Very good location and good hotel. The wellness area is partly not suitable for recreation. Loud guests mistake it for a "fun pool". Nobody rebukes them.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Berlin, probably the best I liked is the location, like most of Germany's hotels it is very clean, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is excellent.

Had a good stay at this Hotel. The room was super good and the service top notch. There are good parking facilities attached to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good but a bit pricey. Try if necessary. the local bakery just around the corner.

Speedy check-in and clean rooms. Wi-Fi is convoluted but has the benefit of working with hotspots throughout Berlin

Neat 5 star hotel. Near Kurfurstendam and within walking distance of metro and bus lines. Staff is incredibly correct and friendly. Breakfast is recommended.

Very good Hotel with standard rooms the size of living rooms.
We had a bedroom with a separate living room next to it, especially nice if you are staying in the hotel for a longer period of time to relax in a different setting instead of a bedroom.

An average upscale hotel. Expensive, disappointing dinner, great breakfast. Not very personal, but in a good location.

Well located! But parking was expensive. Better ignore beggars on the Ku'damm .... they are intrusive if you only 2 euros, waited in front of the shop for us and even ran behind ..... only nothing, because then smell the synonymous no business and do not give trouble.

Clean well-kept hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous.
Certainly the hotel was getting old so unfortunately it could not quite fulfill our expectations.
Significant deductions are available for the hefty price of breakfast.

Super Location ... and just the Berlin ticket for the whole stay is great ... breakfast a bit expensive, but also good (Schusterjung with Hackepeter ... ) ... only the race behind from the upper restaurant to the lower one was annoying (therefore a deduction) ... otherwise nice helpfull staff

We enjoyed our stay and we will come back one day, the concierge is very helpful, also they have a great breakfast buffet, we enjoyed a couple's massage and a wonderful dinner.

Can only give 4 stars here. There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Since when does the toilet seat remain open after cleaning? The bathrobes we received only after complaining. Shower gel was not filled up and a tube for two people is probably a little too. We also received new water bottles only after complaining. The lid of a water bottle was from the first day next to the bed in the console. He was still there when he left. The coffee machine worked only after multiple operation, which was probably due to total calcification. We doubt that we actually had the booked deluxe room. The bathroom is quite small and tight. The breakfast was ok, but also this was not the offer of a 5 star hotel. The service must be praised. Very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The location of the hotel is great! In a few minutes you are on the Kudamm. Super were the belonging to the stay public transport tickets. Taxi becomes superfluous. We'll be back in Berlin soon. We take a look at the offers of the other hotels.

Very hospitable staff, a comfortable and homely environment.

Did not stay here, was only at a business event. The entrance area is very impressive and timelessly beautiful. The conference rooms have beautiful high ceilings, a great but functional interior. During the lunch break we could enjoy the buffet. Nothing to complain about, great selection and quality!

Very nice and cozy hotel with ideal proximity to the Kudamm, etc.
The rooms are a good size and the room service that brought the bathrobes was extremely friendly, as was the reception and breakfast room staff.
The breakfast was very rich, so that there was something for every need.
The only point of criticism is to be found in the wellness area.
The showers all have strong mold, which you can smell when you walk in. There is also only one Finnish sauna, which is a bit bigger, but I would have expected a steam bath in the advertised spa area.
On the other hand, the early morning opening times were very pleasant.
Overall, a very pleasant stay that we will be happy to repeat.

Steigenberger light. The room was very nice but not so clean. Shower dripped and only after 3 times.
Breakfast standard with a wait to be careful that not others who came later were on it.
Pool was unfortunately closed with us. No discount. We were sent to another hotel but you want to go straight to the room and not with the bathrobe through the city
Concierge was good driving car in garage but too expensive 25 EUR.
Karstadt car park great 12 EUR per day.
Elevator a world trip to the room, which are not in the middle part.
Only in the middle of there from Slalom.
A pity but otherwise ok.

Wow-hotel with minor errors of care ... for example, aged beds and shower in the room, who is on TV will be disappointed by the 70s decade change, again expandable spa area, but extremely courteous staff in all areas, all in In all, one of the next stays in Steigenberger is planned

We were here for a day seminar. Great space, fabulous buffet for lunch and dinner. Meat, fish, vegetarian something for everyone! Appetizers, main courses and dessert a dream. Wonderful service and super nice staff. Many Thanks!!!

Great hotel, very high standard, clean and large room, great, rich breakfast buffet, on the central location you have to say no words, it could not be better and by subway you are in Berlin everywhere fast

A dream. We were allowed to enjoy our wedding day and were looked after absolutely lovingly. It was wonderful.

A bit dated hotel. Otherwise clean and very friendly staff.

Only drawback is the low corridors, anybody over 1.90m needs to pull in their head to not suffer bad injuries.

Everything was super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the staff very friendly and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Only the wellness area is visible that is the only thing you could change, but even that is complain at the highest level.

Attended a conference at Steigenberger Hotel Berlin. Conference rooms and catering were good, service staff very helpful

The rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable. Do not feel like 5 stars. But the breakfast is perfect

It was never going to get a hood rating...on Day 1 another couple who we did not know, was given a keycard to our room. Hotel apologised. On Day 2 our keycard did not work , a technical issue they said, but they had the dates of our stay wrong.

Breakfast buffet is great and you have a huge selection! Staff is absolutely friendly and endeavored to every guest. Was a very pleasant stay; Rooms are clean and modern.

A business hotel, but very well taken care of, professionalism and courtesy of the employees, and excellent quality of breakfast. To remark: we had a problem with the TV and at 09.30 at night it was solved by the technician in 3/5 minutes .... Formidable!

Nice large rooms that are modernly furnished. Partly walk-in shower and separate toilet. Nespresso coffee machines in every room with 4 free capsules. Breakfast is good, even if the Corona significantly less choice than before. Unfortunately, the spa area is closed due to the corona.

We were there for the first but hopefully not the last time!
I found the reception at the front desk to be very nice and pleasant. They stood by my side with all questions and explained everything very well.
The superior room on the 6th floor was as it should be ... clean, tidy and invites you to linger! We felt very much at home!
My husband and I slept very well in the bed.
The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. From hearty, such as bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs to sweet, such as cake, croissants and honey from the honeycomb, everything is included!
Unfortunately we didn't get the pleasure of drinking a cocktail in the piano lounge or eating in the restaurant because we were outside, but next time we definitely did!

Long story short, everything was perfect!

Get hotel in a good location. Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't do enough for us.

Nice staff, quality amenities, large rooms. Beds are actually so big that your feet do not hang out. The TV is a bit small and the minibar is not filled, that's a shame. Otherwise highly recommended

A very well centrally located hotel, without the slightest noise,
with a very nice view of Los Angeles Platz.
Many restaurants and shopping opportunities (including KDW) in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Safe Tifgarage for your best piece;))
Room service is very friendly, the rooms were very tidy.
Unfortunately, the reception is a bit sober, but you don't spend your hotel stay at the reception either.
Employees were very friendly, and when booking with a designated train / bus card, they had to be requested again separately.
Otherwise everything is okay. Would definitely come back again.
Oh yes, the kettle in the room with tea, chocolate and coffee bags was also very practical and great!

Pretty standard hotel, good location, no complaints

Easy to find, and nicely situated within a shopping area with lots to do. Room is lovely and the staff are super helpful. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Reception staff overwhelmed and it seemed to me that the certain training was missing, therefore queues on the day of arrival and departure!
