If it was possible to rate this less than 1, I would!
My brother and I brought in my 2012 Toyota HPV for servicing. We called ahead to make an appointment only to get there and find that the appointment had not been made. After some back and forth with the service consultant regarding this, eventually we left the car with him. About 2.5 hours later (almost 4pm), I go to pick up the car and discovered that charging cable for my hybrid vehicle was missing. Since they were already closed, I called it in and a service rep said she would email the manager. After about 5 days of me calling, I spoke to someone who emails me asking to see a photo of what it looked like. I emailed and again after days of silence called/emailed again. Still waiting to hear back about how they plan to replace my charger!!!
Horrible customer service and even worse accountability! Do not go here unless you like to throw money away!!
