Fastest service yet! 12/26; Went back to get car inspected and quality care, service with advisor: Cedric McCall was again that of efficiency, integrity, and professionalism; all delivered without any compromise! People are quick to get past the rush of the holidays. It was a long line of cars to be serviced. Cedric took his time to ask if I had questions, and reassured me he was there to assist my future needs. This is why I keep scheduled services with Sterling McCall Toyota! There's never any deviation from quality service with fair market prices. We're grateful for our 10 service with Cedric McCall! Been coming here for years, so it s no wonder a few people know us! From the time of drop off to paying the debt, we re treated like royalty every time. Kudos to Jason, Rick, Ivan, Eduardo, scheduling and admins.

Good customer service; I always appreciate that no one talks down to me, but I was told that the service would take 30-45 minutes and it took 1.5 hrs. I don't mind it taking that long, but please tell your service advisers to give more realistic estimates! I could've gone and gotten some food.

Ray was great today. He always takes such good care of us.

Wonderful dealership to do business with. They have been the horrible victim of some ladies social media attacks. I can assure you the lady is unreasonable and frankly out of her mind. For her to think they should give her a new vehicle because hers was stolen is crazy. The lady also claims to be a devoted Christian. I would say as a fellow Christian this in not the right approach. So this is to let people know it is okay and perfectly fine to use Sterling McCall Toyota. McCall Toyota you have a big family backing you in the industry.

My experience is always a pleasure at Sterling McCall. Brandon Rose and his team are knowledge and efficiency focused techs and Mr. Rose has amazing customer service skills. I ve been part of the Sterling McCall family for a few years now, and has been away (life was happening) and to no surprise, these guys are still on point.

I went in for my 25000 service, oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. They were super busy but got me in and out within an hour! They were fantastic and quick. I will definitely be going there to get serviced more often.

The service is very very good even I lost my car s front left wheel cover the manager still find one for me. I love the service here very much!

I walked in on Saturday for break pads change and they finished half hour before hand. Also they offered me a discount, a nice plus. Marlin was wonderful, very knowledgeable quick and nice!

Took my car in for 50,000 mile maintenance, it included the oil change that I needed & tire rotation. It was a Great price! Also the apnt was scheduled for the afternoon, but Luis Hernandez called & moved it up for an earlier time, which was great too! I also had another apnt for the morning & was done in time to make it! !

5 stars! Wow! This past Monday, Ayat was the best sales associate that I have dealt with in a long time and I have purchased 10 cars from various places over the last 2.5 years. She worked very hard to get my mom a great deal on her trade-in and the 2017 Black Lexus that she showed us was just perfect. She was professional, cheery, fast but not pushy, and just a joy to work with for my mom! Sterling Mc, please ship the floor mats to us as my mom and dad are 70s and I don't want them to come down there at this time due to covid. Thanks again, Ayat!

UPDATED....I have a recall notice and service order for a melting dash on my 2007 Camry from Toyota and brought it to Sterling on August 29, 2016 and they said the part is back ordered so it will take a little time to get the part. It has been close to A YEAR and my part is STILL NOT IN! When I phoned today I was told Jocelyn will call me when my part arrives and let me know where I am in line. Really?! C'mon.

I got my dash and had a great experience with the staff. Mr. Whatley called me and got the ball rolling for me. Rey in the Service dept went above and beyond for me. I know their hands are tied due to the number of parts available for the recall. These two employees turned me around and have changed my 1* to a definite 5* experience.

Bought used a toyota tundra. The sales person and manager are nice during the sales, but afterward they just brush you off. They tend to not tell you a lot of things up front that are important. For my purchase they didnt tell me that they had to repair the truck on both doors and front. There is a crack on the windshield that was hidden by the information sticker on top left. The sales person AND the manager told us that theres something on the wheel that need to be replaced, at first i thought it was the wheel cover, i offered to take it home and install myself, but they said its not just the cover and they need to have the tech replace it which i cannot do at home. When i bring the truck in, they suddenly say its just the covers.
To sum it up, make sure to check everything before pay, because soon after you pay the sales person and sales manager either dont know what they are talking about,dont remember, or just dont care.

Service maybe was okay but after my car was serviced and parked and ready, I had to wait for the guy to come tell me that it s ready. He didn t show up so I had to talk to some other guy to tell him that my car was ready. He then checked me out. Did not expect that.

Would never go to another car dealer besides Sterling McCall Toyota. I am now driving my dream vehicle and I absolutely love it!

This was a simple 35K mile service. I arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted immediately by an attendant. He directed me to Luis, my service advisor, who is very personable and efficient. 45 minutes later, I was completely checked out and on my way hpme.

Had a 7:00am appointment (that's when Service & Parts opens) to replace my car brakes. 8:30am I was informed they don't have all the parts? All I got after wasting 3hours of my life & driving to this place for no reason was a "sorry, can you come back once we have/ordered the parts" WOW!

Sterling McCall treated us like family and we are so thankful we came here to purchase our new vehicle. Kathie was awesome and Robert was very helpful as well.

only trouble I am having right now is with the toyota service center. Been there two times because AC of my car (Camry 14) with just 19k miles was not working. They fixed it but it worked for 1 week and again it blowed hot air. Tired of picking new apointment date and go there plenty of times.

Unfortunately my catalytic converter was stolen. The service team was kind, patient and accommodating during this frustrating process.

Purchased a 2019 Tacoma TRD on Monday with their No Hassle AcceleRide function. Excellent service, Salesman Allen W provided excellent service, had the truck ready hours before pick up. F&I manage was also super awesome, the whole process from start to finish only took around 1 hour.

Everything was done professionally with phone calls and updates as to what needed to be done and when my car would ready. Very satisfied.

Once they get overwhelmed, they do not give the right direction on what to do.
Do not buy any extra warranty is not worth, they will find an excuse to not covef it

Tunde is the beat! Great customer swrvice! This is the second vehicle I have purchased and I always go to Tunde! He respects my time and crazy schedule and gets me the price I want! And besides, he is a great person! I highly recommend Tunde!

First time stopping by Sterling McCall Toyota and the service was great. Didn t have an appointment and needed an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in and out within a reasonable time. Very affordable as well!

They lied about a lot. They overcharged on items and when I showed them cheaper prices online they just shrugged it off. I asked them if they would be willing to add the fender flairs and the console safe after the purchase of I were to buy the truck from them at no extra charge, they said absolutely, we just have to order it. So they were going to add them on once they came in. Which would ve been great! But they just don t return calls. I asked to have my deal audited but again, no response. They don t care if they re being fair, only that you sign the deal. Then they forget about you and any agreements they ve had.

Fast forward a month and they won t even return my calls. I would just order what you want on the Toyota website and not bother with Sterling McCall.

They also refused to give me the military discount because I am not active anymore. The irony is that I m retired. They are shady through and through.

As usual your car is ready and you still sorry there for 30 minutes before you can pay for service and leave. 10 service people standing around and no one can do the service paperwork. Ridiculous.

They ve done a really nice job every time I bring my vehicle in for service or repairs. They keep me updated on the progress of the work and call me immediately with any questions or concerns.

Ahmad was amazing. He was very responsive during the whole process. I have 2 small children and I work....I had to text him about cars. He listened and helped get me in a car. I wont say the prices are cheaper, however I got a fair price and no haggling. Even the finance guy (Robert Denero, yes his real name!) was super nice....answered every question patiently. I would recommend!

I went to purchase the vehicle that I leased from them 3 years ago. Michael Wolf helped me out. He was great. Not pushy, very nice and laid back and super professional. Even when I was entertaining the idea of taking him up on the new car offer (i.e. he pulled the car up, I sat it in, he answered all my questions, etc.), he was patient about it. Generally speaking anytime I go up to this dealership, it s a good experience.

Son Vu is the best seller here. Whoever comes to buy cars, come to him he would give you the good deal.

Slow service. It takes 3 hours to do an oil change.

I have only bought parts and have gone to the service department acouple of time. They have always treated me fair. Prices are high if am honest. But overall its a good service.

Everyone here is very helpful! As soon as you pull up, someone is there to greet you, guide you to where you need to be, and answer any questions you may have.

They are always fast and do a good job. Just wish their prices were more reasonable so that I wouldn't be forced to go other more affordable places for things such as exchanging air filters, etc.

Went through express lane service for oil and filter change. Despite being very busy, I was promptly greeted and given an estimated wait time, which turned out to be accurate. I went to parts and placed an order for another vehicle and then returned for a brief wait before vehicle was ready. All staff were attentive, polite and efficient, and price for service was lower than expected. Overall a positive experience.
