The Service Department at Sterling McCall Toyota is like part of our extended family. My battery died this morning, so I had to call Toyota Roadside Service for a jump. I immediately called my longtime service advisor, Adi Diaz, and asked if I could come in right away to get a diagnostic check and an oil change since I was going to be there. Adi took me in right away, did the diagnostic check, and advised me of several things that needed to be done on my Sienna. Even though the line of customers was extremely long, Adi took care if all my needs in a little under 3 hours, which was great, considering the last-minute circumstances and the long line for service. Adi treats me like a brother rather than a customer, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease about whatever services I need to purchase for my vehicle. If every advisory was as professional and friendly as Adi Diaz, the service industry would be impeccable! Thanks, Adi!

Circumstances required us to have a car THAT DAY! We found a couple that were in our budget, and one was at this dealership. It was a used Expedition. I sent an online request for information and was contacted by Omar Sattar. He was very professional and courteous and I went to see him on a Friday afternoon. Due to issues on my end, we couldn't get the deal done that evening, but he promised first thing Sat morning he would get my deal going. It took all day, again my circumstances, and Omar finally said let me get the right guy on this. He introduces us to Tony Georges, "THE" finance guy...Well what a great man! Tony was very personable and got right to work. They both stayed late to get it done....we closed the place down! They were a great team and got us in the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford! Thank you both so much for a pleasant experience during a not so pleasant emergency! We will definitely be back, and send anyone we can your way!
Owen and Bella provided timely useful assistance and responses to my queries. I interacted with all the Houston Toyota dealerships and a number of other dealerships, and I found their approach to be the most effective. Not overly aggressive, ingraciating or disingenuous. As I get familiar with my car will look forward to further engaging with them and the entire SM Toyota team.
The Staff is always helpful and courteous. Form sale to vehicle service. I have yet to be offered any services not recommended by manufacturer. No up sales... Outside of having to wait an hour or more due to high volume or customers in the lube service(oil change and maintenance)
I was treated terribly. I got a car battery that says "60 month warranthy" now they want me to pay $95.0 which was the cost of the battery in 2017. I bought a battery in Walmart that has 4 years warranty , I used it for 3 years and 10month , I wanted to pay for another battery but they says it has warranty that if they are unable to make it work they would give me a new one ,
Sterling McCall Toyota is a fraud.
They refused to replace it, they refused to repair it.
They later told me that the battery has 18 month warranty not 60 months no paper work stated that.... Toyota is a fraud
I had an excellent experience buying a new Toyota Camry from Sterling McCall Toyota.
My salesperson was Duy Vo. He is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Overall it was a pleasure to work with him. I'm a bit particular in that if I'm investing in a new car, everything should be perfect. The first car he brought out was exactly the right trim and exterior/interior color that I wanted, but it had 1 minor thing that I didn't like. I told him, and he didn't hesitate to bring out another car with the same specs that only had 3 miles on the speedometer! I ended up purchasing that car at a very good negotiated price.
My Finance rep, Kristen, was also a pleasure to work with. She offered and explained all the extras I could purchase, but didn't hard-sell anything at all. The financing process took just half an hour.
All in all the entire car buying process took 1.5 hours. I'm very happy with my experience at Sterling McCall Toyota.
Bert Mann is just amazing. He has restored my faith in buying a car. Came with a big problem he solved it Very attentive to every detail. Only thing I would say is that a business should be based on all race not just specific one some. If it wasn t for Bert I would left since when fiancing came I was treated below average. I am happy with my new car.

I've been coming to this dealer for the last couple of years, and I've been very satisfied with their service and their willingness to help. They were fast, offered advice about my car, but never felt that they were trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Whether it is an oil change, state inspection or something more elaborate, their service has been extremely efficient.

What was done was fine, but I asked to have state inspection done WHILE they were doing 10,000 mile check and they did not do it - so now I have to take my care somewhere AGAIN to get that inspection done.

I was not really excited about the process because I had not had a car payment in 15 years. that needed to be replaced. On Wednesday, I worked with Tom in financing and signed off to close the deal. The car was not ready but Omar offered to deliver the car to me on Thursday evening AND take my rental back to Enterprise. What great service!!! He delivered my car late Thursday night to the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks from 59 S. Not an easy or quick drive. I cannot thank Omar for making this experience so easy and quick. The one thing that sticks out in my experience is Omar was not only attentive but he listened to what we needed. He did not treat us as a sale....

Summary
1) Spent first 20 minutes while sales rep looked through his handwritten notes and in your CRM system for history.
2) Unable to find answers to basic questions. e.g. What is the multi-terrain monitor on the advanced technology package on the Tacoma TRD off-road?
3) Waited over 30 minutes for sales manager to "find the truck my son wants" only to have him show us one that we had looked at with Steve.
4) Sales manager kept saying that vehicle was missing just one item he wanted while my son kept outlining five.
5) Over 2 hours of my time wasted in a process that should have taken 30 minutes with any other dealer.
We had visited on December 31 with Owen but apparently turned over to Steve. Steve was nice but unable to find answers to questions. The sales manager was everything that is bad about car buying. Unprofessional and a caricature of what bad car sales guys are. My son had planned to buy a car this week.
You might also train your manager on how to look and find descriptions of basic features. He kept describing the off-road standard multi-terrain select as the multi-terrain monitor. I don't expect them to know everything. I would expect them to know how to get answers though.

Today this facility have lost my business. My service adviser was unprofessional the way he spoke to me. And while waiting for oil change another rep came up to me and informed me they appraised my car and I can sell it and walk out of there with a check today. I have come to this facility for all my oil changes since this where I purchased my vehicle. I made complaint to manager but I am sure they couldn't care less since I am just another customer. Planned to come in for an oil change and it turns out I needed a tire rotation and new battery. I was also helped with the windshield cracks by a certain person. They explained to me it would be an hour at first then after learning about the battery it would be another 30 minutes. At the end of the 30 minutes the guy assured me that my windshield was done. I waited and waited only to find out that my car was ready in the back and no one called me or notified me about it. I waited an extra hour and 30 minutes for nothing. I know I could have checked on my car but I've been going there many times and have had someone always come back to me and tell me about the services done to my car. When I get to my car there are little plastic films on the cracks that needed fixing. I didn't have time to go back and get it checked out so I went about to doing my errands. I get home after being stuck in heavy traffic and took off the film only to see that there is another visible film left on my windshield. I have had this service done before and I have never seen the film left on my window. I am so disappointed that I went there wasted almost two hours+ and my car wasn't completely taken care of. I like this place because they have always had speedy sevices and it's close to where I live. I also purchased my car here as well. I understand it's a Friday but that is no excuse to not finish your job completely. Not coming back here again.
I purchased new tires from the service department today. I was in and out in an hour which included a four wheel alignment with the purchase of new tires. I was assisted by Oscar and he did a great job of making it a very seamless experience. Thank you Toyota Service. Keep up the great service.
AWESOME!!! My salesperson was John Mendez and my finance agent was Jasmine Garcia, got a great deal on a car that took me to New York and back with no problems. Very good team, and not pushy. So different from the nightmare experience at another dealeaship a year before. Will definitely go back. Used Sterling for the first time today for an oil change and multi point inspection. Appointment made same day and car was ready within 2 hours after check in. Customer service was outstanding, including a free shuttle back to my home after check in. The service advisor, Pedro, also went an extra mile by checking on a sound the a/c fan was making. Overall, I give them the best rating possible and will stick with them every 5,000 miles for additional check-ups.
By far the best car buying experience we've ever had! We drove over 1 1/2 hrs to get there after we found the truck online. Ahmad Meerhab, our salesman, made sure that the truck was there, sent me photos of every little scratch he found, and had it ready to roll. They gave us a very fair amount for our trade in & a very fair price on truck we purchased. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend Ahmad. No pressure, took care of our comfort, and did everything he could to get the deal we wanted. Great experience!

Over 2 hours to change the oil with an appointment. No other service done. Forget it this place is publicly traded and you are just another number. Don t expect to get an answering person on the phone because their all automated for your convenience.

We just bought a new car from this dealership thanks to the wonderful salesperson: Sam. He was great and easy to work with. He will treat you like a celebrity and goes out of his way to make sure your experience is as pleasant and pain free as it should be. He's a great asset to the company. The dealership staff is so friendly and the place is so clean! Their only downfall is dealing with Enterprise Rental. The staff that works in that section needs better customer service training. And an actual person in the rental section who works full time.
I had a scheduled appointment for 10:40am, therefore I arrived 10 minutes beforehand. Upon my arrival I saw a line of cars before mine. I was told that my car would be serviced before those who were walk ins. Taking in mind, I was there for a basic oil change, I knew this should not take more than an hour. I did not leave until 12:40pm. There were several people who were told they had to wait because they did not have an appointment, yet they were getting serviced out faster than those who scheduled an appointment in advance. They also stated they scheduled by appointment and oil changes only. This is falsely advertised and a quality decision should be made. Either the patrons who follow the rules should be taken care of upon their arrival or just have a walk-in policy like we are at the DMV.
Test drove a Corolla and an iM. Salesman was helpful and not too pushy. If I go with a Toyota I'm buying it from them.
Ordered a part about few days a go for our dealership, they said they had it, made me wait for over 45 minutes to tell me they don't have everything and said they will deliver to our address in 1 day is been over almost a week and still haven't received the parts, try calling but they keep putting me on hold and everyone got a different story about what happened to our parts, never ordering parts from this dealership ever again, poor customer service and poor communication skills!
Very helpful sales and Finance team specially Mr. Sarwar. The process of getting car was smooth and and quick. Although the financing was at quite high rate but for okay for the first time buyer.
Good service with the exception that the key is left in cars, and not secure. Thus, anyone can just drive off with your vehicle. Fortunately, that did not happen.

Well this is sort of a sad review to have to leave. We came here to get a service on pur vehicle and they had said that it would take two hours. Because of that we decided to go get some food and have their shuttle service take us.
Heres the fun part. Upon them calling and saying our car was ready i had asked how long the shuttle would take to get us. "We only provide drop off service, we dont pick people back up."
Now i dont know what kind of people run this "service" but if you drop me off somewhere, you should pick me up.
Long story short i had to get a lyft to return me to the dealership...
In conclusion DO NOT TAKE THE "SHUTTLE". IT IS DROP OFF ONLY AND THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WHERE THEY LEFT YOU.
4 stars for fast service, but the shuttle thing really rubbed me the wrong way.

Check engine had come on at one point. About twice a week, car takes several attempts to start. Technician said log could tell that light had come on. They cleared the log and asked me to return if check engine light comes back. No charge for work.

Price for synthetic oil change was great with the coupon, but the service was sketchy because somehow my coolant reservoir suddenly became "low" after the service. It was full when I checked it 2 days prior to service. Then service recommended to do coolant service for $160.
Checked my coolant 2 days after refill and it's still full.
The customer service was kinda okay albeit they were very busy at the time and it was my first service there. I was pretty much lost on what to do there. No clear instructions on who to talk to for service, will there be someone to talk to you for service, where to pay, where to pick up the vehicle, is my vehicle ready? Etc. Just left there guessing.
Addi is the man! He is always professional, courteous and greets you with a smile. Definitely he should be recongnized for his outstanding service and his ability to make you feel like an individual, not a number! You rock Addi!

This is my second time coming here to provide maintenance for my 2011 Camry. First time, I came about an hour before closing (with an appointment), and they changed my oil and stuff within the hour. For my second visit (with a 7:40am appointment), I only needed a tire rotation and complimentary battery check, BUT since I informed them that I was going to run some errands, the pep in their step was lacking. I had to ask my advisor at 10:00am if my car was ready. It certainly was. What bothered me is that I had to ask! It didn't help that I received a text at 10:37am (when I was already home) informing me that my car was ready. Regardless if I'm in the waiting room or not, my car should have been done within an hour. I hope they improve this issue because I want to come back!

I was there this Sat. morning to have one of my 4 Toyota cars serviced. I was approached by one of the receiving guys but Pedro Villafranco came to me and offered his assistance. After telling him what I needed to be done on the car he checked in his computer and found out that there are recalls in 2 of my vehicles. With his care and knowledge in keeping my cars in tip-top conditions, he told me the advantages and disadvantages if things will not be done right. I cannot say enough good things about Sterling McCall Toyota and our salesperson Robert Savala. After being burned by another Toyota dealership we stopped in on a whim around 7pm on a Saturday night. I told Robert what I wanted, what I needed the numbers to be, and asked if it was possible. He did some math and worked some magic and hustled for 3 hours to make sure we were happy. Our 2 year old was asleep in the car and he got our trade in appraised with him still in the car (allowing us to stay right next to him the whole time) and then ran back and forth out to the parking lot to talk to us so we didn't have to wake him up. We've bought several cars over the last 10 years and have never had a dealership work so hard for our business and we will definitely keep them in mind when we purchase our next vehicle, as well as recommend them to any of our friends, family, and coworkers who are looking to buy.
Getting a car is less stressful when you come to a Sterling McCall. We have referred several family members here and our experience has always been great. I got my car inspected easily. I dropped it off and the service department was quick and professional. They have a contactless option to pay for the services online so I didn t have to do it inside. We always use sterling mccall for our toyota service and will continue to do so.
Farris is the guy to see here (and Tom). Both moved mountains and had patience to last a lifetime in order to get me in a STI. I had limited credit history, and was buying a Subaru STI as my first car. They made it happen.
Farris even ordered me a new windshield after the car was officially mine. He could have simply just said "see ya", and I did not even have to request a new windshield. He simply did it because he cared about giving me the smoothest and best experience buying a used car possible. Salesman like that are hard to come by nowadays.
