My first experience with this dealership was very good until I got call and notified me there s miner issue with your car . The car was sold as certified when car get to service it didn t pass be as certified.The Sales Manager didn t give us other options he was very disrespected and rude while he was talking to us and he said either accept with little discount because of we made mistake or I am not going to sell this car to you and take your money back.I understand everyone makes mistake but the way he talked to us was very unprofessional Arrogantly.

I bought a used jeep Cherokee, was initially happy with the deal as I drove home. Got on the freeway and noticed the steering wheel was so rough and wobbly like it was about to fall off only between 60-70mph. So the second week of owning it I decide to go check the tires. Sure enough on their 9 point inspection or whatever it is they do they failed to simply balance and rotate the tires leaving me to spend 50$ right off the bat on my new used vehicle to have simple maintenance done that they could have taken care of. In this same week I notice oil spots in my garage where I park. Look underneath and sure enough oil dripping from the plug and absorbed all into the frame around it. On top of all that, I purchased this vehicle knowing it had 5 recalls however was unaware that sterling McCall didn't take responsibility in fixing any of them or of course sending it to the dodge dealer down the road and having them fix it. So now going into the 3rd week of owning it I will be out of a vehicle due to having it sent into the dealership near me for the 5 open recalls along with this newly found oil leak to be repaired. Wouldn't recommend them simply cause the hassle and trouble after the purchase fact. My sales experience was good but that got washed away when i came home to discover I'm now neck deep in problems with my new used vehicle.?!? Granted a used vehicle won't be in prestine condition, I get that. I certainly don't think it should be leaking oil and have 5 recalls left to inconvenience me the consumer whose only had this car a total of 3 weeks now. Updated 1/18 I can say they are working with me pretty well to get this oil leak problem resolved. I hope they don't let me and my expectations down. Feeling pretty confident right now.

After reading a lot of the reviews I was skeptical about coming here. But my experience was great. Fabio (I believe is his name) was SO helpful and went the extra mile to make sure he got my policy number to fix any windshield for free. All of the guys who worked in my car were super friendly, worked with my and my annoying breathalyzer, and got the job done really quickly. Definitely coming back.

The salesman was great I can t say enough good an great things about him. Other then that very disappointing. My wife went an looked at the truck cause I work 12+ hours a day she put money down on the truck an our bank did there part I couldn t get there for about 4-5hrs after all that was done an they didn t even have the paperwork done or even ready I waiting around for another 30 mins before they got the paperwork ready. Highly disappointed, cause you would think they would have paperwork ready an waiting if all financial stuff had been done.
This was the easiest car sales transaction we ve ever had. Auggie was awesome! He answered my very 1st call & continued to be available after the sale. He got got back to me immediately & answered all my questions. He was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable & enjoyable to work with. The price of 18 Ford F-150 was great & he gave us the history of it bc it was pre-owned. We did all the paperwork online bc of the quarantine. They even delivered it free of charge! We were so impressed with this dealership!
Toyota treat customers in very good manner. Even they offer drinks and snacks during the waiting time. Make sure you've appointment.
This will be the second time I'll be coming in to get my oil change and I'm still disappointed. If I didn't buy the package with complementary oil changes when I bought my car I would never come to get my oil change here. They have horrible customer service over the phone. However, the customer service in person there is great. Scheduling over the phone and any phone calls you receive from them are awful.
The first time I called in to schedule my oil change the lady who answered the phone said they don't take appointments after 3pm, which I thought was weird because on their website it said the service department doesn't close until 7pm. So I assumed they would take appointments at least until 5pm, but I believed her.
In between the time I got my first oil changed an scheduled my second oil change there was a point in time in which sterling mccall services called me almost everyday in between 10am and 2pm trying to schedule my next oil change with me. I couldn't answer any of these calls because I'm at work, but they didn't leave any messages for me to know who they were or why they called. After 2 weeks of getting a call from the same number almost everyday (3-4 times a week during business days) I answered. A man was trying to schedule my March 2018 oil change appointment during Mid-October 2017. I told him I wouldn't know my schedule that far out and that I would call back when the time comes close. Fast forward 2 weeks and I'm getting calls every other day again. I told the lady on the phone the same thing I told the other man and that I've already let them know I'd schedule it closer to the time of my oil change and she said "okay, I'll make a note" and hangs up on me. I then proceeded to get a 2 calls 2 weeks after this phone call. I don't understand why I'm getting bombarded with calls during working hours with no voice messages.
The second time I schedule an oil change (2 days ago) and another lady tells me the latest appointment would be at 5:45pm, so I was lied to the first time. After scheduling my oil change with this lady I asked her if I can schedule an appointment to get my dent fixed with her or if I need to call someone else. She puts me on hold for a minute and then hangs up on me. She didn't even care to call me back after hanging up, and I know she had my account information up because she confirmed my phone number when scheduling my appointment. I'm just overall disappointed in their customer service and wish I didn't have get my oil changes here. I will not be coming back after I've use all my complementary oil changes.
Had such an awesome experience, my wife's car broke down and we needed a new car fast. The salesman Sam was able to help us leave with a new vehicle that night, no hassle just great service.
I have been to Toyota twice and went to other car sales companies. But I finally chose this Toyota. Because the same model is cost-effective, I prefer it. I just hope that the future service of the car will be more thoughtful.

Crooks and that s the best word I can give them. Clearly anyone who has given them more than 1 star has a vested interest. The problem with a dealership like this is they get too big figure it doesn t matter their quality because someone else will come along behind you. One of the worst service departments in Houston.

Took my Avalon in for breaks. Came out with leak. This car was parked for a week prior. No leaks on the ground. Took the car for service. Now leak.
I think that we all made this purchase specifically to avoid.

This has become a very aggressive place to take my car. I had one service rep I liked but he's too busy and the other ones are very callous. I didn't feel safe here either. The place was packed. So many people inside were walking around inside without masks and nobody cared! I mentioned it to one of the cashiers and they made me look bad for reporting it. Very cold, aggressive personnel - much different from a few years ago.
Great place to buy a new or used car. Kathie Marsh was my salesperson and she was prompt with replies and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping for a car.

Hit a pothole and blew out a tire. Thought I would have to fork up money for new one. Edwin to see if a replacement was in stock. He looked up my previous tire purchase. He noticed the purchase date, saw road hazard 100% covered the replacement. He informed me of the procedures. Everything went smoothly. It was done a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience.
Sterling McCall Toyota s service department has always done a great job with our vehicles. They are trustworthy, dependable, and never pressure us to get something done until it is necessary. We have been going to them since 2000. We won t go to anyone else for our vehicles repairs or recommended services.
My family has purchased several vehicles over the years and the value and service has always been top notch.
I brought in my older Camry and George was my service guy. I just came in for an oil change and inspection but the techs found some future problems i can wait on and a leaky gasket why my oil was leaking. I explained another problem and the fuel pump was going out. George spent a long time talking to the warranty people who didn t want to cover anything. He convinced them my car needed it and then kept asking for a rental car until they gave in. He did a great job! I will be returning there for future work if any of my Toyota s need it.

Quick service, waiting area clean but very sparse, coffee machine was free, weekend service is awesome and unknown to me before! Staff was quick and efficient. Bless them for taking time on a Sunday morning to get my 15k service taken care of.
I took my Camry to Sterling McCall to have an oil change a few weeks ago because it's close to my office and they have an express oil change service.
The experience was more than disappointing. Although they have the express oil change it still took way more than an hour to get my car done.
When I get into my car, I was very very upset with what the mechanics did to my car. First, one of the mechanics turned on my radio and listened to a different radio station. Secondly, they reset both of my trip computer settings.
I thought listening to customer's car radio while working on their cars was a bad mechanic habit that only happened in the 80's and 90's. I was surprised that Sterling McCall has not taught their mechanics not to touch their customer's radio.
Also we use our trip computers for various reasons, They shouldn't reset the trip computers without asking first.
Bad services, bad mechanics training, bad experience. I will not bring my car back to Sterling McCall again.
I went here after I had a bad experience only a few minutes before at the BMW dealership down the street. When I went in, I was a little discouraged about getting a car, because where I had gone previously, they told me I should go to drive time.... WELL... Fabian helped me out, and I told him everything I was looking for, and we went from there... He let me Test drive a 2010 Mercedes C300, and I promise you I fell in love! And to make things better, He was honestly so nice, and told me jokes, and made me forget that I had a bad experience elsewhere. After everything was said and done, he got me to the financing department, where they approved me for the car that I wanted, which was more than the other car I looked at elsewhere, and they got me a great APR. When I left, I felt as if I were on Cloud 9, and It was all thanks to Fabian and the Financing guy (I forgot his name). If you need a car, go here! Fabian will get you into what you need!

Im the loyal customer for sterling maccall for 8 years it was pretty good, today I went to change oil and filter, it was so bad and I'm really disappointed, I went there with my maintenance light on when I got my car my tire light was on too and my service consultant Giorgis Andreakos didn't take care of it at all and he said I don't know.... and the lady in cashier was really impolite and rude . I'm really disappointed and sad.

Fast, courteous, and clean. The most comfortable waiting room of any dealership I have been in. Actual theatre seats with the TV going on the wall -- very comfy -- fall asleep if you want, the service advisor will wake you up (please don't snore, though, lol). Got to my 10:20 appointment on time, traffic line looked heavy, but this guy whose names I didn t get. Dude was all over it, keeping the line moving! He took me to George, who has all my recall paperwork ready. He knew exactly what was needed and called me to tell me my Corolla was ready early. It was a good experience...but better signage is needed on Club Creek entrance....but, I ll be back.

Slowest service you will ever recieve. I don't know why I still come here. The wait time is ridiculously long just to get your tires changed. They said it would only take an hour and I have been here almost 5 hours waiting on my car. While I wait at the door for my car you can see the employees not really care for getting your car out as quick as possible. Don't advertise something that yall not. Express service is not that express.

I have a great experience with Sterling McCall Toyota. Hugo Martinez has been great. I brought my Toyota tundra in 2014. Service has been great. I do have one issue my chrome rims are peeling. I complained several months ago as of now still waiting for answer. Despite this on going issue I just brought a 2018 Toyota sequoia.

Just moved to Houston, from San Antonio. Took my Tundra in for the 20k maintenance. Service was quick, employees friendly. No issues there.
My complaint is this: When I got my truck home, I noticed grease hand / palm prints on the drivers door, hood, grill and front fender. This is also the first Toyota Dealership and Service Center that did not offer to wash my vehicle after service..
I've had 3 Tundras and have received routine service in the following cities/state:

-Santa Maria, CA
-Dallas, TX
-Ann Arbor, MI
-San Antonio, TX
They all offered a car wash, or at least told me if was down and gave me a coupon for a later time...
