My brother and I brought in my 2012 Toyota HPV for servicing. We called ahead to make an appointment only to get there and find that the appointment had not been made. After some back and forth with the service consultant regarding this, eventually we left the car with him. About 2.5 hours later (almost 4pm), I go to pick up the car and discovered that charging cable for my hybrid vehicle was missing. Since they were already closed, I called it in and a service rep said she would email the manager. After about 5 days of me calling, I spoke to someone who emails me asking to see a photo of what it looked like. I emailed and again after days of silence called/emailed again. Still waiting to hear back about how they plan to replace my charger!!!

Horrible customer service and even worse accountability! Do not go here unless you like to throw money away!!

My husband and I were in no need of a new truck but we decided to browse online for the truck of his dreams, a Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. We weren t able to find any here in the Austin area so we decided to branch out to the Houston and San Antonio area. We found one in both cities and the prices were significantly lower at Sterling McCall. We decided to send them a quote request via online and immediately got a text that same night from Bella. She was quick to give us a quote that we agreed on. We let her know that my husband has no credit history but they were still able to work with us. Within a week we had drove down there and signed for the truck. I m extremely grateful for all of the help with received from Bella and the rest of the team at Sterling McCall.

I had such a great experience with my sales guy, Sam, an older gentleman that was so polite and helpful. I told him I had just left Mike Calvert unhappy with the service I had received so he said I'll take care of you. He sure did, got a great deal on my new truck and was a true gentleman the way he treated me and my family. Thank you Sam.

I had been a client since 1999 and had always bought and serviced my Toyotas at Sterling McCall. However, when I went in to buy a 4-runner, the manager and sales rep would only lower the price by $1,600 dollars. When I countered, they told me "no deal", so I walked. Very disappointed with them and ended up buying a car from a competitor. They lost a loyal customer.

Service is very poor. I filed a complaint on their website and yet have heard to hear back regarding the complaint. Yet I got sent 2 emails regarding buying a new car. I did not give out my email to be harassed about buying a car, I gave out my email to be updated on the status of my complaint.

1. I got my car routine serviced, less than a month later the battery dies.
2. I got an oil change, my oil light kept flashing, took it to another service provider - they said the oil was so dirty, there was no way the oil could have been changed.
3. My tire light kept flashing. they told me the light was broken on the dashboard and reset the switch. light kept flashing, took it to a tire shop, found out I had a hole in my tire.
4. Had a service, 3 weeks later, my accelerator belt went out and my car stopped.

Things do not randomly break without trauma, they wear down. Sterling Mccall refuses to take responsibility for the cars they service and put on the road and that is very upsetting.

This is another organization that thrives on excellent customer service/satisfaction. I often come here for regular oil changes/tire rotation and purchase of OEM car parts. I leave everytime with a smile on my face. The employees uphold great etiquette and are well informed about their products and service. Most importantly, you will leave with a peace of mind that your car has been greatly taken care of by qualified professionals. You can also buy cars here, I'm sure their service is as great in sales!

My experience with Sterling McCall was
very positive. I arrived on time for my car service, they were very punctual and very nice. I left my car and waited in the service waiting room, in about 45 minutes they came and told me my car was ready. Everything had been checked, an oil change and tires rotated.

I don t know about all Toyota dealerships but i know i can trust the mechanics at Sterling McCall to consistently do a great job servicing g my RAV4. I have had this baby since 2012 and she now s got 163,000 miles on her. I ve never missed a service date and knock on wood the only thing I ve needed to replace besides brakes have been batteries. This car is the best and sterling McCall is the dealer you can trust. I will never buy another car that isnt a Toyota.

Ok I've never gave a feedbacks, but that experience what i got with Sterlingmaccalltoyota, inspired me wrote about that guys whom i had a pleasure work with. First, I was a first time car buyer in US, and i decided to do Houston car market research for Camry 2016. I had visited several Toyota dealerships and the third and last one was Sterlingmaccalltoyota.. and the first whom i met was Tam Quach (Internet Sales Manager) I really recommend work with him, he will not to try to sugarcoat something for sell a car, he will sell a car, but without cheesecake. The second person was Shahid Usmani (New Car Sales Director) very good guy and professional, thats way I think hi is Director. The third was James Alaskare (Finance Managers) he was an important link on my car buying way. I was very pleased to deal with such a person. He helped me in many ways.
And the last one was Omar Sattar (New&PreOwned&Leasing) He was not involved in the process of buying, but he took care of my paperwork, my insurance, my rented car. He is very good man.

I don t know how good the Sterlingmaccalltoyota sell system working, the point is how a human work, who are build a system.

I extremely disappointed we called last Saturday asking about a appointment. Was told we would get a call Back never did. Trying to understand that it was Saturday I called back to make a service appointment for my 2018 Toyota. I explained when I made the appointment that I had the windshield coverage and maintenance plan. I was wanting my 10k service and my windshield repaired. I gave all my information including vin number. When I arrived today for my appointment I was upset when they explained to me that my windshield would have to wait because they had not called ahead to get approval. I express my disappointment with that my time was not valued and he was nice and said he could not do anything. Sad that I was willing to try this dealership out hoping to get the great customer service I had recieved from other Toyota dealerships but not up to the level of others

I moved to California after purchasing my car from SMT in 2016. A few months ago one of my front bumper LED light fixture stopped working and needed to be replaced. I attempted multiple times to have it ordered at my local Toyota dealer, but they couldn't locate the correct part. So I called up the Parts dept at SMT and Josh answered, and in a matter of moments he was able to track down the piece, send me visual confirmation and have it shipped to me with very little back and forth. Looking forward to having two working LED lights again! I appreciate all your help Josh!

My family and I stopped by your delaership to see the Rav4 hybrid. From our arrival, even the front desk greeting lady did not greet us or smile.

We were approached by a new sales associate (do not recall his name but he was a skinny well dressed young gentleman from El Salvador). He brought me to his desk and asked what was interested in. I told him we were interested in seeing a new 2020 Rav4 hybrid. I asked him a few questions regarding other models like the 4runner and he seemed unsure of basic details.

He brought his friend who I assume was a more senior sales assistant who was a larger gentleman also from El Salvador (do not recall his name either).

I once again asked the senior associate to show me the Rav4 hybrid. He began asking for my information which I provided and started making small talk for about 2 hours. I politely interrupted him several times asking him if he had any Rav4 hybrids on the lot for us to see. He kept redirecting me to talk about Toyotas being made in Japan (I told him I already knew... I previously owned a Lexus) and how a hybrid saves gas (I already knew as I own a Tesla). After repeatedly insisting to see a hybrid, he finally agreed to pull them out.

After seeing the vehicles we sat down and he quoted me a price about $5-6k higher than what I had seen on KBB. When I questioned this, he explained that was because it included optional packages which could not be removed. At this point I told him that I would take the printed quote and consider it with my wife. My 4yo and 6 yo at this point were already in our car frustrated after waiting so long. He asked me to give him a few minutes to talk to his manager. After about 30 min of waiting, I got up and started to walk out when I saw him chatting and laughing with a fellow sales assistant in the hallway.

Overall, our experience was very bad. I came with high hopes and expectations given my previous experience with my Lexus, but this has soured my opinion of Toyota.

I always have great experiences at Sterling McCall Toyota. These guys are at the top of the list with customer service seriously, they ward hard to get customers in and out in a timely manner. I took my tundra in for a 10,000 mile service and as usual my visit was smooth, it took about an hr and I was out of there. Love these guys

Service member was extremely nice and super helpful!!! However the prices were outrageous. When I told them I would not pay $3750 for ball joints they took it to $2900, but I still walked away. As for my tires, they said I needed new ones but I took it to Costco and they showed me how to gauge my tires and I was in good shape. Nonetheless they were very transparent and were really good at showing me what they thought needed work.

I live in South Carolina where my boat was stolen back in 2009. Instead of contacting my insurance, I made a call to Sterling McCall 8 years later and these guys were incredible. Not only did they send me a check for double the value of my boat but they also delivered a brand new $100,000 boat to my drive way and agreed to send me a check for $5,000 every month for the rest of my life as an allowance to purchase unicorn food for my pet unicorn. I've never met these guys but they are absolutely outstanding!! I don't want a Toyota but if I needed one I'd buy it from these guys!

Great experience!!! The salesman that assisted me was Mr. Parvez Kapadia and he helped me through the whole process of buying the car. No pressure in getting the car; I was able to test drive as I pleased and had recommendations given and all questions answered. I was blown away by the service. I came in for an oil change as well as added a complete engine and interior detail... The car looked and even smelled brand new...let me assure you, it is not. I can t get over the amazing job they did on the interior. It was significantly better and better priced than when I ve had it done by detailing shops. I will be back!

Our sales rep, Garni, didn t pressure us, he was trustworthy, provided us clear communications, not playing any sales games or tactics. We didn t feel rushed into any decisions, even though it was the evening of New Years Eve. The young lady in Finance, Krystin, was also extremely helpful, insightful, knowledgeable and thorough in her interactions with us. She made the process very comfortable, providing me the opportunity to ask any questions.

We worked with Omar to purchase our new Highlander. He was by far the most upfront, honest, trustworthy, and efficient car salesman with whom we have ever worked. We conducted everything by phone, so the day we came to pick up the vehicle and sign the papers, we were expecting the usual price switch song and dance. NOT with Omar and this dealership!! Our payments actually ended up being less than what we thought, and the entire process was smooth, with no hidden fees or surprises. We will ONLY be calling Omar for our future car needs!

Fault advertising. I got a coupon for oil change for 39.99. Got to you dealership and was told that my car needs to pay 19.99 for extra oil and 19.99 for tire rotation. So that is $80 total for oil change. I ended up paying 59.99 for the whole thing at Don Mcgill without the coupon and was in and out in 30 minutes. I will never use you guys again and will tell all my family and friends about it

Always great service here!. I only go to Sterling McCall and make my appointment with Pedro because he always takes good care of my car. Also great customer services. They have a shuttle/bus system that takes you to your destination if your service time is long and you need to be somewhere else.
