I was at your US 59 Service workshop on Friday, July 10, with a problem with my Toyota Camry LE. Assistant Manager Brittany Murphy made my visit salutary with the way she attended to the problem and answered ALL questions with commanding authority and empathy. My confidence in your company has grown, thanks to her efforts.

The purchase process was probably the best car buying experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I called from out of state to check on an internet advertised, new Highlander. Adi was very thorough in getting me the additional details I needed (any mileage on the vehicle, specifics on the options etc) .
The information led us to drive 375 miles the next day to see the vehicle. The negotiations were smooth. Sterling McCall was very fair in their offer on the car and on my trade in. The process to pay for the vehicle was quick and efficient. I even bought an extended warranty, which I usually avoid. I have always dreaded the car buying experience but this one was different. There wasn t the strong arm pressure to buy, only patience, answers to questions while staying courteous through our questions or concerns. Now the reason I didn t give SM 5 stars happened post purchase. I was told the titles would be sent to my state immediately so I could register the vehicle. Yes i could go to the tax office on Monday to register my car . Unfortunately it has been 2 weeks and I still don t have paperwork. The first week after calling multiple times I had no answers. Early this 2nd week I called and was told there were internal paperwork issues that prevented them from sending the paperwork. (And you couldn t call me?) I Called back again and was told they would go out the next day and that was 3 days ago. They said it could take 5 days. I have made at least 10 calls and although promised return calls , I had to follow up with calls to get information. It s unfortunate that the best sales experience turned into the first time I ever had complaints on the finance department. My full payment check to purchase the vehicle cleared immediately. I understand problems, I don t understand a lack of communication on those problems.

I bought my car here a few months back and brought it back for some brake service and an oil change. I first talk to Bob when I pulled into service and he took my info and I thought it would be all day even with an appointment. To my surprise, they evaluated the issue fast and Ed and Bob explained the problem and gave me some options, not just replacing everything, took care of all issues fast and efficient. My Toyota runs Great! Bob and Ed were great in Service. I even saw the Gm, Jerry, he remembered me and took time to see if I was taken care of...take or buy a car here, it's like family....Thanks Sterling McCall group.

I hate dealing with car salesmen, but Ahmad Meerab was shockingly wonderful. He was sincere and genuine about doing his best to get me an awesome deal. I do recommend him, and he was recommended to me by another satisfied customer.

Worst experience ever buying parts from this deale...

Worst experience ever buying parts from this dealership. First the parts guy telling me to hurry up as he has a line of calls and starts banging on the desk for me to hurry up and I told the parts guy I needed the connectors several times hands me high beam bulbs. Waste of my time. Will not buy parts from here!

Very friendly and even arranged an Uber ride home for me after I dropped my truck off.

The main negative is: the issue I dropped my truck off for was not addressed! My battery, my oil and a few recalls were all addressed, but the rattling noise is still there. I didn t realize it until I drove off and was stuck in traffic.

I send E-mail and negotiated a Camry, they gave me price for 20k, but when i came to store the dealer said they cannot give me this price!! Don't waste your time on them and they will never keep their words even though you have proof with you!!!

The service was fine and fast. Waiting area is great... But here are the reasons I give 3 stars.
1. I couldn't make my appointment online. The system didn't work properly. I had to do it with an online agent that took some time to answer back.
2. When the service was done, the vehicle was not washed. I took my vehicle to a dealer to expect way more from it than a regular repair shop way closer to my house.
3. There are 2 recalls on my vehicle. They mentioned it, but in the final report, they didn't include it. Don't know if I will come back to this car dealer.

Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and always does an excellent job explaining details, car specifics, and giving recommendations for our vehicles. We won t be going anywhere else! Rick Howell (service dept)should be transferred to another department where he doesn t have to deal with customers. He is there to give hard time to customers. He literally irritates customers with his attitude.I have been there before and they treat you like family but not this time.

I literally walked up and grabbed the first sales person I saw. That just happened to be ALEX KAZEMI. Alex was amazing!!!!! Friendly, helpful, patient. He worked with me and we where able to get the truck of my dreams. We ironed out finances with AMIR GAREK who was also AMAZING. There is no better team at sterling McCall then these two men. Absolute professionals and the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

Great experience with Pedro. Had rattling noise in the cabin of my truck and it was really hard to detect. He then personally sat with the tech and tried to find it. It wasn't found during the ride but was later found afterwards. He will personally help me on my next visit he said.

When it came to talk to me about the service, he sat with me in the truck and explained all the changes. Great experience today. Thanks Pedro!

Needed a basic oil change, I brought my own oil and needed to purchase the filter element. They did not make note of customer oil, put in the wrong weight, and over-filled the oil. My car was one of the last to be finished for the day, at 4pm on Saturday, and their excuse was that they were so many cars going through that they didn't have time to do things right. Majority of employees and most managers were already out the door and the cashiers were trying to follow suit as quickly as possible. Being from Fort Worth and needing my car to get back, I was not left with much choice. I received my car so that I can make it back home. I will have the oil analyzed and will be emailing their customer service.

Today I went in to replace a lock for my wheels on my truck for lost key the guy in parts helped me out he even gave me a deal on them for the headaches. So I decided to go to the maintenance department to see if they can squeeze me in since I did not have an appointment not only did they take care of me they took the old locks on the wheels and put my new set in two birds with one stone, this place makes me feel vip this is where I purchased the truck wouldn t go anywhere else thanks Toyota.

My Tacoma 2016 was called to review for a manufacturing defect and today I arrived there very early because I have the same working hours as them and I could not miss or knew what time or day I would have to make an appointment. All the officials were there without cars to attend and after explaining my situation. They told me they could not do anything without an appointment. Maybe they did not like that I asked an official to speak Spanish or they do not have variants to use in these very specific cases. I felt a bit of discrimination, because they made me wait long before a bilingual official attended me and quite a bit uncovered, at the time of serving me. I do not know what will happen now because this is a defect of Toyota and they do nothing to address it. .

He checked the warranty and called me the part arrived. The service was fast. Before leaving, the agent explained me with details what is covered in the extended warranty. Edwin was patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service!

Save yourself the trouble and do not but a car from here!!! Many of the used cars are faulty right off the lot. They are also known for removing good parts from a vehicle and replacing them with bad parts. Also, zero customer service. They care more about making that extra bucks than integrity.

However I want with this review to highlight that the buying/negotiation process was one of the best. Lincoln Ibrahim was my sales consultant and he was very courteous and respectful. We did not waste time with unneeded back and forth with management and the proposal was pretty well align with my expectations.

He made the car buying experience very smooth for us and I could tell he was doing all he could to help us find the right vehicle for a good price. I came for oil change, tire replacement, and tire rotation this week. Cedrick McCall was my Maintenance Expert at Southwest Freeway location.
He thoroughly explained every single step before starting the work, and gave the best deal possible. Cedric was very professional and courteous throughout the process. I am very happy that I chose Sterling McCall for my regular maintenance.
Bonus: free coffee, wifi, and clean air conditioned waiting area!

Burt Mann and his associate was very accomodating as was Amir from Finance but no surprise as purchased at least 5 vehicles from Burt. Toyota overall service cannot be matched. And a big shout out to Rick who dressed up the car nicely for delivery.

Hugo was great and his partner on getting my truck done quickly. The only issue I had is when I was in line waiting for someone to assist me. It took almost about 15 minutes before anyone approached me asking what I needed. Once they approached that is when they pointed out where my advisor was. From there everything went great although my tire monitoring pressure system still isn t working everything was good.

I appreciated the attention of the representative that assisted us., Valentin. The Manager was very helpful as well. I reserve a little time and a star to see if the repairs hold out.

This morning I had terrible experience at quick service department where they threw away my discount coupon. Oscar service advisor asked me to leave it in vehicle then I got billed for full price. I asked the cashier Ellie about my discounted coupon she had no idea what I was talking about. Service Manager Glenn stepped in and tried to resolve the issue. He could not find coupon in my vehicle.
Glenn was nice enough to take care of the issue.
People like Glenn and Derrick taking care of customers to the highest level to make sure customers feel comfortable dealing with Sterling McCall Toyota and keep coming back

Today I called to schedule a maintenance routine for my 2015 Toyota highlander, I called and made my appointment at 12:20pm. When I got there the service rep told me that I had to wait two hours to get my vehicle serviced. I already made an appointment , I then told the service rep that I had an appointment and why do I have to wait 2 hours? He told me that we have so many cars to service and you are just gonna have to wait two hours. The guy also told me it does not matter who you complain or talk to about this issue, I proceeded to find the manager of this business. The service rep is so rude and has a nasty attitude. I will not ever get my car serviced from here again! Taking my money somewhere else!!!!!!! The rude service rep name is Pedro Villafranco.

The internet sales team was excellent. They presented a great no-hassle offer and the entire experience was very satisfying. My only complaint was that I wish that any dealer could offer all of the options i wanted at the MSRP. Namely, I wanted the OEM towing package included in my purchase (MSRP ~$699). Two different dealers quoted me around $1000 parts and labor to install. I think this is more a general problem with the way Gulf States Toyota handles some add-ons and not so much the dealer. Both dealers recommended I purchase an aftermarket trailer hitch.
