I always get great service when I take my cars to Sterling McCall Toyota for regular maintenance checks/service. In fact I've not had what I would consider major repairs since 2015, after I bought 2 Toyotas from them (Highlander and RAV4), no doubt due in part to regular maintenance service checks!

We were met with nothing but rude and condescending comments from our salesman here (I believe his name was Shawn). My friend was looking to buy a 2018 4runner, that day, and I was interested in a 2018 Sequoia for my next car so I decided to join her. Our salesman constantly stood up and looked around, sighing and rolling his eyes in a very annoyed manor while we were talking to him at his desk. When I asked if there was a Sequoia easily available I could look at since there wasn't one on the floor he again rolled his eyes and said "You don't need a Sequoia, that's a family car and it's too big for you". What an uncalled for and condescending comment, do I need to bring in my children's birth certificates to prove I can buy a "family car"? Eventually he did take us to a Sequoia and I asked two questions about the car that I got strange and dismissive answers to, only to find out after a little research on the Toyota website were incorrect. There are too many dealerships in Houston to put up with that kind of behavior, and I had hoped such a big name dealership would hold their employees to a higher standard. You lost at least 2 customers (plus anyone else who hears about this) due to your salesman's rude actions that day.

My daughter is an employee here at Sterling McCall Toyota. On May 21, 2019, she wanted to buy an Acura MDX, the paperwork was being processed until another client came to ask for the same vehicle in which my daughter had already started the paperwork to continue with the next step. Well, the Used Car Manager (Alex Martinez) told us that the car was sold to a customer and that a simple employee was not as important as a customer and how he could pay for that type of vehicle, which he had to get. A car that was at your level. All my family since 1990, we have bought our cars from Sterling McCall Toyota and other car dealers from group one. Is this the training you give to managers? I have work for prestigious dealers and this is the first time I experienced the worst scenario I have ever had. Just because my daughter is a simple worker here and (she can not earn enough money) to pay for an MDX should not be her problem. My daughter works hard, has two jobs, is a university student and has an Acura that can pay monthly. I can not say if it's a company issue, but WOW !, So your employees don t mean nothing to them if they do not have a superior role within the Group One Automotive company. I don t know why a prestigious dealership has employee s like Mr Alex Martinez, any employee that works for this company should be important no wonder if you are just the maintenance employee. I have had excellent customer service with this company till this happen, every employee no matter what position you have, you need to respect your superiors or your simple employee .

I felt the overall experience was fair. My salesman was almost incompetent. His performance was below par. He was very pushy and used every stereotypical, car salesman approach. I was not pleased, whatsoever.

However, Melanie in the finance department was awesome. She was very thorough and patient. She advised me to take a couple of days to think over my decision, before signing.

Sterling McCall is truly an awesome place to buy and service your vehicle. My car was there for routine maintenance and while I was there I got a call my child was sick. The shuttle picked me up and took me to his school to pick him and took me back to the dealership! You guys rock! I truly appreciate your team. The only reason I m not giving it five stars is because the cashier who assisted me was extremely rude! I m not sure if she s new as I ve gone there for years and have never seen her, but she needs to learn to have better customer service.

Amazing! 9400 Sterling McCall Toyota on southwest freeway has the best service advisors and cashiers there ever was! All of them are so nice! Cashiers have been so lovely and helpful, the two thin cashiers cashiers were so lovely. Definitely would go again.

This is the worst car dealership I ve ever been to...

This is the worst car dealership I ve ever been to. I went there twice for my car s servicing and while I was waiting for the car I wanted to go check out some new cars as I was thinking about upgrading. Both the times they ignored me completely. Not even a single person came to greet or just ask what I was looking for. I was inside the building for 30 minutes going through every single car, and was utterly disappointed by their ignorance. What does a man have to do to get service around there? Please have decency to at least greet someone who walks into your dealership. I will never purchase anything from there.

I literally don't write reviews but for this one I have to pull over on the side of the road and need to kudos the personals who helped me to purchase my new car. Each and every person on this location is awesome !!! From sales , manager and the deal closer < Finance Officer >. Farhan and Saleem ..the best sales persons you will ever deal with, they listen to your needs and find the best and solution. And on top of that they will give you a killer deal with out any hassle. I have shopped for prices for a while but the deal they offer for the color and model which is rear to come can not pass by. Up to this point I'm super excited to close the deal but was worried about my credit which got messed up few years back and still hurts me to this day. When I sat with finance Dept I was worried that things will turn south and I'll might not get the deal for the price I wanted. Here comes James Alaskare, who promised that he will work with me and get the deal and price I wanted. Well things did go south and got over budgeted for me but James Alaskare kept his promise and fought with the banks to cut me the best deal out and now I'm a Happy Camper!!!

I bought a Toyota Rave4 2019 about 2 months ago, and I have to say the service was excellent they are all so nice and genuinely attentive from Khan the sales man, Krystin the finace manager who help me with my auto loan she was great, and Usmani the sales director who gave me a huge discount but he didn t stop there he also gave me car wash and a full tank of gas when I came to pick up my new lisence plates about a month in half later thank you so much but I m not done I also have to give thanks to Parvez the Sales & leasing guy who help me a lot when I came the second time. I have to say THANKS again to all of you from the bottom of my heart.

My experience with this dealership has not been a good one. The salesperson I dealt with was good - Kathie Marsh. But that is about where it ends. I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in May of this year. After doing paperwork Robert (in finance) asked me if I wanted an extended warranty to which I said a firm no. I signed paperwork, took my new car, went home. Shortly after, Robert called me asking if I had or had not purchased a warranty. Again I told him no. He said OK, I know which paperwork to submit. I had my own loan through my bank with an amazing rate on a new vehicle, and when the loan hit I noticed it was for 975.00 more than what I signed papers for. He had charged me for a warranty I didn't want (and I didn't have). If I didn't catch this, this dealership would have stolen 975.00 from me. The manager of the department apologized and worked it out, but this mistake made my car payment go up by between 35.00 and 40.00 a month. Not devastating. But money is money! They told me that my bank said they could adjust the payment back down at the same rate I have, but I spoke to my bank directly and was told that is definitely not true. I would have to refinance and would lose my rate. It would go up. So, I'm stuck paying more than I had wanted for my car note. CHECK YOUR LOAN BALANCE COMPARED TO WHAT YOU SIGNED PAPERS FOR! Who knows how many times they have made this "mistake". Also, the company they use for tinting windows is horrible. I've dealt with hole in the wall tinting companies that do far better work. My tint had bubbles and was peeling and bubbling around the edges within 3 months. I took it back to have it redone. They absolutely did not want to redo the back windshield, and only did the small corner windows on the side in the back and front - and they are WORSE! After waiting for over 5 hours for what I was told would only take one or two (they do not offer loaner vehicles apparently so make sure you clear your schedule for waiting). Even more bubbles and debris under the tint. They charge you 200.00 on the price of the vehicle for tinting, and I guess you get what you pay for - cheap quality work. I am just going to take the loss and have it done some place else. I refuse to bring my vehicle back here for the maintenance also - I will just go to Don McGill.

My first experience at this place sucked to be honest. The first time I went here, I was trying to see how much money it would be any vehicle as I was pregnant at the time and needed a safer car.

Well, I came here, instantly the salesmen all jump trying to sell you a car which they normally do. However, I needed the help anyway, so I told them why I was there. I wound up getting approved for a Camry or Corolla, which was fine, but I was literally pressured for the next few days on if I was coming back. Plus, I wanted to see the difference between the two, but the salesman would not let me test drive any cars, basically saying there was no reason for me to drive it if I didn't want to buy it. I didn't come back...

....Until I started doing Uber for a little extra money. I met the guys that worked. Specifically for Uber, and they were amazing. They even talked to my insurance company (Statefarm you suck) to help further along the process. I had a car in 30 minutes, it was the insurance that took three hours. I came back three days later and the Altima was nicely detailed before I drove off. Not sure about buying a car from them, but if you need an Uber car, this is definitely the place to go.

The lady upstairs who did my paperwork was also very knowledgeable at her job and had a great sense of humor. Love her coffee mug on her Desk- the funny gag one.

I've come here 3x now to service my Lexus LS460 and will continue to be a repeat customer. Will Selano is my service rep and Dev is my mechanic.

Will is very responsive by phone and by email and explains any issues well. There's never a surprise when I come to pick up my car and bill.

Dev came out to meet me and talk through any questions I had on repairs. He's been around for 30 years and is very thorough.
