Great experience buying from Sterling Mccall Toyota. Omar Sattar is on top of the game. With quick response times to all questions to helpful information on the next step of the process. You get a friendly vibe from all that I talked to there. Ed Tsui was also apart of this truck deal and also was very courteous and quick to respond with answers on any matter.
All in all I would not hesitate doing business with Sterling Mccall Toyota.

the financial guy trapped me in warranty that i did not even want he is a Hispanic guy I forgot his name told him that I don't want the warranty cancel it he did not canceled the useless warranty please someone in management department solve this issue because of their own commission the finance guy traps everyone not all of them are the same but that Hispanic guy was so rude and sign the documents on me while it has been 3 months i been there couple time s to cancel this warranty but he keeps telling me you can not do it .I DONT NEED THIS WARRANTY PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

My positive review is because Mr.Edwin used to work in the express lube Dept now transfered to service. I didn t know that there were honest staff till I met Edwin. I used to travel about 55-60 miles to another Toyota dealer in cypress for even oil change while I am staying here at the corner of Sterlling. It has been a blessing since I met Edwin. He is a very hard working man and above all he is honest because honesty is the key. I always trusted my cars in his hand. He surely know all about cars and beyond. You can always count on Edwin in the service dept. Ask for Edwin and you will never go wrong. Sterlling McCall Toyota need to honor staff like Edwin. My families has been coming to Sterlling McCall Toyota for all their car services. All my friends go to Edwin too. Thanks Edwin.

Other times given me better servicio..hoy 1/25/20 avian'm here again for the remplaso of the air bag waiting for 3 hours which informed me that the maximum wait was 2 hours and been here for over 3 hrs. I went to ask why the delay? I answered that in 5 minutes spent an additional 35 too irresponsible, come for a replacement bolsa..No by a transmission !!! ADI DIAZ is so kind and always goes above and beyond to help me with what I need. He also makes sure I leave on time, sometimes even earlier than expected. Every time I come to them - either with the regular maintenance, or car inspection, or with a small problem - everything is being done promptly and with high quality. Last 2 times it was Rey Qui who serviced my car and I hope to come to him again next time.

Do not go to Sterling McCall Toyota to get your car fixed under any circumstances. Came here, waited for hours, hey didn't have the part. Had to come back, service person said car would be ready in 2 hours. Waited for over 2 hours, went to check status. Turns out they still didn't have the part and weren't even working on the car at all! Tried to blow me off, I said NO.
Right now they are giving me a rental car. They didn't offer this until I threw a huge fit. It shouldn't take this to get treated fairly. They probably treat all women like this. They are bullies and not on the ball.

I brought in an 05 Sienna with a broken water pump inlet stem. I told them that when I brought it in, but it took them 3.5 hours to tell me that it was just the radiator hose. I said, No, it s the inlet stem. They went out and took pictures, brought them back and told me it wasn t the stem. I had to say, Stick your finger inside it. You ll feel the hole. 15 minutes later they came back and said I was right. Price doubled, no one gave me the multipoint inspection report, and they didn t replace the shroud that I d had to pull. So I had to make the diagnosis, complete the repair, and pay their hourly rate for the full job. It s still running, so that at least I something.

On Feb 26, I purchased my new Toyota Corolla Hatchback. I experienced the BEST, PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ever at this dealership!
The service I received from my very experienced Sales Agents Allen Wanju & John Mendez to my Finance Manager Robert Denaro, to my SMT Service Advisor Nava Valentin, was excellent! They all worked together as a team & was very interested to know that I would be 100% SATISFIED!
I could feel the staff at this location ALL worked together as a TEAM

Don't get your car serviced here. I have consistently been disappointed by the quality of the customer service and my experience today made me finally decide that I will never be taking my car here again. When I arrived, I sat in my car for almost 15 minutes, waiting for a staff member to acknowledge me. When I was greeted, the staff member told me that he could tell I was, "Having a bad morning," and commented on my appearance but did not ask for my information or why I had brought my vehicle in for service. While these comments were irritating, unnecessary, and unprofessional, my real issue is that when I returned to pick up my car, I paid inside, and then waited a full half hour for them to FIND my vehicle because they had lost track of the keys.
Basically, if you get your car serviced here, you have to be assertive with the staff about being helped; otherwise, they will ignore you. I have no issue with the actual service done on my car, but coming here is why I dread taking it in for maintenance. Do yourself a favor and take your car in somewhere else.
