Staybridge Suite - Oklahoma City Airport Review

This is my second stay at this hotel. First time was 3 weeks, this time almost 4. The rooms are nicely decorated and well maintained. I don't eat the breakfast, so o can't comment on that, but the room is nicely equipped with a mini stove and cookware. The outdoor area is nice, with a comfortable fire pit and ball court. Probably the best part is the people. Everybody that works here is incredibly nice.

If I have to criticize anything it would be the internet. It's fast enough for webpages, but too slow to stream. It could just be my room though.

This place is highly recommended and I will be staying here again.

We had a great time here. While the hot tub wasn't active and the pool area wasn't the greatest, it was enough to keep the kids happy. The real treat was the room, which was nicely cleaned and had good amenities for the price. Would stay again.

There is Free breakfast, Free WiFi, free parking , bar, pool and is easily accessible. Located near the airport. Great service .great location. Easy easy easy! , Access to nearby restaurants and the highway. And over all reasonably priced for what you are getting. As of this review they hold a((( (4.2) ))) rating.

Staff are friendly but hotel needs a refresh. Furniture is worn, the vent above the microwave had broken off, the button to call the elevator broke the first day I was here, and the TVs are old and fairly small. Suites are not large but they are pretty comfortable. Lobby areas are quite nice.

I love this hotel in OKC! Would have issues 5 stars but they screwed up and rented the room I originally reserved and tried to put us in a queen studio versus the king suite I had reserved. When she explained that 2 high school wrestling teams arrived and took our rooms, I was rather upset but things happen. She then put us in what was told a queen studio but ended up being a handicapped king suite anyway. The pool and spa were also down because of said teams.
Always clean, always friendly, breakfast is awesome! I love the make it yourself waffles and great coffee for a hotel!
Other than these hiccups, it's a great place for your money!

I rented the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite for my daughter and her friends for her birthday 2 weeks ago. The front desk staff named Jasmine was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and personable. She put us on the top floor because it didn t have hardly any other guests and she figured several 13 year olds would be up late and giggling. She was definitely right about that. I liked the lighting and having my own bedroom and bathroom to myself. We liked it so much that we are staying again tomorrow. I was able to confirm my stay over the phone with Miss Jasmine today and she remembered me and thanked me for wanting to come stay and let me know she would be working when we checked in. That girl is a treasure and needs a raise or something. Don t lose her! She is a wonderful asset to the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel after a 10 hour drive. The hotel has a nice interior, but the experience is very different. The room smelled like stale and fresh smoke. The sink was full of hair (no time for it to be ours). It was freezing in the room, as the AC was on 60 to "recycle" the smoke smell. The customer service lady offered a 15% discount or a new room, not a very good offer. The AC sounded like a jet engine and forget about the heater. It was a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Better than a hotel. My icemaker doesn't work, but the fromt desk provides.

For the first three days of my stay there were problems with my room card programming. I was a good sport for the first two, even going up and down from room to front desk to have my card reprogrammed numerous times until they had to have maintenance let me in. On the third day I waited outside of my room for thirty minutes until maintenance could let me in. I get back home and find that my hotel receipt is incorrect. They didn't charge me for the last day. On my own dime this would be great, however, being that I was there on business I have to show correct hotel charges or I will not receive per diem. I called to have this corrected and was informed there was nothing they can do. The hotel itself isn't bad. The free beer and food is nice. The management is inept.

Everything was clean and everyone was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. And we will be staying there again the next time we are in OKC.

This place is really nice I visited my sister when she came to town to visit and was an amazing place.

Excellent pool, hot tub, gym, basketball court, and cook out area.

Our apartment burned down a month ago and we basically have had to live here. Price better than most because there is a kitchen. Everytime we have had to ask for something the people at the front desk has a wonderful excuse everytime saying there the only ones there and that they can't move. They are rude everytime we ask them for anything. The bald tall guy has been the worst. When I tried talking to him he just got more defensive and extremely unprofessional. I honestly cannot wait to get out of here but we are in a tight spot right now. The internet never has service and is worse than AOL. The floor has stains and is dirty. They did move us to a better room after our first rooms ac went out. Hardly anything works and they make you feel uncomfortable asking for anything. It's not an ideal short term home so need my advice! Corporate needs to fix the trees that fell down and are laying in the courtyard as well because they are dangerous! They have been there for several days. Plus they need to put more people on the clock to run this place. One person cannot run a hotel.

Room is clean, could use some upgrades, but otherwise nice. Social happy hour is nice, free drinks and food. Convenient location.

On a recent stay, I was needing some extra linens and things for my room. Juan was so friendly and helpful for me and my family in getting the items we needed efficiently and was such a delight. Thank you!

Great breakfast and dinner, kind staff, there was some miscommunication with the staff when I first arrived however. My flight got in really late and everyone else from the company was already in bed. The day crew did not explain how the hotel rooms with my company worked. So was a long process to get my room. Other than that it was a nice stay.
