Made an appointment at 11:40 for JUST an oil change. Took them a little over 2 HOURS just to do an oil change. Was late for several appointments. Would not recommend. Would not come back.

Our sales person was Ahmed Meerhrab We did most of the sale online and over the phone. He was very courteous and professional. I feel he did the best he could to get us a great deal on our new Avalon. Once we got to the dealership..our car was parked out front all shinny and had a full tank of gas. It only took about an hour to complete the transaction. We will definitely use his services in the future. Thanks Ahmed!!
Every time I bring my Camry for service. Hugo and Aido hook me up!!!! They re always cool and funny. Never ever get an attitude from them.

We brought the car here because the corolla had 3 recalls on it we leave it it was done in about 3 hours we went by after work to pick it up decided to walk the lot because we were interested in trading the car in for something different. All the sales people were by the door on th phone so I told my wife let's go home. As we were leaving some salesman came up to us and asked if we needed help we said yeah we were looking at the scion he said they had none. Then I mentioned the 2016 corolla and before I could finish the sentence we cut me off and said they don't have none but to take his card and give him a call when more come in. I was like give you a call when more come when do I know he walked away and never put the phone down he kept talking. We ended up going to fort bend Toyota and it was great and got a New car the same day.

Great service, the technician was taking care of my car took the time out to tell me exactly what I needed when I would need it, mileage wise, and how much it would cost. Was there at about 5 p.m. and it took about 2 hours to get the work done, not exactly bad but not great either
My experience with this dealership, from sales to service, has always been excellent. Most recent visit was September 11, 2019 for service. My rep, Adi Diaz, is first rate. He is thorough, efficient, and personable. I wanted to write a second review because of the excellent and informative service I received on February 24, 2021 from Service Advisor Sarah Bailey. I was kind of between needing a 30k and a 35k service. She looked up my records and quickly set out a plan. She concisely answered my questions about what would need to be done when (now or in future) and why they should be done. The result was a focused, reasonably priced plan that fit my mileage. Sarah is a credit to the service department. I very much appreciated the courteous and professional service she provided. .

I purchased a car here located 22 hours away . Took a plane to the dealership . Upon arrival finance manager Mr. Tony recognized me at the main entrance and never left my side explaining every step of the process in full detail . Every last document I had to sign was explained and understood . The salesman Mr. Ahmad had my vehicle clean and with a full tank of gas waiting for me and also made sure I recieved both keys with the purchase . Mr. Ahmad was able to get the best price for me as I asked of him. I never once had any feelings of being lied to or cheated . I thank every staff at the dealership for making my purchase easier than buying a car at carmax . Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Tony I can't thank them enough .!!! Angels sent from heaven

QUICK SERVICE! I went in for my first time yesterday and they had me out within the hour just as Pedro promised! They have a nice lounge while you wait with a cafe so you re not subjected to the usual vending machine options. I will be returning for future service needs!

I didn't have an appointment today. Drove up for an oil change and tire rotation.in and out in about 1hour and a half. Not bad. Love the app to review service and what the recommended service is. :-)

I was at the dealership on Monday 10/26. I got the worst service ever from one advisor Adi Diaz is very ruled. He just making up price for me. I just need my light change where the license plate he say 75 dollar. I say no. I don t like this Toyota dealership location at all. I hate it
Rick was great as my service representative at Sterling McCall today. Set an appointment for an oil change, and the process was fast simple and courteous. He was very helpful with questions I had about other aspects of the car, and is a very nice, helpful, honest guy.

We worked with Tunde Samuel on the purchase of a new Tundra and if I could give the experience 6 stars I would. My husband worked in car sales for several years and I normally detest working with most car salesman/dealerships, Tunde and Sterling McCall changed my entire view on how easy buying a new vehicle could be. Kristen in finance was the icing on the cake and we wouldn't want to finalize a deal with anyone else. I won't hesitate to send friends/family to Tunde at Sterling McCall!!

I took my car in for an alignment. Not only did they couldn t perform the alignment on my Lexus GX460, they said I had to replace a part for $1900 in order to align it. And they left my steering wheel crooked. I have to steer to the right in order to drive straight. It wasn t like this before I took it in

I love this dealership! I bought my car from here and only get my oil changes done here, yes a little pricey but they know what their doing! There is a guy that is HEAVEN SENT that is a salesman and his name is Robert Savala. You would think that since I bought my car over a year ago that he wouldn't remember me, but I was so wrong. He always asks how I am doing as well as my son and if my car is treating me right. He took care of me today because I was having a problem with the tint that was on my car and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of today! Most salesmen are done with you after the deal is done but not him. If you are ever in the neighborhood for a new or used car make sure to see Robert Savala and he will take care of you.
They were just awesome I was dealing with a place close to me and they were just unreceptive. I made one inquiry I simply ask one simple question. Give me your bottom line price. They did without me providing any details. I knew what a good price was for a 2021 Tundra right now with the supply shortage and reduced capacity at the factory. And the fact that the trend of pricing is trending up big time. Example best month. To buy a Toyota everyone knows is December. So have been charting for awhile. So here the data on good price by percentage of MSRP. Nov 8% Dec 12% Jan 8% and February is trending at 6%. They made me an offer I couldn t refuse 12% off. Done deal put deposit down and couldn t be happier. Everyone was nice. I wanted to put an accessory on it and they were very negotiable and we met in the middle of my starting point and theirs. And everyone one knows how it goes in finance your payment is but for this you get x. You know how they try to sell all the extra stuff. And if you didn t know already that stuff is negotiable to. Told them what I could do and no which was low haggled a little bit and bam the sweet spot. All in a great experience nice people and staff and very reasonable approach to negotiating. Look you know everyone one must win so keep that in mind.
They got oil on driver side lower floor panel and floor mat. They did not put paper mat down.I keep my car clean . You should leave the way you found it.

Experienced a problem with my 2003 Toyota Corolla on July 11, 2014, so I brought it to Sterling McCall's Toyota service center the next day at the recommendation of a service worker named Pedro. I ended up leaving it there with another service worker named Luis/Louis that day, who said that they would need to contact Toyota in order to investigate the cause of the problem. I was worried the whole weekend that the problem couldn't be fixed, but Luis/Louis called me back today stating that Toyota had completed their investigation, and that they would be able to repair my car, as well as cover the costs. He informed me that it would take about 1 1/2 weeks for the parts to come in and after that 1-2 days to repair the car! I'm so absolutely thrilled to hear the good news that I don't even mind going without a car for 2 weeks! This Toyota dealership has definitely won me over, and in the future, if I have any problems with my car, I will definitely be coming here. Their service staff is friendly, professional, and efficient.
I'll update my review in 2 weeks time when I get my car back to see how the repairs went.

This place is fantastic. They are very transparent and upfront. Pius Ekiko is the one who helped me and he did a fantastic job. He wasn't pushy and he was trying to do everything he could to make sure the outcome was fair. Finance wasn't pushy and were very transparent about all the numbers and packages and excepted no for an answer. Best car buying experience I have had.
Phillip and George from the service department helped me. They were helpful and knowledgeable, and they worked around my schedule to get the locks in my doors fixed. It was all very fast and easy.
They always do a great job and show a lot of care. I've been to other local dealerships like fred has where they ask you to pay for a fix that doesnt merritt in the long run.
The service guys were great! It only took them 30 minutes to diagnose and update my computer system in my car! They did this at no charge as well!

Buying a car at Sterling McCall Toyota was the easiest experience I've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesperson Robert Savala was experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient. My car needs to be adapted before I can drive it. Robert helped me through all the extra paperwork and issues involving an adapted car. He also informed me about other ways to save money on the adaptation. I highly recommend this salesman and dealership.
My wife and I purchased a new car at Sterling McCall Toyota. The Fleet & Internet Sales Manager, Kathie Marsh, was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and there were many. We felt as if we were talking to a member of the family. General Manager, Jerry Bush, talked with us. He too left us with the feeling that we have known him for a very long time. Finance Manager, Amir Garek, was exceedingly accommodating in explaining the options in financing our car. All of the members of the team were exceptionally friendly and cheerful. In addition, they were effective and efficient.

Cedric McCall was excellent. He cared about communicating well from the check in theu the xompletion of my service. He explained what was done and what shoukd be considered in the next service. Overall, i felt that Cedric really wanted to do a great job, and he accomplished that for me.

I found a used car that I was interested in online. I communicated with the internet sales manager (Genae). I let her know I would be stopping by to look at the car. She told me it was available. I stopped by and she gave me some story about a sister company picking up vehicle that very day and tried to push another vehicle. I do not think mush of this kind of sales tactic. Buyer beware.
