usually they proving exceptional services, but today not very happy, maybe due to Covid19 they try to have some hidden fee. they quote me for $84 for synthetic oil changes, so i told them i have couple email me for $44.95, he said ok, but later they applied coupon and charge hidden fee of rotate wheel for extra $29.. which i never got inform or ask ( i can get it for free at discount tire, because i bought the tires there).. so they trying to upsell the services without asking or confirm.. bad bad not sastisfied and not happy

This is a review of the service department at sterling McCall. Toyota Tundra was purchased new from this dealership and most of the maintenance on the truck has been done here until the past few years (moved for work). I got my brake rotors re-surfaced here a few years ago as normal maintenance and got pretty bad brake shutter about half a year after the service department did the work. I took the car back about a year later (I was too busy to take it earlier) to get the brake shutter issue fixed (that the service department caused in the first place). They charged me again to get my brakes re-surfaced, and Lo and behold it s been about six month to a year and again the brakes have very bad brake shutter after I paid sterling McCall twice already to re-surface the brakes. At this time I didn t trust sterling McCall anymore and took the truck to another dealership to fix the issue. They told me that sterling McCall shouldn t have re-surfaced the brake rotors because they were supposed to be completely replaced at that mileage, so sterling McCall basically charged me twice for work that shouldn t even have been done, and ended up causing more issues on the truck down the road. Definitely won t be taking any cars here for service again, I should get a refund for the brake service they did to at least make it right.

I have been taking my '14 Tacoma there for service since we bought it. I had an excellent experience when I bought it and, until yesterday, I had good service. I take it on either Saturday or Sundays. Yesterday, 4/08/17, at about 2:30pm I came in for an oil change only. Was told about an hour and a half... ok, no problem. Didn't know they close at 4. I went to pay right at 4pm and the cashier was not only snippy but rude and aggressive as well. She was going to be sure she got in the last word no matter what. She then shoved my paperwork over the counter with my keys and was extremely dismissive. We are going to trade our Tacoma in and get a Tundra... but not from Sterling McCall - you can bet on that. Oh, had my windshield fixed and now I have to go and finish the job as the guy left residue on the windshield. Now I understand why I never received a survey from them after I get a service. Done with that nonsense.

Fixed myself with rag after they said $1300 part needed. Brought my 2011 Sequoia in because Cruise Control in error mode. They said Laser Distancing part is $1300 to fix plus labor so I elected not to fix. They did not charge me for the analysis so that was much appreciated. When I got home I googled the part and found it for $830 delivered. Googled to see where it goes and found it is made into the front bumper, 2 bolts and one plug accessible inside hood so might be a DIYS fix. BUT WAIT... Saw the face of laser was dirty so cleaned off bugs with rag, now my Cruise Control is working fine. I think service should have actually looked at the part along with the computer analysis to see that it just needed the bugs on the face of laser wiped off. Hopefully this will help somebody else avoid an expensive repair that is unnecessary.

Long waits, and has a staff that will list things on your bill to fix, that don't need to be. Their service department is only there to make money, instead of servicing your vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in last week for an oil change, and what they claim is a free 14-point inspection. They told me my brakes were dangerously close to cause an accident. I took it to another mechanic and he told and showed me that they were fine. Saved myself $200.

NEVER GO HERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED.

I bought my first ever brand new vehicle here and I am SO happy I was introduced to this Toyota dealership by a friend. I live an hour away from it and I still choose to make the drive to Sterling when my new vehicle is ready for its servicing, even though theres 2 or 3 dealerships closer to me. The salesmen are always smiling and ready to help or answer questions. The servicing crew are timely and efficient with my cars service, I have never waited more than 30 minutes to get my car serviced. Even the man at the cafe is extremely friendly. New car salesman, Allen Wanju, I would especially recommend. He would do anything to ensure you leave happy and stay happy. Thank you Sterling Mccall Toyota!!

It's somewhat more convenient to go to Don McGill Toyota, but I find the service at Sterling McCall is just better. They service reps are very attentive and responsive. A gentleman named Pedro helped me today and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything he recommended for my car. He also worked to get the service completed early so that I could pick it up the same day when my schedule allowed. Overall a rather painless experience!!

Brought a 2003 Camry, a 2004 4 Runner and a 2010 4 Runner from Sterling McCall in Houston because of their consistently great Service personnel, their fluid Process Flows, Punctuality, excellent workmanship.
Have been a repeat customer since I moved to Houston and am made to feel right at home by Their spacious waiting rooms with outlets to charge my electronics, free Coffee and a
Vending machine with snacks. I often choose to just wait otherwise I take the free shuttle they provide to my home

The waiting time was very minimal. Despite the fact that I did not give them a call I was bringing my car. If your car is due for maintenance feel free to go, you may not even spend a dime to do that. But I expect they should have clean the car after working on it.

Gone to service my new 2019 camry to solve the lag in acceleration and initial power. I explained them it is not giving the power of even corolla.. and the reply from the service professional was 'Camry is not V6 to provide the power of "corolla". And this was replied even without looking on the car. And the great thing after 3 hrs was like "they didnt found the complaint in computer softwere". I requested them to test drive with me and I can show the real problem and Service guy told there is no one to test drive it there. And the funniest thing is they are the autorised service center of tayota.
**It is the matter of safety while taking from the signal, taking existing to freeways, and also changing the lines and while overtaking**
This shows how much they care about the Safety of there customers.

Bad Service Job: 12/18/18, 10AM. My Highlander 2004: 3 services ordered: Oil Change+ Rotation+ Coupons ($24.99 for Oil + $9.99 for Rotation - Total =must be $34.98 + Tax).
Service Advisor: Oscar Casas did 3 wrong things: 1) did not do the rotation ( the car always in Express Service and not moved to the Tire & Wheel Bldg for rotation as they normally do). 2) Did not install the maintenance sticker in the windshied. 3) Did not bill correctly, charged me $46.63 + Tax).

12/20/18 ,11AM. I drove back to Sterling McCall (9400 SW FW 77074), talk again to Oscar and Mr. Derek, the Service manager. Oscar installed the sticker, Derek adjusted the price ( credited to my next service). They both said that the rotation was made in the Oil Change Bldg (I don't think so because this job can not be technically performed in the Oil change Bldg???.).

I am their customer more than 10 years and this time I/m sorry that I have to complain with the hope that this Sterling Dealer should be more carefull to gain customer satisfaction and to keep their reputation.

Simply outstanding customer service by Shahid Usmani (Sales Management) and his team. When they have deals, they have phenomenal deals, compared to other dealerships. Shahid tries to go above and beyond and that extra mile is what makes him different. He recognizes customers after sale and provide post sale support which is beyond comparable. Toyota is a solid name and Shahid and his team at SMT is synonimous to that. Bought a new 16 corolla in the past for home and also eyeing on a Tundra Truck.

Customer for long time and I referred them lots of friends and families - I sent one of my friend to trade his leased car to get another one - the salesperson Mr Farhan Qureshi made a deal for my friend which cost more than he was expecting- so my friend decided to go to another Toyota dealership and got the leased trade in with only $1 extra in monthly payments
I was wondering why this huge difference between two dealerships? Is someone whom I trusted trying to rip off ? I guess yes
Farhan started with 3000 down 400 per month by wasting 5 hours to make a deal- and ended for 375 per month- while don Mcallen Toyota gave his offer for $289 per month and 2500 down-means charging $89 extra in monthly payments for same vehicle trim

I have been going to Sterling McCall since 2012 when I bought my first car. My experience is always pleasant and this time was no different minus and issue when check in. I had an appointment for 12:40 pm and I was 5 minutes late due to missing my exit. Once I arrived I was asked to pull up several times and it took over 30 mins for someone to get to me. There were several cars that arrived after me and taken to maintenance during the time I waited. I eas there to get my AC fixed so needless to say I was very upset.

However, once they got to me the process went pretty smoothly and I was done and waiting for the shuttle in 20 mins. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and the staff was very helpful and professional.

I was totally surprised at how easy the car buying process has become. My car salesman, Ozzy Kalender, was absolutely amazing. He was very considerate and easy to work with. The experience was absolutely enjoyable and painless. The financial guy Amir was also wonderful. Any issues that came up they took care of immediately. Ozzy made sure my phone was connected to my new vehicle before I left the parking lot. They thought of everything! Highly recommend to get a new car here!

I purchased my first car here in 2012. Since then, I ve moved to several cities and visited various Toyota locations for servicing but this one is by and far my favorite. The customer service is superior and I love that Luis Hernandez is still here! For the past 7 years that I ve been coming here, he s been a friendly and familiar face that has always taken care of me and my car. I have appreciated that they re always making improvements to their technology systems to keep me updated via text and provide me with the multi point inspections electronically.

it was time to trade in my Totyota highlander for a new Toyota Rav 4. The staff was excellent. No haggling no pressure. I got a silver 2019 Rav 4 with a warranty and a pretty good payment on a loan. We shopped many banks and lending companies until we got the right terms I was comfortable with.

The process took about 3 days but that's because I was shopping another dealership and looking for the best deal as possible. Sterling McCall won this competition. Price was great too.

We had a great experience at Sterling McCall Chevrolet. We went to look at an Orange Chevy Colorado. We had the privilege of working with Carlos Padilla as our sales rep. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked very hard to help us get a deal that we were happy with. It was evident how much he cared about our needs. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Maurice. He was great and helped us get to where we needed to be payment wise. We also worked with Pleasant in finance. He was nice and attentive. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would highly recommend going to Sterling McCall Chevrolet if you need a vehicle. Ask for Carlos, he will take amazing care of you. I am satisfied with the state of my car now, having gotten fixed by Sterling McCall Toyota.
However, I just feel like it was expensive and the impact of the $899 is still been felt, especially now that the economy state has drastically dropped- I just thought I could have had some sort of more discount.
Regardless, I enjoyed the quality of services rendered to fix my car.

Unwilling people you could ever meet at this dealership! They need to look up the word "negotiation." Manager came in and told me straight up "gentleman, there is nothing we can dofor you, we are so far apart." Didnt even offer his price and just let us go. Also on the paperwork that was bought initially to show the price, this dealership has way too many add on fees they charge for no reason. Sales guy was Joshua Antonio, just kept on saying "this is the best, this is the best, i am saying no to your offer, three times but REFUSED to tell his price to even do the negotiating. If you are in market to buy a new car, please educate yourself on "add-on charges" and there are alot more dealerships that will offer a better service than Sterling McCall. Save your time and money!
