the second time around.

Purchased a brand new car here. Specifically mentioned I d prefer keyless ignition and no touch unlock if the car had it and was told by associate they d check into it but she didn t think that car had that option. She didn t mention it again so I assumed it wasn t an option. I was not offered to look at the other trim of the car and was sold the basic. I later learned that the upgraded model includes this feature. Called the dealership to see if they could take the car back and allow me to pay the difference for the upgraded car and was told they couldn t do anything for me because it had already been processed. I ve only had the car for four days. When I a spoke with the sales rep and mentioned I had asked her the night I bought the car if they had this feature available she said I never mentioned that. Ive put about 80 miles on the car in total and literally am trying to give them more money to buy the upgraded trim. Was told I could trade it in for the trade in price and buy the new one or pay $700 to add remote start. I will not be purchasing here in the future. I recognize they can t just swap the car out but I didn t feel like they even tried to help me out with this and I spent a lot on this for it to not be what I wanted.

To top it off I went to get my car washed there today for the free wash. I left with the interior not even touched. It was obviously not cleaned. There are spots on the car because it wasn t rinsed well. And there are white specks on the trim of the black window that won t come off and look like staining. I waited over an hour and a half to leave with my car not cleaned well and damaged. This car isn t even a week old. Really.

Brought my car in, person helping me instantly recognized someone stole the catalytic converter and suggested I call my insurance company. Assures me they've worked with insurance before and won't be a problem. A week later get a phone call from my insurance that they can't get ahold of anyone at Sterling McCall to get estimate done before authorizing work. Spent 30 minutes on hold and still never got answer why they were hadn't contacted my insurance company.

I went in to get my 40k service done on my Scion and the staff did fantastic! I got there about 7am and was needing tires badly. My tire size was not in stock and was a rare size. I was offered a rental car for a few hours no charge while they drove an hour away to get the right size tires. With new tires and an alignment, I was on my way with my own car by noon. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and they have given fantastic service every time!

I hate this place the service department is trash even with an appointment you are going to wait forever and the sad part is you wait and pay so much and the stuff is never fully complete and you have to go back for something. a tire rotation and oil change simplest ish ever but I waited only to get my car back and notice the damn caps on the tires are missing then i call them and wait on hold 5 minutes only to get someone who puts me back on hold and hang up in my face. Then to top it off I just got the car last yr 2016 February from them and now you say the battery is not passing a performance test there is no way in hot hell this battery should go out in a year it's a used car but seriously I'm just so pissed I don't know how to calmly say give me my damn tire caps and I won't come back there. I'm looking to see if my warranty applies at all Toyota dealership now....... the only person i dealt with that I feel was actual helpful was Jason on my second call back I thank him for apologizing and at least trying to resolve the issues even tho it just caps for tires but still

They were quick and efficient, the only negative was the first guy I talked with possibly needs more training on communicating with customers, when I explained why I was there he simply walked away without any explanation. Another employee was there and he helped me immediately.
