Toyota provided a report stating I had a CV joint leak on my left front tire. After giving me a budget and stating it can last a while I decided to wait. When I took it back the mechanic stated this report was mistaken and no charge was done. I did loose a whole work day but honesty goes a long way.

I'm excited to write a review. My daughter bought her first brand new RAV 4 from Sterling McCall Toyota on Southwest Freeway. First, I'll start about how I met Shahid Usmami, General Sales Manager, I met him at a nearby restaurant. We had a conversation, I told him that I was just texting my daughter about going to another location, he said right away, do not go there. I promise you I can give you a better deal. After changing my appointment several times, we finally made it to the dealership. Shahid was happy to meet my daughter, he told us, things happen for a reason and like I promised, you will have a great deal and be happy when you leave our dealership. He introduced us to our sales rep, Parvez Kapadia. He was kind and patient with all the questions my daughter had. He worked hard to help her with what she could afford. We/she was certainly happy with the final deal. Overall it was a great experience and it did not take all day. Thank you Parvez Kapadia and Shahid Usmami. I will certainly recommend this dealership!

I receive a email with a coupon discount, but only by appointment. For some unknown technology cliche mine was not in the system for my 1:40 p.m., appointment for 9/16/2019. Explaining to Brandon he took over immediately and my oil change and discount was a success!!

I went to Sterling McCall Toyota on August 29th to buy a new car and I always get John Scott to buy my cars from. There were only a few 2019 Avalon's to see and I was lucky to find one that I liked. John got everything set up for me showed me how to set up my phone and maps and everything on that fancy new system and when I call John with Questions on how things work in my car he has no problem answering. Mr Amir was very informative and nice to us on our finance information and let us know what else we can use to protect my car. I was very impressed with everything he told us. Rey Qui has been a tremendous help to me in maintaining my Toyota truck and SUV s. Honest and straightforward about what needs to be done without up selling me on frivolous service that does not add any value. He is proactive in letting me know about any additional service required following a failed service item report seeking my approval before performing the service. Had to have a window replaced due to vandalism. Edwin was very helpful and kept me updated while the window was ordered since it wasn t in stock. This is my go to place for my daughters car since I m out of state and need some place I can trust.
Luis Hernandez was excellent to work with. I was dealing with a broken A/C for my daughters car in July from 700 miles away. He make is as easy as it could be helping me and keeping me informed of the progress. He s an asset to the dealership. They did a good job on the car.

I had a very great experience purchasing my 2020 Toyota Camry from Sterling McCall Toyota. The employees there such as Fred Davatgar, Senad Hadzihusejnovic, and finance manager Harry Nguyen were very patient, professional, and respectful. If I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future I will more than likely return to this location.

The customer service at this Sterling McCall Toyota was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I waited 3 and 1/2 hours waiting for a diagnostic on my vehicle. Service writer said it would be about an hour. 3 plus hours later, I go back out to see why it was taking so long and the service writer, Edwin, was no where to be found. Stood at his station for about 30 minutes and he comes on over. To only find out he had not even called the warranty company and gave them the diagnostic. I had to stand there and ask him to please call them and let them know what he found. He kept saying if they don t pay are you going to pay ? Again, I asked him to call and he kept looking at his cell phone while talking to me and kept asking me the same questions. After 3 or 4 times of asking, he asked for their number to call. The number I gave him almost 4 hours ago. He rushed them off the phone, I had to ask him to ask them about a rental. With an perceived frustration on his face, he asked and the agreed. Next day I had to call several times, even sent him a text ( since he liked his cell phone so much) finally called me back at 4pm & said my warranty company will not cover it & I need to bring the car back by 5 p! ( Houston traffic living 45 minutes away with no traffic). I called the warranty company and they told me NO ONE HAS CALLED!!!!! I had them call him and they declined the repairs!!! I called the warranty company back and asked them what happened, I was told that from what Edwin told them, it s not covered. After speaking to the rep and her reading the notes, she said the way the service guy described it, it was minor ! After telling her it was a $3,000.00 repair, she told me to go to another dealership and have them call her, it didn t seem like this guy wanted to repair you car ! Now I m not a technician, but common sense would tell me a hose replacement and a seal replacement don t cost $3K....... if there were 0 star option he would have gotten a -2 stars.
I finally purchased a vehicle by myself. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. My salesperson was Victorino, who displayed a patient, knowledgeable, and personable attitude. I felt comfortable immediately. My financial advisor, was Tory, who is sweet, kind, and personable as well. I thoroughly enjoy my Tacoma. I highly recommend Sterling McCall Toyota on the Southwest Freeway, in Houston, Texas.

Not a positive experience unfortunately. I made the appointment online after receiving an email from the dealership that my car is due for its 15000 miles check. The quoted price was $25 so I went. Upon arrival I noticed that nobody was wearing gloves, that most masks were of the home made variety rather than surgical and many people wore them under their noses. I should have turned back since it was all downhill from there. I was informed that they wanted to do a rather more extensive maintenance than promised online. The quoted price was just shy of $300. well, I like my car so I agreed. After two hours of waiting and watching the mechanic walk around my car like a shaman trying to align the wheels touching everything in the car and the computer that every other mechanic was touching as well i was presented with a bill for $400! I had a coupon for 15% off which they promised to honor but didn't. Finally 3 hours later I was ready to leave when I realized that they have not given me the report from the car inspection. After multiple texts I was told to ask someone else to print the report because the person who initially was assigned to my car was nowhere to be found. So I finally got the report only to see that they have failed to check multiple things including the battery although I had a coupon for complementary battery check. My car is a Prius. What do you do for $400 if you don't check the battery? So I'm left with a Covid infested car that has not even been serviced properly. I find the whole experience utterly unacceptable. Hopefully after reading this report the dealership will reach out to me at least for an apology.
Brandon Rose was right on time. I went in for another opinion on my brakes. Here gave me a time and met that time. I was a walk in and I appreciate him for taking me in.

Great customer service! I went last week with my husband to buy a truck and Mr. Mohammad Rahman took care of us. He was attentive and professional throughout the process. Once we decided on which truck to get, we went to the financial department and spoke to Mr.Amir Garek. He was really nice and did an excellent job explaining the different coverage packages. I wholeheartedly recommend this Toyota dealership. (In particular, I recommend these two gentlemen that took care of us.)
Worst service experience. The oil change was finished in 10 min and the car was ready for pickup but the service representative did not even bother to complete the paperwork for next 25 min. To be honest oil change people are faster than service representatives. The oil change is also very expensive $55 for conventional oil. If we spend $55 at any other service centre they will use synthetic oil for that price. They did not even inspect the car for 30 seconds for multi point inspection and charged $22. My car tires needs to be replaced because the threads are very low but the multipoint inspection states everything is perfect with the car. Will never ever go back again.
Great service! The sad truth is it s so tough to find a place that appreciates your business these day. Not this dealership. Our service advisor, George, was phenomenal! The way he communicated and all the help he s given us was top notch. The manager, Derek, was great too. Five stars for this dealership!

I made an appointment for oil change routine, when I arrived I have been told that the waiting time is 2.5h. I went away and made an appointment with another Toyota dealer.It took me 30 min to finish my service at the other dealer. I will never come back to this location!!
My friend took her car here to be serviced and the very next day, it was stolen. When authorities eventually tracked down her car, it was trashed. But Sterling McCall Toyota refused to take responsibility and neither paid for repairs nor replaced her car despite the fact that it was in their care when stolen. DO NOT do business with these people!
tells me "Toyota Corolla Timing Cover is Leaking" and must be repaired for 2000$. I'm sure only a couple of bolts are loose. I'm inexperienced but i'm not gullible.
I came in for a battery issue and was told the battery was bad and needed to be replaced for $175. I had already purchased a battery at an aftermarket auto store and it was still under warranty so I opted out for the battery. They also stated I needed a belt replaced. They replaced the belt and did the so called multi-point inspection. They never even checked the terminals!! In 5 minutes pep boys fixed the issue. If they inspected like they were supposed to they would have seen the terminals were extremely loose and I didn't need a new battery. This makes me question that I even needed a belt now. I have never been treated with such terrible quality service and subpar communication from the service assiciate. I have driven for over 2 years for 45 minutes because of the quality service at this location and I am astonished that this happened. Thoroughly disappointed.
I went 2 weeks ago for service and I felt discriminated because I was told my car is on salvage title.The service dept. Should be educated the difference between a salvage car and a rebuilt car.I was denied a maintenance service which was not my lost. I opted instead for a recall that NHSTA has been advising for my frontairbag recalls.Safety should matter first but again I was told that they have to order the other parts for the recall and will take 7-10 days. I called to verify if I can come back and have my recall completed,Seriously? After an hour I was told that the part for incomplete recall is not available yet. What a lame.excuse for a car safety i issue recall hat is supposed to be address right away. Give me some good reason to come back to buy or get a service on this location in the future?

i got a toyota corolla 2011 which only was more then 16,000 when i got my car.. almost five years ago. am about to finish with the payments. thanks Lord. unhappy because bc they convenced me to get an insurance to cover the motor ect ect the total amount is almost 27,000.. it is too much
Overall service is good. I would rate that a 4. However, I thought it was odd that none of the advisors came out to talk to me about what was finally fixed (as more was fixed than what we had discussed) and when I went out to get my car, the keys were in it and no one checked to see if that was my car or even said anything to me. So I just drove off and thus my car could have been easily stolen which is the reason for the 3 star rating. I have definitely had better experience in the past.

I have been going to this dealership for years and the customer service experience is phenomenal. From the sales personnel to their maintenance department the service is amazing. They are attentive, courteous, respectful and very honest which is rare in a dealership. They sell quality cars obviously and have knowledgeable staff in the service/maintenance department.
I arrived at 7am. The young man that assisted me was very courteous. He not only address my issue but advised me to get my maintenance while there; which I did. I was out of the shop at 7:44am wish surprised me. Awesomeness!!
Not happy about spending 3.5 hours there for an oil change. I arrived and was in line and checked in at 12:30, didn't leave until almost 4pm. I expected to be there at most 2 hours however it was insulting to see people arrive after me leave before me. I love SM Toyota but I think it's time for me to find another go-to service provider.

Had an excellent maintenance experience at Sterling McCall. The technicians checked my car carefully, n found 3 chips on the windshield which I didn t pay attention to. Mark helped me file a glass repair claim from my insurance company n did an excellent job to fix the problem. I always receive satisfying service in Sterling McCall!

Service was prompt and thorough. They did however allow rain to wet carpet on driver side of vehicle; perhaps serviced with window down. I was otherwise pleased.
