Friendly Courteous service! Serling McCall always privide oustanding maintenace service and repairs! The cost is sometimes expensive.
I originally gave Sterling McCall a five star review. I brought my FJ Cruiser in for significant maintenance, including alternator and remanufactured transmission. It took a little while to have the work completed but the truck seemed to be running great when I picked it up. Two hundred miles later the faulty alternator that they installed failed and broke the fan belt, damaging other parts under the hood. I then changed this review to one star. Frustrated, my car went back into the shop. One week later I pick my car up again and on my way home from the dealership a piece of the cowling on the hood flew off on the freeway. They had to remove the cowling to replace my windshield the first time in the shop and it was reinstalled improperly. At this point my frustration was boiling over. The only saving grace throughout this entire ordeal was the customer service representative, George, who maintained a cool head and was excellent at communicating. McCall assumed all financial responsibility for the faulty parts and damage and worked quickly to get my car back to me. I am now changing the rating back to four stars because stuff happens but owning up to your mistakes and making things right counts for a lot. I ve been driving my truck for several months now, including a trip half way across the country, and it s running great.
Nothing but good things to say about Ahmed Meehrab. I understand he s new at this game, but he handles himself like a caring professional, as old Sales manager with more then 12 year experience i see him a great future for the dealership and his family and he did all the necessary in order to sell a car and make me love/buy the car.

Even when I stepped away for a month without committing. When I returned to purchase my 4Runner he served us with top notch customer service. Robert DiNero in financing was AWESOME as well!! Explained every step of the way and made sure I was 100% comfortable with what I was committing to. 10/10 would recommend and plan on buying my next car there!!!

Great service, explanation and competitive pricing for various things I needed done. I had a safety recall that needed installation so took a bit longer than a typical maintenance job. I appreciated the multiple sanitizers all around and measures they have taken all around the facility (masks, plastic face barriers, distancing markers) to mitigate COVID. I would come back here for regular service
I have been going to Sterling McCall Toyota for many, many years for service on my 4Runner. I tried local neighborhood shops, but always ended up back at the dealer shop with better results. The manager, Art, and the advisors have always been really helpful and I always feel comfortable there. So when it was time to finally purchase a new vehicle I shopped at Sterling McCall as well. Tunde, my salesman was awesome. He was very patient and understanding of my needs and I ended up with the perfect vehicle for me and I totally love my NEW 4Runner. The dealership is not even close to my house, but it's worth the trip there for all of my Toyota needs.

Just an oil change, but Sterling McCall is dependable, prompt, provides statuses, provides an amenable waiting area at a fair price.
Instead of taking the nail out of one of my tires to fix it, you insisted I buy 4 new tires at a ridiculously expensive price, because the tread on my tires was low. The next day the air in that one tire was low, my local gas station mechanic pulled the nail, plugged my tire and to this date I have not had any problems with my tires. I was upset because having to fix the tire the next morning made me late to work.

I had a wait even just to be told how long it would take to work on my car, but it was because they were doing all of the phone calls and picture-taking necessary to check on whether all of the work I needed done was covered by warranty.

I m living in Dallas, called them for a car they had listed on their website and they confirm that it s on hold and I could come see it, I was about to drove 5 hours If i did not check again, and guess what they sold it to another dealer that he is selling it for an extra 5k. THAT IS NOT COOL AT ALL

While looking for a little cash car for my child, I had to pause to leave town. On my way to leave, the tire pressure light came on my 2016 Camry that has never been serviced at Sterling McCall and Isaac personally handled it to ensure that I had the peace of my mind of knowing my car would be okay for the drive. Although my primary purpose in dealing with this dealership is for child s first little car, Isaac has earned my business when I m ready to upgrade my Camry!

I wish there was a zero or negative star option.. Making an appointment is a joke. Tied twice to get in for an oil change. I was told that it didn't matter that I had an appointment, my wait time would be nearly 2 hours past my appointment time. What's the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait behind everyone else who didn't make an appointment?

I was able to make my service appointment easily by calling in. My service advisor Will Solano saw me promptly and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the inspection results, discussed what he recommended to fix/change, and what parts of my car were still in good condition. It was near closing time on an already busy Saturday afternoon but Will never rushed me through the process. He even did some last minute checks for me, after the inspection, to make sure everything was ok. Next time I ll definitely ask for Will to help me with my Camry.
I have been with their service for the past two years and greatly appreciate the professionalism of their service advisors. The wait tends to be a bit long even with appointment, but the waiting lounge has a decent selection of beverages and a clean showroom to pass the time in. There's also a quiet area with tables and chairs, great for studying or focus time while waiting.

I have been going back and forth to the Service center for a squeaking noise from driver side window since January 2019 and I still didn't get it fixed. I bought a new car and it already had that noise. Every time I bring the car, they make me wait for hours before telling me that it wasn't fixed, or the part isnt there, or we ordered the wrong part, It even got worse, the guy who was supposed to be in charge of my car, just went home and did not call me for any updates on my car. I had to pay for an Uber to go look for my car at the service center. This has been the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I wish I never bought this car.
UPDATE: After replying to my review and I got in touch with them, 2 weeks later nothing happened yet. We are still waiting on their Toyota "expert"

I went for an oil change and "multi-point" inspection. Routine stuff.
It was raining (in Houston?!). It's easy to drop off without getting wet, which is nice.
While I waited there was wifi and a quiet space. No beds though, man a nap would be awesome.
When your car is ready they send you a text message suggesting additional stuff found during the 'multi-point' inspection. The UI was nice and easy to understand.
Here I lack the expertise to know if it's all needed, but I got break and transmition fluid switch, and parking break adjusted. Along with the oil change it was around $650 or something.

I had great experience at Sterling McCall Toyota. I purchased Toyota Camry TRD 2020 in December. They have most aggressive pricing in Texas. I worked with Apo Kush. He helped me out a lot and it was quick and easy process. I wasn t planning to get Camry TRD at the beginning but he earned my business. He was very attentive, detailed with his approach. He was extremely kind as well. Highly recommend him.

The sales dude did an outstanding job helping me find the right car at a great price, but the lady upstairs (Alexis Cantu) screwed up lying about the payments and the interest. She probably thought that I was buying my first car. I feel very sorry for the salesman because I ended up leaving that place without a car and he spent like 2 hours with me. She was the only reason I did not buy!!!!

My only concern is their system estimated way less cost then I actually have to pay at the end.

The vehicle sold itself. It was exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. 2014 Tundra with high milage but...It's a Toyota. Drove nice and straight and is still a tight vehicle. That's why I pulled the trigger on it. There were a couple of small issues that were addressed initially. The night I went to pick it up I noticed some lighting issues as well. Instead of having to go back to the dealerahip a 3rd time, they delivered it to me in my driveway! I would expect this kind of service for a new car purchase but they did it for my used truck and my convenience. I was floored. Thanks Apo & Ahmed. You guys did it right, above and beyond .I'll be back for my next car and I'll tell my friends and family as well.

Very long waiting time. Today I am from beginning to end. More than six hours. Finally got satisfactory results. (The previous time I went to check and repair, but the maintenance staff just said that one place is broken. But then it was clearly two places!) I was thinking. If you solve it for the first time. Why should I delay these six or seven hours? But forget to ask how much to change the oil? The first five new cars are free. But more than 70 invoices are written. How much do I have to pay if I need to pay for it now? Corolla 2016 If you want to discuss with me. Leave a phone number that you can text! Because I was looking for a translator to solve the problem for me! Or leave a person in charge who can speak Chinese.
Poor follow through. I'm currently driving away with the same issue I brought my vehicle in and I've now been here twice. I told Cedric and his superior thanks for letting me drive away after two separate visits with the same problem. Great service provided by Sterling McCall!
