Nice place and good food.. Shopping area are in walking distance.. Hopefully can come and visit again next time.

We were there yesterday for a candelight diner.
Staff super nice, very attentive and very professional.
Had a 4 course menu, everything was great! We had nothing to complain about except our big bellies afterwards

We will definitely eat there again :)

Great hotel in a prime location, perfect service in all areas. Absolutely great breakfast! We recommend!

In the years 5 star class. The SPA would have expected more, a sauna and no water dispenser. You could buy water but the lady from the SPA reception was not always present. Staff friendly endeavors. Especially in Berlin there are better alternatives for the price.

I have stayed at the Steigenberger for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service and the hotel! The staff has always been nice and very accommodating. This time, however, I notice that even more attention is paid to the check-in. I have never been asked in a hotel whether I have a favorite room or prefer a bath or shower! Great!

A very nice hotel with a very good location and excellent service. The hotel has everything you would expect from the Steigenberger hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! We have already been able to move into our room at 10:30, which in my opinion is extremely timely! The breakfast was, as usual, just great! The rooms correspond to the usual standard, have perhaps a little bit getting old-but that is really complain at a high level.

We are currently guests at the Steigenberger. We will be guests here for a few days.
There are several things to complain about in our room.

- When showering, water flows onto the bathroom floor
- moldy joints in the bathroom
- the ceiling moldings come off in the bathroom
- dirty bathroom door
- torn bath towels
- stains on the sheets
- the room carpet is not really vacuumed clean
- the windows are ancient
- The reception at the reception was not particularly friendly
- Parking spaces in the hotel's own car park are very expensive (EUR 24 per day)

What I like:

- Big mirrors
- modern rooms (unfortunately with many small flaws which is a shame)
- great location not too loud either
- Park opposite the hotel
- bright, spacious entrance / reception area
- personal message from the hotel
- small fitness area
- really great breakfast
- the breakfast rooms are inviting
- Price-performance ratio very fair
- our dog is allowed around 25.- per day
- Very wonderful maids who do a great job and are very friendly

This morning we reported our deficiencies to the lady at the front desk and she was very friendly and accommodating.
I'm curious to see if something will improve in the next few days ... The deficiencies have all been corrected and now we are very satisfied. Thank you

We were often in 5 star hotels. For me this is more of a four-star hotel with some flaws that could be remedied.

I wanted to treat myself to something luxurious and was looking forward to the hotel, but unfortunately you pay only the name. I had booked a room with a large double bed, but the front desk was just like a mass processing only friendly, it was me once bedspread and pillows even though I booked for 2. The room was very small and the impression was more like a single room, everything the hotel offered, cost on site then but additionally, the bathroom was okay but in the joints was a bit dirt or mold, the room was dusty and some things were Chipped off the wood, so for a 5 star hotel I am more than disappointed. The breakfast was okay but the vegetables could have been fresher. I was just in front of a 4 * hotel and that has a lot better convinced than that. The spa is a lot smaller than advertised and the courtyard not really appealing. But all this is just my opinion, I am in hotels more often but again I will not book this hotel. Even when checking out one was only cleared, no "was everything to your satisfaction, did you feel well, etc.?" nothing ... For 5 * I am very disappointed.

BEDS DANGER !!! BED BUGS DANGER !!!! TRUTH: YOU SHOULD LOOK UNDER THE BEDMATCHES !!!!!!!! BEDDING (sucks blood in the night) you can carry in your suitcase home !!!! cleanliness is not capitalized !!!
We had to change rooms 3 times ... Room 609: horrible, horrible smell, dirty curtains, bathroom ventilation does not work, TV picture miserable, wifi does not work at all AND under the bed mattresses dirt, dust, hair and disgusting brownish crumbly bed bug! !! We reported that! Command came into the room! Change room 675: under the bed mattresses again dirt, paper towels, a lot of hair, black crumbs ... immediately a Zimmerweschel into the room 673. Although the hotel manager wrote a letter of apology, but still! It does not matter how many stars a hotel has, that you should at least be clean !!!!!!! Stegeinberger Hotel Berlin was the worst hotel in my life! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The hotel used to be the flagship of the Steigenberger Group, but it is now getting quite old. The bathrooms have different qualities, z.T. with tub (estimated from the 1980s) - other bathrooms have been upgraded with roll-in shower. Pleasant is the rich breakfast buffet (which was better in the past). Clear plus is the very friendly and competent staff. This can somewhat relativize the impression that the management is driving the hotel to wear. It has definitely seen better days.

The Steigenberger on Los-Angeles-Platz in Berlin is a very nice hotel. For breakfast you should take a lot of time, as the selection is so large. The Steigenberger has for me by far one of the best breakfast buffets.

Despite the corona-related restrictions, my team and I had an absolutely pleasant stay.

The on-site team is dynamic and incredibly accommodating. Great breakfast, nice service and good rooms.

When asked about the bad WiFi, we got a WiFi hotspot brought to our room within 5 (!) Minutes.

Many thanks to the entire Steigenberger team for the great stay! Really a pleasant work stay and that despite Corona and lockdown.

A place of rest in the lively city. At breakfast you sit a little tight.

Breakfast is awesome. There is nothing missing. When searching for the remote control, e.g. a speed under the mattress to the fore. And the Wi-Fi was miserable. Unfortunately not worth 5 stars. No idea if it was the cheap comparison booking through Secret Escapes. But at 5 star hotel I expect more. But still good for the reduced price.

Rightly a classified 5-star hotel in a central location in Berlin. For example, KaDeWe a few minutes walk. Very friendly staff. Tastefully furnished rooms with a view of a small park or the quiet inner courtyard. More

A breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, comfortable rooms and centrally located.

Elegant place. Has a small pool. And sauna. You can book appointments for spa massages. The bar is always open. Room service is prompt. It was a pleasurable experience.

Gorgeous, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. We did have an issue with booking though. Fairly certain we did include breakfast, only to find out we had to pay 25$ a head per day because we hadn't prebooked breakfast. Slight hitch that didn't make the experience any worse.

A good hotel with good service including stay tickets for transport and public transport

A wonderfully quiet hotel in the heart of Berlin. The staff is friendly the rooms are affordable and very nicely decorated. The private parking lot invites you to explore the city from here by public transport. The fabulous breakfast and the great spa complete the whole coherent.

Somehow the pep is missing here. The furnishings are not up-to-date and the public is rather old.

Hmm I was pleased with everything expect the water... I wish the hotel would provide some mineral water for free to the customers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a good and fresh selection! There is also a small but very quiet and pleasant spa area with sauna and relaxation bath. And also the location is ideal to experience different things such as. Zoo or shopping and restaurants are within reach. The only downside to the hotel are the prices for parking and the parking garage.

A very pleasant house in a prime location. Nice rooms, an excellent breakfast and a piano bar that invites you to visit. The information at the reception are unfortunately not very reliable. Beverage prices in the upper segment.

Everyone here is doing their best. It doesn't matter that the house is a bit older. Room absolutely ok. Breakfast Corona limited, but ok. Great location and parking space in the underground car park bookable. So what do you want more.

We never had the impression of being welcome in this house. Unfriendliness dominates towards the guests. Breakfast is very good.

My first visit to a Steigenberger, but certainly not my last. From the public areas, over the rooms, the spa area and the breakfast there was nothing to complain about. Very centrally located, so it is wonderful as a stay for shopping but also sightseeing. Nevertheless, we had quiet nights with the windows open. You can mention the beds, which were also very good.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Very nice and modern rooms. The rooms are very clean and tidy. We stayed in a deluxe room, which had a Nespresso machine, fridge and bottled water on the house. If you are looking for a hotel in Berlin, look no further.

We are currently at the Hotel Steigenberger in Berlin Los Angeles Platz. The hotel is quite nice, but the deluxe rooms are a bit small for the fact that it is a deluxe room. The breakfast for 25 euros is very clear. The breakfast offer is very small, but it costs 25 euros. The staff is very friendly.

Right in the center, very close to the zoo. Exceptional breakfast, clean and private rooms. Recommended for a visit to Berlin. They also rent bikes.

Nice hotel. The interior room decor is a bit dated but roomy for Europe and nice view of the park from my room... Excellent breakfast spread. Worth the extra money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel in this price range. Room tastefully decorated. There is even the possibility to make tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast buffet (hardly) leaves nothing to be desired. For me as a master butcher, the range of sausages was a bit small. But that's my personal feeling and no reason to complain, because the offer is otherwise very extensive and everyone will definitely find something to their taste. We also liked very much that a ticket for public transport was included and thanks to the good location of the hotel everything was easily accessible.
Of particular note, however, is the particularly friendly and courteous staff. Always oriented to the guest. We would love to come back again when visiting Berlin.
