Excellent service, it s a really no hidden fee place, transparent service, the buyer extremely knowledgeable pretty nice, Mathew Blackwell, so clear from the beginning, first I was doubting because all the advertisements, but when finally when I got to the place I realized everything was exactly how we were discussing over the phone, honestly I got stunned with the service, I highly recommend this guy.

We had no rush with them and they offered good information about the vehicle, the upgrades we wanted included and financing option. No hidden fees and NO LIES. I could notice other sellers in other big dealers in houston giving me wrong information (overpriced) about their products.
Everything is in the toyota web page, I recommend to investigate all the options available and the prices before spending this amount of money in a car since once you go to a dealer.

Took my car back to Sterling McCall for oil & filter change. They've overhauled the lube center and the waiting room is about twice as big.

The attendant was polite, professional, and he treated me the way I would expect to be treated if I owned the dealership. He explained my car's status, answered my questions, and I was in & out of there in 1/2 hour. (Granted, it WAS Friday evening...)

I had appointment at 8 am there in time , and nobody knows where to direct the customer . We were put in express and did a very lousy work. I will book other toyota locations than you . They are very discriminative. Certain people get full service and other get the poorest service . This is the worst service ever had in Toyota . I had got excellent service with Toyota d Lexus but this is the worst vet been.

I was taking my car in for some scheduled maintenance and I was significantly late. I was still able to be seen and the maintenance was completed within a hour. I love this place. Very professional and friendly staff.

Long time to change oil and last time they spilled oil on the engine

I arrived around 11am. I was at this place for about 7 hours to get a motoroil change and a car wash. I waited about 2 hours for the motoroil. I paid for my car to get washed and vacuumed. I waited for an additional 3hours and 30 minutes. I had to wait about another 45 minutes for them to look for my car because no one can find it in the system. I left this place after their work hours. It was around 6:15pm. About 7 hours at this location with no apologies for misplacing my car. What is worst is that they didn't even do a good job vacuuming and washing. There is still particles of leaves in my car and in the trunk. There are still smudges in my front bumper. Very disappointed this time. I paid full price too.

My 2020 Toyota Camry that was purchased from this group in October 2020 went completely dead. 2000 miles only. We had it towed to Sterling McCall a week ago and the Agent Sarah has not once called to update us of the issue. I am concerned they sold us a Lemon. Needing to find the right place to report this as they are not answering. Multiple voicemails to Sarah have not yielded a call back. After leaving another voicemail, decided to try and call service line and even after 30 min the on hold loop kept repeating the same junk "Your approximate wait time is 5 min". This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Unfortunately I have a dead car that I need fixed and returned to me and i might have to make the trek to the dealership to find out what happened

I have to give this place 5 stars. I was lead to this place because my car key broke and I needed it fixed. so my car got tow over to Sterling McCall Toyota because it was the closest dealership. Edvin in the service station was very good in communicating with me as well as informative. Even though Ervin was doing all that he could to help me out i was really just ready for something new. I walked to the sales side and I was a few hour early. no worries they had comfy chairs and free soft drinks and coffee. I walked over to the used cars to talk to the one person I saw but he was wasn't as friendly as I would have hoped.
I asked what time the sales people came in he replied 9am
it was a few minutes before 9 I just started to thank God for favor and asked him to put in contact with the right people. I walked out and a few people were pulling up on golf carts one got off and asked me it i needed help. James Nguyen was just awesome. he asked me what I wanted I told him. He said let look at the numbers and see what he could do. Mauricio in Financial was very nice realistic and told me what I could do. Mr. Nguyen was determined to help get what I wanted never once did I feel forced to settle. Ms. Bella ..... amazing so sweet and graceful. between the two of them I felt like they were family. Mr. Duy in the helped my with my paperwork very fast yet effectively. Overall I am so happy with the service provider here. I drove off with my new car and left the old one behind I only wish I didn't have to pay for that key since I got ride of the car. Thank you to you all

Four star for Bhong Sauza, bought 2014 Rav4 and Corolla 2015, we liked the car and sales took about 2 hours. No pressure and full of good advises.

Anthony in service was great. From the moment he took the keys and gave an accurate time for completion, which is rare, he was always very courteous and kind. He did the multipoint inspection and never pushed getting a new set of tires even though I ll be due soon for a new set. Service was completed and even the cashier was friendly happily servicing everyone in a very busy service center. I can t say enough about the customer service. I m not here often but every time I come in everyone has a smile on their face and truly strive tlove make customer service a priority. I d recommend Anthony if that s even possible from the express lube.

I did not recieve the Limited carpet mats that originally came with the car we agreed upon. We paid additional for upgrades. I know three people who recently bought Limited Toyotas and they all received the carpet mat set as well as the weather tech mats. So the cargo portion of my vehicle is not protected.
Additionally, when I arrived at the agreed upon appointment time I was kept waiting by Fred Davatgar. We did not get the proper walk through of the vehicle. My insurance agent told me more about my car than he did. I felt rushed because he had other customers he was dealing with and to him the sale was over. He promised to call and give us the name of a conditioner for the leather. No phone call.
To add to all of this, the person who processed payment did not get in touch with our finance company even though he was provided with two contacts (name, phone number and email address for both). I had to repeatedly call and send emails in order for this to be completed. No one called me to see if this issue was resolved.
I am disappointed to say the least.

Without checking battery they told me it's the alternator even though I asked them to test. Told me its 1600 with labor. I told them I need to get a second opinion and got drove over to Toyota of Katy...they tested the battery and gave me a loaner while they fixed my recall issue. Total was 170

Very professional car repair place. Their diagnosis in 2018 was very thorough, and would have cost more than I could afford if I did it all, but since it was all itemized, I emailed back exactly what I would approve, and that's what they fixed. The only negative I can think of at the moment is that one part they needed to order, supposed to arrive the next day, didn't arrive, so I had to leave the car one more day. Not the dealer's fault, I guess. Oh, and the nice waiting area, with TV news on, even had a separate "reading room", for those who wanted quiet. Nice!

Always get prompt & professional service! It's a comfortable place to wait for your car also, there's a quiet room for reading or different areas with different tv stations on, also free WiFi!

As always service was fast and the staff took extra care with Covid-19 by wearing masks, providing hand sanitizer.

Service department was very nice. They got me in and out in less than 4 hours for an oil change and fuel pump replacement.
The waiting area is clean and has sodas and coffee. I couldn t figure out how to work the coffee machine so instructions may be helpful. Soda pop was refreshing.

I will never bring my car back here again. I had my alma Mayer s license plate frame on my car that was fully intact when I dropped the car off but it was broken (half missing) when my car was returned. That was a gift from my late grandmother. I can't understand how this happened. Secondly, my car was given back on E, gas light on, with 1 mile until completely empty. It had gas when I dropped it off so I don't understand why it would be completely empty. Unacceptable. Never again.

It was a wonderful experience overall, i got the car i wanted (corolla) and that too with in my price range. The staff is also very diverse and pleasant.Everyone was were helpful even the people is high ranks. The waiting time was pretty short. Financing department was also very understanding. I totally recommend this place. What is better than getting 0% interest for five years? Salesman Mohammad Junaid and Sr. Consultant Shahid Usmani both were very friendly and helpful.

The car reception is good. Understanding of issues and reporting were excellent. But the final check up was too poor. I was handed over my car with a flat front tire. I was wondering that how the porter brought the car from workshop to delivery point. In my opinion the quality control and quality check is too much poor & needs proper attention.

I really enjoy the service I receive here. All of the employees are friendly and quick to answer any questions, and the technicians are upfront with the needs for my car. Some of the maintenence prices are a bit steep but comparable with other dealership prices. My only complaint is the amount of time for maintenance to be completed. Even with making an appointment, the wait time is excruciating. Receiving a realistic estimated wait time when booking the appointment with an update after check-in, in case any services are added, would be incredibly helpful.

I had a great experience, yesterday that I went to do service my Camry, my service advisor was Pedro Villafranco. I like how he explains step by step all the service he will do to the car and gives a good recommendation. And the best thing that the waiting time was excellent, I only waited 30 Minutes. From now on he will be my service advisor.
