Bought my car from Tam Quach, trustful honest salesman. My family getting all our cars from Toyota and from Tam. He will happy to help you. I trust Sterling McCall and i trust My salesman. Buy cars around time when they get new models, you can save some money from previous model.

It does not make sense to allow people to continue making same-day appointments when the wait time is 3 -4 hours even for people who have appointments. That is such a disrespect for the time of your customers.

I scheduled an appt with Mr. Luis Hernandez to have my car serviced. He attended to me when I arrived. When my car was serviced. Mr. Hernandez explained to me that the cabin filter needed to be changed. That was done within 10 mins. He came back and brought me to the cashier and met me outside and walked me to my car. I was good to go.

Wait time after leaving the car was very long. Rest was good. It seemed like the person who repaired the car tore my backrest belt when he wanted to take that off. Car was serviced well though.

I will give 5 stars to the salesman, 2 stars for the sales manager and 1 star for the finance person/manager.
All in all, not a bad place if you're willing to pay 10% more than in San Antonio or Dallas dealership plus 5+% APR 60 months financing for 2019 Toyota Camry (700+ credit).
If you have enough budget, this place will be efficient and with nice salesman.
But if you want to stick to the budget, make sure to shop around SA and Dallas. They have lower prices than here.

Had a good experience at Sterling McCall. Hugo was my service advisor and he was great. They charged the quoted price and didn't make it seem like I needed everything fixed at one time. The checkout ladies were nice as well. Will go back for other services.

Mr Bashir H Sattar is really nice, an example for the sellsmen, he answers all the questions in a way that you feel satisfied, he really knows about costumer service. Also Mr Mauricio Rivera, the finicing guy, very very nice and helpful. Thank you Toyota for having people like this on board!

Our whole family buy car from here. Mr. Salim Adil is our regular seals man and he is been helping us to find new car since 2007. We keep going to same dealership and same seals person because he has been always honest and drama free. Finance group will chew your head for sure and all dealership finance are same. I am 100% sure others might have worse experience here but our overall experience still good regular and warranty service. Also its depending on who is dealing you.

Price charged and Price quote given on phone has difference of 150%. I have given several calls to understand this ..but kind of unprofessional behavior.
Even after a prior appointment, a battery replacement took more then 1 Hr and 30 mins.

I went last week to test drive a Toyota Supra & was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I was told I had to buy the car to test drive it. I couldn't believe the words that came out of this guy's mouth. I started to leave but then was so fuming mad I felt I needed to speak with the manager. He was also very rude & I could tell he was the one who directed the salesperson to say that statement. I couldn't believe I was treated this way...1. in this time it seems that the dealership would value anybody that walked through their door. 2. Having my own business, I can't imagine speaking to a client in that way. I ended up going to Autonation on I-45 South where they couldn't have been nicer & accomodating.

Awful! Came here for a simple inspection and they broke the trunk release, then refused to fix it. Before I went to the lot, I popped the trunk to put my stuff there, so it wouldn't be messy, then I drove straight there. After waiting two hours, I retrieved the car only to find the latch broken. One of the owners came over and said that they don't touch the trunk. When I explained that the latch worked fine before I came, he said that they weren't responsible and walked off. If you come here, be sure to check everything works when you pick your car up. I won't return.

My car was taken in quickly. The tech told me what work would be done and about how long it would take. I asked for a new front license plate holder and it was done. Had a good cup of coffee and received a text that my car was ready. The tech gave me the service report and told me what to expect the next time. Great service!

This is the worst Toyota service ever I have ever seen in the United States. I dropped off my car for oil change at 3:30 PM and requested a shuttle service. And after 90 minutes I asked them the status of my car they said they were told that I'm going to drop it off tomorrow at 9 AM. I wasted my two hours in there and they didn't do anything for my car.

I don't usually leave reviews, whether positive or negative, but definitely wanted to leave this one! I have a strong grasp of what it looks like to have good SYSTEM in a business, and Sterling McCall Toyota embodies just that! Even moreso, I appreciated the hospitality of our salesperson, Rob White. I know we gave him and his supervisor a difficult time during negotiation, but he remained cordial and friendly throughout the entire process. After about a week of going back and forth, we were able to complete our transaction, with a win-win for both parties. We highly recommend this dealership, as well as Rob, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

In 2016 December I got my 2017 Toyota Corolla and the Sales person Walter Artiga really helped us, since than I got 2019 CHR, 2019 Highlander and 2020 4Runner plus 2020 Corolla for a cousin, Walter Artiga as usual gave us excellent service and out of hos way to help us besides the great salesmanship Walter Artiga is a very humble and kind young man with excellent product knowledge. Their finance department is also very helpful and luckily I always have Mr. Robert Deniro with his wonderful smile and great service. I will be getting another vehicle next week most probably a Land Cruiser. In 3 years I bought 5 vehicles from them and the next will be my 6th, Sterling McCall Toyota is like a family to us not because I bought the cars but they treat you like a family member and always look after your interest first. I highly recommend to try Sterling McCall Toyota and talk to Walter Artiga.

i go to this center for maintenance always its amazing the parts and service but today 4/28/2018 i went to change oil on my car usually i like to do my service with Lee he is working fast explains very well but today they were just changing to different line which i dont like at all the lady that she was working on my car her name is (Jazmin) she wasn't paying attention just sitting on my set talking with another guy (colorful glasses) normally oil changing takes like 30 minutes but i waited there for almost 2 hours and when i went to them ask them if cant be done today i will come tomorrow she just got mad at me. i dont like her service at all next time i hope they dont change which line i want to do my service.

Read your paperwork before you sign everyone. You should probably have under a 3% interest rate. Shady business practice. Makes me not want to buy a third.
