I had a great experience with Tufts Conference Bureau. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The conference facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. I highly recommend them!

It is zero star indeed. They gave me a room which smelled so bad I had headache all the night and in the morning. When I asked them to switch my room, they told me they will switch in a few hours but when I came back the staff were changed and when I asked for the key I was promised, they said they had no idea. After checking the the file on computer, they said they have put a fan in the room to fix the smell but the fan didn't help at all. I asked for a room change again but the supervisor told me they have no available room, which was a lie since a I could see a lot of rooms were available. They were so unprofessional and irresponsible. After seeing no hope, I asked to talk with the higher manager. After explaining again, the higher manager said either stay there and 'deal with the smell' or move to a room with no air conditioner and without cleaning! I moved but the room was so dirty. Dead bugs everywhere. Very disappointing. Will never stay here again.

I stayed here for my daughter's graduation because all of the hotels in the area were booked. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, professionalism, and sense of urgency that the staff possessed. There was a slight issue with a room mix-up, but the supervisor dealt with it in a timely manner. The dorm rooms were clean in fact, it was a nostalgic experience that made me feel like I was in college again! Definitely would recommend. I hope my son attends this wonderful school as well (we're crossing our fingers on his SAT scores...haha! just kidding)

While there were a few bumps along the way, overall everything was fantastic. The staff did everything in their power to make me feel valued and listened to.
