For the first three days of my stay there were problems with my room card programming. I was a good sport for the first two, even going up and down from room to front desk to have my card reprogrammed numerous times until they had to have maintenance let me in. On the third day I waited outside of my room for thirty minutes until maintenance could let me in. I get back home and find that my hotel receipt is incorrect. They didn't charge me for the last day. On my own dime this would be great, however, being that I was there on business I have to show correct hotel charges or I will not receive per diem. I called to have this corrected and was informed there was nothing they can do. The hotel itself isn't bad. The free beer and food is nice. The management is inept.
