We went there because of the ratings as well as for all the satisfied customers. My sister needed a car. We went because I found a used Ford at the price we could afford. I spoke to Patrick which assured me it was there. My husband went and it had been sold 2 days prior. So they convinced him to get an Acura . So he paid for it. They said it would be ready on Wednesday which it was not. We went on Saturday.. it was not ready had a engine light on emissions issue and they would fix it so it would pass inspection and fix a few other things..back seat window.. They did deliver the SUV late Monday evening.. Now my sister is using it the back passenger window falls down and engine emissions light is on again.. plus it doesn't run right. I am so disappointed. My sister has interviews and cannot go because the SUV has issues. I spoke with the Salesman and he was gonna see if they have another car

Me. Andreakos was the absolute best. This Toyota could have been filthy and I'd still go back just for his service. On another note this dealership was spotless and the bathrooms are just Buckys gas station bathrooms... Comfortable!! And super clean!! Lol!

Took my 2020 Landcruiser in for 10K tire rotation and oil change. Making an appointment seemed easy enough and left me hoping it wouldn't be too busy or at least we'll managed. The service department was extremely busy. Still, only waited 10 minutes to see the service advisor. Very nice guy (he wasn't the one assigned to me when making the appointment, but I guess assignments are just a formality). The tech had my car processed and in the queue quickly. And, what a queue! What was the purpose of an appointment? It took 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Encountered an extremely rude (Kurt and argumentative) accounts payable clerk. One of the worst I've ever encountered from purely a customer service point of view. I won't be going back. Didn't even receive a receipt.
After nearly 3 hours my car came out making the same noise it was going in. I'm unsatisfied with the service I received. I understand that I didn't have an appointment but I would have preferred to have been asked to come back another day with and appointment than to have my time wasted.
Got the truck I wanted for a fair price. The only problem I had was that I pointed out a tire was low on the truck and the sales man said he can have it patched up. A week later I come to find out it was not fixed he just inflated the tire. He could have just told me that he was going to inflate it but could not patch it up I would have been fine with that.
I am not happy with the service
When he handed the car I asked the person
If they checked the air pressure in the tires.
He said everything should be fine.
When I sat inside the car the air pressure was the same as before.
So I am thinking did they do the rest of the stuff

I went there to oil change and tire rotation but I didn't get the oil change because is every 10,000 miles because I use synthetic oil and not 5,000 which in my other car I also used syntheticoil and they never told me that with synthetic oil you needed to change it every 10,000.
They problem was that I told them to do tire rotation and they only did one side and on top of that they scratched my rim. Never going back there anymore..

And I just found out that they left my coolant cap open and my car almost overheats. No professionalism from those technicians and management.

Worst experience ever. I came for an oil change and the technician did a horrible job. I even had to speak to the manager and they had to replace a part from the engine.

Charles at the parts department kept mimicking me over the phone and repeating oh my god, oh my god just because I didn t know the exact name of the part I was needing. Although I gave him the VIN, and fully explained the location of the part and the part description. How does someone so unprofessional like this guy keeps a job at Sterling McCall, I have no idea. There are no limits or standards anymore. Customer service is dead. I asked to speak with a manager. He said he was one, and then he just hung up on me.
Staff was wonderful. No pressure and smooth financing. From beginning to the end. Very professional and gracious. Will recommend famity and friends to Sterling McCall Toyota.

Was a pleasure in getting the things done at a quick pace
The device quality has been going down recently. Today was the worst experience so far. The advisor did not call or look for me when service was done. After waiting for 2:30 hrs for an est 2 hr sevice when I inquired, I was told that the car was done but the advisor was out for lunch and they were doing paper work. After additional 20 minutes, I expressed my displeasure and told them that I would like to talk to their sevice manager if my car did not get done in next five muntes. I gave an addition 10 mi Utes and was getting ready to ask for the service manager when the paperwork got delivered. Very disappointing for a customer who has bought three cars from sterling McCall and has been a loyal customer for over a decade.
The service staff was knowledgeable, the maintenance price was affordable and the wait time was acceptable.
I've always been a Sterling McCall customer ever since I purchased my first Toyota. The service is always consistent, the staff is very curtious and more importantly the multi-point inspection informs me of any issue(s) that require attention. I appreciate their honesty and superb work. Customer service is a thing of the past, however the guys at Sterling McCall are cognizant of what it means to provide customer satisfaction. That's the reasons why I continue to patronize their business.

Received an email offered a special deal for oil change. Was told the oil does not fit Camry when arriving. Do not trust any email they send you. not even the punctuation marks. Their website offers lower price which you will never get.

After flood service by SM, I drove out and noticed the steering functioned weird, went back to SM, the svc rep told me it was digital controlled and should like that way, then he and I tested the car.I left the car there again. I was called on next day for the car was ok and no issues found by their tech foreman.I invited two of my co-workers to test my car after got the car back,both agreed with what I described. I then made an appointment with the General Manager of SM,and GM tested my car with me for 30+ minutes. Eventually they found out the issue which from was a broken yaw censor (a part in Electronic Stability Control (ESC) , failure of this part could be dangerous) which was flooded under seat but didn't get detected during the flood service. I then sent an email to GM to ask GM to
verify if all the flooded parts had been checked ok and some concerns and I got no response.
Probably this was the last visit for an oil change, I had good impressions in all my previous visits. Not much of waiting without a prior appointment. this time I made an appointment but everything went wrong. I arrived at 7:45 am and ended up leaving 2 hours later for a service that I had usually taken an hour before, without an appointment. Without mentioning that was entered in my vehicle was wrong in qualifying my car with a salvage title when it is fully certified, without forgetting that did they time to verify the information with me, therefore they delayed the service until I had to ask what was happening. Very bad service

Timely service for a dealership. Only complaint is their unwillingness to replace a malfunctioning part on brand new truck because it hasn t stopped working permanently even though it is repeatedly malfunctioning.
I came in for a state inspection and because I heard an unusual noise my car was making. My consultant was polite and spent time answering questions and explaining what maintenance items were recommended for my car and the cost. I was very pleased with the service I received. I drive 22 miles each way, passing other dealerships, for service because of the honesty I have experienced at Sterling McCall Toyota.

Horrible Experience! I basically had to beg anyone to work with me at this dealership. I placed an order for a vehicle earlier this week and no one even bothered to contact me to confirm anything; I basically had to beg someone to take my down payment. I m relieved that I didn t end up buying here because if the sales process is like this I can t even imagine how it would be to get my car serviced here and continue to deal with the lack of professionalism. There was not one person I talked to who was remotely helpful including the managers. it s absurd that I placed an entire order for a vehicle and not one person contacted me. While I do understand you all have other customers and are a very big dealership, that level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Also, the "Acceleride" car buying process is heavily advertised on the Sterling McCall website but it seems they don't honor it. Thankfully, I took my business to a different dealership and was welcomed and taken care of in a prompt and courteous manner. I got my car purchased in a matter of hours without any confusion, or lack of communication from the dealership. Im so grateful that I dodged a bullet and didn t buy from this incompetent dealership. I m very disappointed with my experience at Sterling McCall and hope that you all will take my feedback into consideration before you consider buying a vehicle from here.
