A high-class hotel with a spa that includes an excellent sauna and a cute little pool. They also give a free ticket to public transport in Berlin and their price is really good and their location is convenient

The good overall impression is clouded by partially insufficient Wi-Fi.

Water damage in the room at 22 o'clock, first time when entering the bathroom put down lt. Reception this happens more often! Rooms changed. No Wi-Fi possible or VERY very bad Wi-Fi strength. Neat rooms - older equipment, upgrade not possible. Get free drink. Clean, room service very friendly and tidy. So shine and glory is already dead.

Very good kitchen, catastrophic service, but much too expensive.

Comfort and elegance at its best. Great and delicious food, very courteous and hospitable waitersnd waitresses.

Pool is more like a big jacuzzi. 70s like Hotel, for those who like the vintage style even though the rooms were redecorated. OK but you can find better in Berlin

Not a 5 star standard. Staff was nice. Breakfast quite good. Rooms are getting old, furnishings are also old. The bathroom door could not be closed because the bolt was broken. But it was clean.

The best location in Berlin. Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms. Stuff eagers to help. Breakfast is superb.

A "classy" hotel, which unfortunately is getting on in years. The bathroom should be touched up. Nonetheless, the staff is incredibly nice.

Loved the hotel, didn't want to leave! Staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel rooms were kept clean and well maintained, good sized rooms, bathrooms were lightly smaller than the pics but still clean. Pool was roughly 3ft, very amazing though... have a spa and sauna, massages are roughly between 40- 120, pools open from 9am-10pm, sauna is open from 1pm-10pm. Would definitely stay here again!

The Steigenberger Hotel works conscientiously in order to fulfill the wishes of its customers to their complete satisfaction. The breakfast service is relaxed and gives an excellent start to the day. Even at events, the service does not lag behind other hotels.
The fast connection to the U1, as well as the zoological garden make the hotel interesting for everyone who wants to use the stay in Berlin to get to know the city better.

I was there on a weekend because I also had a seminar at the hotel.

Breakfast is suitable for everyone and vegans can also get their spread on request. The highlight at breakfast is the honeycomb. I was very amazed.

My room was very nice and quiet. The room service is great, the sauna and the rest of the spa area is very clean and quiet. Perfect for the current cold days.

As a vegan, I can say that you have responded to all of my wishes and have not conjured up any 0815 dishes in the 3-course menu. I go out to eat a lot and otherwise it stays in "non-vegan" restaurants with french fries or potatoes. Not here. Absolutely upper class, thought the other 2 vegans too. (We were 15 people).

Service was great, especially the front desk was very friendly. Interior like carpets partly old, plus breakfast and SPA.

The Steigenberger hotel has convinced me very much. The rooms were very clean and the Wi-Fi was stable (!)
The 5 stars definitely deserve it.

Is a nice but older hotel. For example, you may not use keycards directly on your mobile phone. Free Wi-Fi is very slow - Modern hotels with fewer stars have much better Wi-Fi.

Good service, breakfast is not included in the price but is worth it if you want to buy it separately. Rooms are clean as well as good beds.

From outside and in reception the hotel looks luxury but as i saw the corridors and the room I have Changed my opinion. the hotel needs to be renovated so the building is old enough also the air conditioner didn't work well . the room service was good.

More appearance than being. The hotel only attracts guests - like me - by its name. In the room stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and fittings poorly cleaned. Coffee cups in the room were not rinsed thoroughly. The so-called "smoking lounge" is reminiscent of a smoking room earlier in the hospital. Smells bad. There is no emptying of the ashtrays, nor is there any clearing away of used glasses. There is no waste bin there. In addition, the "lounge" is visible from the outside, so to speak, you sit as a smoker on the presentation plate. Only the central location is a plus. I will definitely not be a guest in this hotel anymore.

The hotel and the room are quite good for the price, you shouldn't expect a 5 * S standard. However, the blonde boss at the front desk was very unfriendly and we had the impression that she was the same with our colleagues.

The location is ideal, very quiet but still right in the middle.

Modern furnished hotel with impeccably furnished rooms and a rich breakfast. Excellent location, in the middle of the center of Berlin. Too bad that the fitness and sauna are only open to a limited extent. The emphasis in this hotel is environmental awareness. The meaning of this escapes me: in the elevator this photo stares at me:

Nice hotel in the middle of the action of Berlin. The restaurant is well appointed and offers something for everyone from simple to budget. Staff super friendly, also allows the more complex menu meals exchanges! Was a very good first impression!

booked from friday to sunday with extras. Check in with a Mrs. T., very unfriendly and impersonal, booked extras you got only on constant demand (was embarrassing) or not, change of the room, since the window was wide open and the whole room smelled of cigarette. (Non-smoking room) Deluxe room very small, breakfast bad with dry bread (freshly cut) rolls and Schut sausage, we had an appointment in the evening and needed iron for shirt. 5 times called, iron did not come within an hour. Then I had to go without it. For this price a joke. Never again. There are so many other hotels in this location.

We were 3 couples traveling together. When we arrived it went fine. But our room wasn't quite ready. Which was fine so we could go for a walk. When we came back they had messed around in our rooms so we had to spend time finding out where we were going to sleep. The room was not as I had expected there were scratches on the wall water damage on the toilet and it was just not nice. Now we have been on the rocks by Kanzler county. And it's much better I had thought you had a standard that you should live up to. The next time the trip goes to Berlin, it will be on the rocky mountain by Kanzler county. Breakfast was not the best. They didn't really clean our table.

Breakfast is very good. Reception should be better staffed at peak times to reduce waiting times. Unusual program order on TV. Very bad picture quality over several days. All functions (eg sleep timer) are locked in the TV. Screen too small and not swiveling. Unpleasant chemical smell in the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

8 nights we spent with 4000 Euro to the IfA no Pappenstiel- room check in from 15:00 o'clock - 1. Room smelled of cold smoke - and musty, unfortunately no change possible therefore I had to spend the night there! 2. Surprise a ragged bath, incomprehensible - shower broken - only with the help adjustable, complaint was reported to me, it would be repaired - ask here my predecessor has probably reported but ... room change was the next day, better badly worn - for the price you expect something different Hotel did not deserve the stars! Rip off in my view! No discount on checkout- why also - the breakfast was positive enough and delicious! Too bad you did not renew the withered flowers! You probably do not need it!
