Everything is great here but the pool was out of order for a few days. An option was to use the pool of a nearby hotel but I would not cross Breitscheidplatz in my poolrobe to get there. Breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are very confortable. Wifi is ok.

We were at the hotel from 7 to 10 November. Everything perfect! Special thanks for the dedicated lady from the front desk. We look forward to the next visit to Berlin. The hotel is already fixed.
Really an underwhelming experience!
The queen bed turned out to be a twin bed and they said"that's standard, we can give you a topper though" - sorry, that's not the same! The AC is not very fast, and internet very slow. Furthermore they don't have enough people at the reception and thus there are always queues at rush hour... Can use better planning. Not the same quality as other Steigenberger hotels I've been to, so rather disappointing for the price.
Classic hotel bar with a good selection of drinks and very good cocktails. There is also live music on the weekend evenings. The service could sometimes be a bit more attentive, but the service is always friendly and competent in advice.
Hotel staff very friendly,room clean and tidy, spa consist of a round pool and one sauna but again clean and very relaxing, all in all happy, room was quite noise at night appriate in capital but certainly a city that never sleeps

Good hotel but has fitness room with no weights only 2 running machines and 2 cross trainers. Good breakfast i got the omellete freashly made along with the pancakes.
Was very disappointed with the hotel, small selection at breakfast and always the same offer. After 5 days you don't want to see it anymore. Booked a room with a bath and there was only a shower. On the website advertising with Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the rooms. But these are probably only available in the suites. Completely empty fridge, although glasses for the minibar were available. I've never experienced that before. Room service only moderate, no refill of shower gel etc. On the table was the warm welcome letter from the "previous tenant". It makes you feel quite secondary ... Spa area is open until 10 p.m. and the sauna was off at 9:30 p.m. and dark. I will no longer book here!
Very nice, very centrally located near Ku'damm, Zoo, Memorial Church and Europacenter. Has everything you need for a relaxed Berlin stay.
The hotel is really beautiful. Breakfast, sauna and pool are great. The staff are all very friendly and help with any questions. The bar with their cocktails is highly recommended.
Good big chain hotel. Everything that you'd expect from one. Friendly staff, good breakfast, although a little crowded at times. Rooms are just right and clean.
Central location and good food allow 2 points! Otherwise the hotel does not live up to its 5 stars! The ambience is more musty than modern. Air conditioning rattled in the booked room. When checking out, an "Early Check In" flat rate of just under 20 euros was added to the invoice, which was not pointed out when checking in!
The hotel staff was discreetly unfriendly when we spoke to the complaint and almost seemed personally offended.
I don't recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel close to kurfursterdamm. Friendly staff. Nespresso coffeemacer in room was nice. Easy to travel around Berlin. Public transportation ticet includen to price.
A bit old in some places. There is a (1) star (*) deduction for this.
Otherwise an all-round pleasant visit to Steigenberger. The room service is very friendly and helpful. Even a charging cable for a colleague's smartphone was delivered to the room with a smile.
As a guest you feel comfortable and enjoy the nice atmosphere.

The location is great. You can easily reach everything in the city center without your own car.
The lobby meets my taste, and you can feel comfortable when you enter the house.
What is wrong is that you have to move into three different rooms within 2 nights.
Room one cleaned very superficially, hair in bed, dirty refrigerator, coffee stains on the door, curtains full of grease. In room two it turned out that the toilet was broken. Not so funny things came up from the bidet when washing up, and half the bathroom was under water when showering. By and large, none of this contributed to the relaxation we had hoped for on our short trip. What a shame.
All employees were very friendly and deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, in my eyes, the house is not seen objectively.
It's a wonderful hotel and me and my dad enjoyed our stay here.
The location is great, in terms of eating out, and travelling and sightseeing.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially in the case of the room key cards needing replacement .
The rooms are absolutely clean and well furnished with excellent amenities.
When we return to Berlin, will definitely stay here again, it's worth it.
Nice hotel, big rooms, small bathrooms. Gorgeous breakfast, a lot of choices! Location as good as any other in Berlin, depending on where you should go from the hotel, but there are a lot restaurants and shops around and good bus connection. WiFi is THE DISASTER, my only objection!!!!
Today we were in the Steigenberger all day. Not only the rooms and the service are perfect, but also the event rooms with staff and technology are a lonely top! Thank you! we will be back!
Remains the best hotel in Berlin for us. For BL games, we like to check in there. Located centrally, topp attentive service, great room, recommended all round

Very nice hotel in a good location. Upscale and has all amenities you'd expect. It's not modern in style but hold up well to classic without being kitsch. Have a really nice bar for a drink before bed and you are just minutes away from shopping and activities
Good service and very nice rooms. The rooms' access cards are weak and it's not hard to get them demagnetized more than once...

Nice, clean hotel with excellent service. The room is quite spacious, everything is clean and well presented. Hair dryer is available. Beds are comfortable and clean and room service is reliable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh and good food. We also found the location in order to explore Berlin. Even if it is not so easy to find when you first arrive. We will be back.

Breakfast great! Really tasty! Super located hotel Str / U / S-Bahn shopping possibilities everything in max 10 minutes Nevertheless we got a room where I personally would have expected more for such a hotel! For example there were ugly water stains on the walls. The ventilation should be "roughly" cleaned at least every 3 months. The doors in the bathroom quit when opening or closing (door to the bathroom and the glass door in the shower / bath area.
Staff and performance still great! 4 stars because I suspect that not all rooms will be handed over to the guests in such a condition.

The service is good. The room was very small, not really clean, mold in the shower, cobwebs in the corners! Not a 5 star standard.
Room was great, breakfast was awesome - but the wellness area looked a little unloving and the staff was partly listless and not very friendly (the younger employees were very nice!)

Came with a friend to drink coffee, tea. The waitress didn t come for a long time, then she mixed up the order, didn t bring the napkins, forgot to give sugar and lemon.

Room was not cleaned up when I returned to hotel around 7:30pm really tired and wanted to just get rest. Had to call 3 times for room cleaning services and waited for over 45 minutes before a staff showed up with just a mopping towel. No replacement for any consumables.
