Cozy, functional, professional staff. Central position

To be a 5 star, a little old man but cleanliness and kindness at the top. Excellent breakfast and spa.

Internet does not work at this hotel, had to take away one star for it.

Great event location! Good food and pleasant premises. The only drawback was the coffee for 4.5 , which was not included in the buffet.

Location is great. Service is very mixed. It seems that business customers prefer to be served here. Exception is the service at breakfast! Everyone was very accommodating and polite.
The whole thing looks different in the piano bar. Even with a few (under 10 guests) the service was moderate. We were not asked at any of our 4 visits if we would like another drink. After we drove down the tip due to the lack of interest in us, we were almost completely ignored on the last evening. Too bad, since the quality of the drinks was very good and the ambience very nice. However, the waiters seemed to be blindfolded and only want to pay attention to isolated people.
Also a shame we found the check-in at the Chekout, also here there was no interest in how the guest liked it or a simple goodbye.

Badly well-kept room ... Cracks on the bed paneling and the edge of the mirror broken and one hour waiting for room at 16.00 available. Breakfast poor u.a. not enough glasses and butter machine always empty. The coronation ....... To reach the plates, we had to go through the food and under the heating. TIP: Place the plate outside !!! Conclusion: Steigenberger De Saxe Dresden again and again ..... 0 Steigenberger Berlin NIMMER

The location is great. The front desk staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit shabby and the doors to the rooms are very noisy for my taste. Otherwise okay.

A very tastefully renovated hotel. A quiet yet convenient location. It is unfortunate that the Wi-Fi was so unreliable.

Steigenberger "light". Pure luxury in many cities. In Berlin near Ku'damm, unfortunately, with details. No longer plays in the league of Waldorf-Astoria, Bristol & Co.

Not a 5 star hotel service, the only positive feedback I can give is central location and free transport.

I expected more from the condition of the rooms and from a 25, - breakfast per person more. It was poor

Proximity to the city is unbeatable, and the room surprisingly quiet. The breakfast could be better, a bit small for such a big house. Fruit unfortunately only from the tin and the scrambled eggs was getting used to.

I had a one night stay here and really enjoyed it. Comfortable bed, quiet, very helpful staff, and a good location for sightseeing with easy access to transit. I would stay here again. Wonderful shower.

We had to change rooms twice, right after arriving late in the evening because we were mistakenly sent to a single room twice. A double room was booked. Until about 1:00 in the morning we could hear the occupant of the room above us loud and clear. The windows do not close particularly noise-reducing. The cleaning team did not replace several things in the room the next day. We are not satisfied. Not the standard you expect in the prices. PS: This morning there was a nice find under the bed. : //

Pleasant business hotel, centrally located at the zoo. Have Corona rules implemented perfectly, a hotel to feel safe and comfortable.

Nice place but very understaffed when we went there. Couldn't use any of the services like spa and breakfast because they were too busy.

The hotel in the middle of old West Berlin not far from Ku'damm, Hollow Tooth (Memorial Church), Zoo etc.

The meeting rooms are not 100% soundproof. But the food is delicious!

I have stayed at the Steigenberger several times as part of a business trip to Berlin and can only recommend it. The service is great, the rooms are modern and you have everything you need.

Admittedly, the facade and the view (just out the back) are not quite as sparkling, but the central location makes up for it. The price-performance ratio is also impressive. Nothing wrong here.

Lovely Hotel Christmas Markets 5 minute walk. Only draw back Continental Breakfast 25 . Cheaper eating out.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, it was excellent. We got a room facing the small park under the hotel. A courteous staff, a sample hotel, clean rooms, excellent location in an environment that feel comfortable to walk at night. The hotel has a small gym, pool and sauna, and we received princess tickets for public transportation for the entire stay, included in the price. I would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

WiFi is free, but it only works to a limited extent. The mattresses have also seen their prime.

Friendly staff who explains all the extras and bonuses. Room was comfy, clean and well kept. Breakfast was overwhelming with choice and the staff there was kind and helpful. The hotel is very well situated in a very quiet area yet close to Tiergarten and major transportation.

Last Saturday due to a theater visit to the Schillertheater in Berlin. This time we checked in at the Steigenberger Hotel. In advance had some e-mail communication with the here and the answers always came back quickly. One night in a double room including breakfast and parking for 190.00. The hotel was accommodating here, but more on that later. The check-in went so far, unfortunately we got wrong information here at the reception. He shouldn't have said anything here if he didn't know better. In the evening we wanted to go to the Schiller Theater in Bismarckstrasse. Unfortunately we sent him to the old point where it used to be. The room made me feel confident. The first impression was good. The size of the bathroom was also perfectly fine. There was also the obligatory shower gel etc. Minibar available with beer, water, chocolate. However, as usual, very expensive at 4.50 for a bottle of beer. The bed was very comfortable, however, a small shortcoming was found here. One bedspread had a big stain. Wasn't that nice. Otherwise everything was fine! The TV didn't have a particularly good picture, though ?! But we didn't care well, we weren't here for that. Later found the theater via detours and viewed "from now". I slept wonderfully. So bed was good. The next morning I was looking forward to breakfast. There was something for everyone here. At the table we were asked for coffee or tea. I took a nice mountain herbal tea. The selection was plentiful so everyone could find something. Various danishes, lots of juices, honey, jam, Nutella. Mountain cheese, some sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, eggs with different cooking times, various rolls and breads, croissants. Only the selection of sausage and cheese could have been a little bigger. Staff was fine. When checking out noticed that we were not in the hotel parking lot. Thought that the underground car park was part of Los Angeles Square. After all, my reservation for the parking lot was not calculated. Despite the little things, we were satisfied. Earned 4/5 stars. Next time maybe five stars. We had room 446.

Very good hotel, when I think of it, the last time I stayed in Berlin, for the same money, there were worlds. For me the room was clean, the staff friendly and otherwise I was very satisfied.

It is a Hotel of quite quality, great rooms. It has a very nice spa and pool.
The breakfast buffet is well worth it. There is always some offer to get room at a good price. Very well located In the western part, one of the two centers that the city has.

Here it is great, the staff very courteous and helpful. The rooms to the courtyard great for the night. Prices in the bar are pretty expensive, but that's Berlin

Great service, delicious food, excellent wines and cocktails, beautiful rooms, perfect personal care and massage. I would like to come again.

Very good hotel, located near the means of transport

It was a very relaxing stay there. I lived on the 4th floor and had a good view of Los Angeles Park. The spa and wellness area was nice and big. Furthermore, it should be mentioned that both the service in the spa area and in all other areas was excellent. Would recommend it to anyone who seeks a central abode of reassurance, in the middle of Berlin.

It was a great place full of friendly and helpful people from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms were clean...kettle for hot drinks and water was provided. Very comfortable beds too. Everything was easy to operate and the room was a good size. We went to the bar for two nights. Great staff, met some great people and had a jolly good laugh over a few drinks that were very reasonably priced. Its central and you can get everywhere easily! If you love shopping this is the place for you!! Enjoy....we had a great time! Oh yeah and great restaurants in the surrounding area with a range of cuisines on offer. Our most favourite wa a Vietnamese restaurant called Cao Cao. You must eat there. The food is to die for!! Deliciou!!!

Good central location, easy to reach public transport. Great and rich breakfast. The buffet was constantly replenished. Rooms were ok in size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, not ideal with a dog as there is no green space nearby (Los-Angeles-Platz closed to dogs)

Unfortunately, the room was not what I think would be appropriate for a 5 star hotel. We had a superior room. The curtains were torn and the walls scratched, the shower was dirty and calcified, the inside of the bathroom door chipped and dirty.

Rooms were a lot bigger than I expected, very friendly staff, free travel cards for most of Berlin public transport. Roomservice always came and made the beds ready in the evening, sorted the rooms in the morning, and the breakfast was also surprisingly decent. Great location too very close to all the major places while being in a quiet area without the stress of traffic. Would stay again in my next visit.

The building is quite old, the room smelled bad in the beginning, we left windows for half an hour in the winter, the breakfast was like a cheap bakery!
The best thing is to close this hotel and ruin the reputation of Steigennereger!

All around okay, but not worth 5 stars. The rooms are small and getting on in years. The location of the hotel is very good.

The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and competent and the room was clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Value for money was completely okay, you got a ticket for bus and train for the length of your stay, and you had a bottle of water 0.5l free of charge per person in the room every day. The next time I stay in Berlin I will come back here.

Great hotel - with everything your heart desires. Great service - highly recommended.

Location very good. Staff partly very courteous and nice. Outside, definitely getting old. Room definitely not 5 star level. Climate was loud, was fixed, drain in the shower very bad and upgrade to deluxe room not respected. Breakfast delicious but no top level, 3 different sausage options, not even a salami. Recommendation only if the price is under 100 per room per night.

A star deduction because it doesn't make the most neat impression from the outside. Otherwise highly recommended.

There are many restaurants right by the hotel. The location is good, as in a few minutes walk bus stops and subways are reached. The rooms are more than good and the breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. In addition, the staff is very nice and funny.
