We felt very well and the service was very good. If we are back in Berlin this is our first address ...

Very central location. Outstanding service and very nice rooms. Food is very good as well as the wine list, the bar and the spa area.

This hotel scores with its great location! It has an ideal location to discover Berlin. The staff is very friendly and always helpful - even with the rush and rush. The rooms are clean, as is the spa area. The breakfast is varied. Every European should find something here for themselves. We used the evening entertainment with piano music (plus drums and vocals) and enjoyed the evening. The only point of criticism: Our long booked two rooms were prepared as a single room and the replenishment of towels and pillows probably took a long time on the enormous rush on the day of arrival. But even this mistake was solved professionally and with charm.
We'll be back!

A tasteful hotel, which also meets high standards.
A big praise goes to the very friendly, patient staff.
The room (superior) was to the yard and was therefore wonderfully quiet. The size of the room, as well as the bed are absolutely satisfactory.
The bathroom is equipped with everything you could need (even if you did not have your suitcase with you).
In the restaurant "Berliner Stuben" is taken in the friendliest way every need.
Conclusion: absolutely recommendable.
Specials: shuttle service and ticket for public transport included.

The location is very good and with the Berlin Travel Card you save the public transport fees for the ABC areas.
The hotel is a bit worn, the TV is out of date, the rooms don't seem particularly modern anymore, but everything is very clean. There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom from the drain.
The reception staff was friendly and courteous. The housekeepers (housekeepers not cleaning staff) could say hello (also in Berlin) when they meet guests in the hallway.
If it were a 4 star hotel I would give more stars, but for a 5 star it is missing to give more. In my opinion, something has to be invested there.

Value for money was great, nice big room with bathtub. Pool, sauna and a fitness room are included. Overall a good location. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff consistently friendly. The only drawback: The parking lot for 25 euros per day is a bit steep, but we could live with that.

Although I came from Berlin myself, I needed a hotel room at short notice for a few days, as there was no water damage in our house through no fault of our own. My choice fell on the Steigenberger. I do not regret it, on the contrary: very nice rooms, attentive staff (but not too stiff) and good accessibility.

Good service. Room ok Super breakfast buffet. The spa area is 500m2 but only has a sauna.

Because the price-performance ratio - including a ticket for local public transport and the location of this hotel category in Berlin - is almost unbeatable. In addition, I was reimbursed for the wrongly billed city taxes (because I was in Berlin on business) without any request.

Is in a great location. Neat clean rooms. The staff I have experienced as very friendly and helpful, it should again give five stars. You can get everywhere fast. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Very recommendable.

Great location! A nice and quiet part of Berlin. Still very close to the city centre and public transportation. The staff is very friendly and professional, the ammeneties excellent and rooms nice and clean. The air conditioning was a life saver with this heat!

The rooms were completely ok, the cleanliness in the room I did not find so intoxicating. The service is great. Fitness room was also quite good, 6 devices were available to me. The sauna was also quite good, pool a bit small and round ....

Room was okay, but noise insulation of the windows was poor, as the window to the street was out!
TV picture unsatisfactory, no HD and poor quality. In addition, the service in the restaurant and at the bar looks disorganized and the prices are too high .. therefore not recommended

We are very happy in this hotel so that we check in there every time, very nice and clean rooms, the entire staff very friendly and always with a smile on their faces.
Wishes and suggestions are fulfilled immediately. But the buffet is even better in the morning. Breakfast is delicious and rich is always freshly prepared and refilled or you can have something delicious prepared in the kitchen.
All in all, it is not cheap in terms of price-performance ratio, but if you prefer comfort you will find good accommodation there and you get something for your money

Even for comparatively little money, there is a good room with a good view. However, there are not enough seats in the rooms where you can usually have breakfast in the morning. And if you still want to eat breakfast or you have already booked the whole thing before, you have to point in a comparatively poorly equipped other room

Rooms were nice and clean. But hotel had no Internet connectivity for nearly my entire stay. And staff provided no alternatives or estimates for fixing it. I had to go to a nearby cafe to get some work done. Really disappointing. Don't stay here if you want Internet.

Can only say something to the breakfast buffet. There was a lot of choice available and delicious, but you can never eat so much, so the price justifies.

We have been there for 2 nights with the company ....
However, the room was not cleaned properly!
Hair in the sink,
Dust on all corners and edges,
Blood below the sink at the disguise direction ground .. etc ..
For that we paid so much, really sad!

A good hotel. Only one sauna, pretty small. Swimming pool is nice, you can also walk out to the inner garden. Concerning the comment of "Anon": naked people in sauna is very common in Western Europe, so I was not surprised.

Receptionists are cold in service. After asking to unlock the deposit box by phone (fault of the previous guest), the receptionist wouldn't come within an hour. After the second call, he explained he was too busy. However, they sent someone when I was in the bathroom, so I did not open the door. This was later incriminated to me as being inconsistent. (for whom do they work there actually?)

Never again. First, the booked room was replaced by another (bad location). The beds are not good and only two single beds pushed together.
At the breakfast eternal waiting, tables are not cleared for a very long time, the coffee I myself almost every day "worried".
The WiFi is terrible, constant crashes and when connected it is extremely slow.
Someone was very, very forgiving when these stars were distributed.
The hotel deserves no more than 3 stars!

I would call this a dated 4 star hotel. Fine location, but as a guest in the superior double room I can say I stayed in 3 stars hotels that are nicer. I know people cheat on ratings with 3 stars hotel but this is absolutely not a 5 star hotel.

Only the best memories about this hotel! We stayed there at January. Excellent rooms, new furniture, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, fresh smells, friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel situated in the center of the city, in quiet place, 2 min walk to restaurants, shops and farmacy. 10 min by bus to historical part of Berlin.
Highly recommend! I would give even 10*
