Dropped my car off 3/4 for engine and brake maintenance. they claimed they heard nothing wrong with it and proceeded to hold it for a few days to complete the brake work. 3/5-3/11. keep in mind also during these days there was no update on whether it was complete or not, I had to contact customer service to inquire on the status of my car, stayed on hold for 20 mins. Finally they reach back out to me, this time informing me they infact heard the engine issue I stated was there when I first dropped off the car and would now need to repair it but first parts had to be ordered. i was issued my car back and told they would keep me updated when the parts came in. A little over a week went by, once again no update on the status of the part.
3/20 I had to personally drive to the facility to inquire in person regarding an update. another associate assisted and told me Monday would be the estimated arrival for the part. I was satisfied knowing the currently status of everything....
3/22: i was finally contacted and informed my part had come in. I dropped my car off a little after 10am that morning and because they did not want to cover a rental or loaner vehicle i was ubered back to work. again no big issue to me, HOWEVER the issue came at 4:33 pm exact that afternoon when I was contacted by the associate who had informed me that they had misplaced the part that was for my vehicle, as a result there was a delay starting on my car and it would not be ready for pickup that day. to "fix" the mishap she stated they'd NOW cover a rental for me.
3/23: my car is ready for pickup however there was a $50 charge I was due to pay no one mentioned before so I was baffled as to why I was expected to pay for something after the multiple mishaps and screw ups this company made.
I DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER GO TO THEM FOR WORK ON MY CAR AGAIN!. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I AM USUALLY NOT "ONE OF THOSE" TYPE OF PEOPLE BUT YOU DEF NEED TO DO BETTER!

My experience with the salesperson, Hamza was great. He showed me what I wanted, and quickly made me a deal. The two stars are for the experience with Finance. The manager was nice enough but I arrived with my own Financing only to have him use Toyota Financial Services without consulting me. He also pulled my credit 4 times rather than using the first pull and transferring to different Financial institutions.... which he didn t have to do anyway because I came with my own financing! He matched the terms I came in with, so I will at least give him that, but I do not appreciate the multiple hard pulls to my credit and using Toyota without telling me to get his own commission.

It has to be embarrassing for some "not all" of your salesmen to have little to no knowledge when confronted with questions about a certain vehicle or feature. This is worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for an oil change at 9:40AM on 11/10. When I got there, the servicemen told me I had a recall and it would take an hour to do it. The service would take two hours overall for my oil change and fixing the recall. I declined the recall service and just wanted to get my oil change. We signed off on everything and I headed to the lounge/waiting room. I waited two hours for an oil change! Toyota had this messaging service that told me to text it if I needed anything. Why do they even have that service when I texted that service twice and got no response? When the servicemen finally came to me, I asked if he did the recall too because it s been two hours. He said no, it would have taken an hour. I asked him why it took so long if it was just an oil change. He told me an oil change takes an hour and a half to complete. It s funny, because I confirmed my appointment with one of the receptionist yesterday, I also asked them how long an oil change take and they said less than hour. I told the servicemen what the receptionist told me prior to the appointment date. His reply was that that estimated time was just for the oil change. Well, I just told him thank you because he obviously did not care to address my frustrations properly.
I was talking to a friend on the same day and he was shocked because he got an oil change and it was done in thirty minutes. Why did my oil change took two hours to complete while his took thirty minutes?
This is not the first time I went to this location. The wait time is hours beyond what their ETA is for me. I decided to give this place another chance, but after yesterday incident I would not come back to this location again.

I had it checked once .They could not fix it and and ,they said that they will need parts .Then after some weeks they called me to come over as they have the parts.
Again i went and they tried to fix it. This time they said that they need more parts.
Today, I went again with an appointment and they did not fix it because they sent the part back since it had been over 3weeks that they had received them. I was out of country for 3 weeks and could not have gone.

Talking about a bad thing gone GOOD on Oct.7, 2020. I purchased a car online that should had 27,000 miles on it according to the internet. When I went in to purchase the car and finalize the sale I then realized that the milage on the car was 39,999 instead of the 27,000 advertised. I was furious. I then proceeded in side the dealership to speak to the salesperson and the sales manager. There was another salesperson who over heard the conversation and decided to intervened and assisted the sales manager with helping to find me a even better deal. Her name is Giane Pugh. She was absolutely GREAT!!! Very professional and assisted me throughout the entire process. If anyone wants to purchase a car Giane Pugh is difinitely the one to see. She is a 5 STAR salesperson.
