Welcoming lobby, friendly manager (Garrett). I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the room. Spent the first hour changing the bed linen and cleaning the bathrooms

We stayed in the a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday. It was so nice and very affordable. It had one king bedroom and one bedroom with 2 full beds that way I could let the kids enjoy and I could relax. The only children side was the hot tub was broken

There were 10 unsupervised children going crazy on the 4th floor.
I tried myself to find A (that's right) A parent. None to be found.

As a last resort, I called the front desk. I MUST give credit where credit is due. It STOPPED instantly and we got some sleep.

What does this say about parents? Wow, it's actually kind of dangerous to let pre-teens run a muck. Does the motel charge for that many people in one room? Is there an Adult Present requirement? Like I said KUDOS! Management fixed the problem immediately!

No elevator working, pool not working. If we had of known this, could have stayed elsewhere.

Reserved room online, when checked in was given a handi-cap room. Requested to switch, then they tried to charge me $20 more. Had the young lady to get the manager, finally straightened out. Never again. Going back to my Embassy Suites. They're worth the price

Hopefully, when you stay, you will be able to work with Chris. If he is not there, you might check to see if he is available or when he will be available, or if you have any concerns, if they are able to wait, then you might want to wait, until Chris is on duty. He is not hard to miss, he is the only male host there, besides the general manager, being there. I recommend him cause he awesome, if at anytime you have any concerns, about anything, he does his best to make sure, that those concerns are addressed. Not to say that the rest of the staff don't, either, they do, but working with Chris makes things such a breeze. He's fun to work with and he don't give any push back, like what you get when you go to some retail stores. If their is something, that he is not, actually, able to help you out with, he either finds an alternative, or if their is, actually, nothing that can be done about the concern/situation at least he tells you in the most polite way. Without being ride about it.
I give four stars for the service, but five, just cause Chris is there. I've only had one mistake, since being there, and that was minor, I wanted two nights, and actually only got booked for one, but like I said I do appreciate the service, cause I had a special rate, so that rate should've been for the two nights, but since it was only one, night that was booked, that's all I got it for, but the manager honored it. So for that I'm grateful.
I had a special rate, because the pool was broken, so Chris suggested trying one of the sibling company pools, it was no good either, but Chris gave a special rate discount, for the inconvenience(s), of the pool(s).

1st floor location on West side of hotel is quiet and parking is just steps away. The paved biking/walking trail is 500 feet from our door. Basketball court, patio with guest accessible grill and indoor pool provides family activities at no additional cost. The breakfast options are excellent and tasty, especially the waffles you make yourself. Social hours on weeknights makes this hotel a much better value. Burgers, taco nights, salads, quesadillas and fajitas are favs. Responsive staff including a tv repairman makes our clean comfortable 2 bedroom suite a great fun HQ for the week.

This hotel needs a serious remodel. The stay here was fine, never had issues with the front desk worker. I did have room service skip my room a few times. Rooms are in desperate need for repairs, had window leak and carpet trips. Overall stay was ok.

Old but decent but needs many more upgrades. Needs new carpet for sure.

I love stay bridge! I stay in the 2 bedroom suite at least 3 times a year. The staff are friendly and it has a decent breakfast.

Very good faciltiy, spacious rooms, nice staff, good amenities, breakfast is awesome and even three days dinner. Enjoyed a lot with my stay. I have been there for 3 times and all the times it was a nice experience. Good swiming pool and gim. Even nice location nearby lots of stores and restaurants. Even the Quail Spring mall is near by and other stores like Best Buy, one dollar tree, Target mall, Wallmart etc.

Overall good location and great trip to be there and to stay a long till 6 weeks.

Nice place. Pet Friendly. Quite place. Good for the money. Breakfast a little on the lite side. But I don't stay at hotels for the breakfast. Would stay again.

Very bad front desk. The lady at the front was very rude and canceled our stay for the next night!

Best hotel in area and there are tons of them by the airport. Friendly staff. Good food. My only complaint is lack of cleaning the light and changing bulbs in the common area. Dust bunnies are pure evil.

Have stayed multiple times. The rooms are big and offer small desk, couches and control of the a/c. The TV sucks with most channels unavailable and only one HBO channel, also no guide is available. Rooms have a two burner electric stove, microwave, and full size refrigerator. They also have cooking utensils, table settings, large container for refreshments. They offer "socials" Monday - Wednesday with food and free beer!!! Breakfast are the "usual" fare. Decent fitness room, pool and jacuzzi. Awesome back patio area with gas grill and a fire pit. Up against the river with hike & bike trails. Downside is the shower water pressure!!

Room was great for what I needed it for. The trash in the kitchen hadn't been taken out from the previous guest and the kitchen counters weren't cleaned off. But the hospitality crew was super nice

Great place, super beds and clean rooms. Add the fantastic evening reception and breakfasts are amazing. Stayed 3 nights and didn't receive room service the entire time. I asked the 2nfd day if they have room service and the girl said yes and I told her no one made the beds etc but it didn't happened the next day either.

Great hotel with kitchenette and free breakfast. Conveniently located near the MMAC for FAA work and training and on the river trail for easy after work exercise. They are undergoing a bit of construction on the breakfast area currently, but service is still available in a conference room.

I was double charged for my room I paid for in advance on Priceline. Then i was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to return the money they shouldn't have charged in the first place. I have stayed here before and had issues but I thought I'd give them another chance but after this I will not be staying at staybridge suites again.

We only stayed one night but found the suite comfortable, although I found the bed to be a little too firm for me

After booking hotel via phone, I arrived to find 5 people in front of me who were sitting around with all of their bags. I asked how long they had been there. 45 minutes. Come to find out, the personnel at hotel had overbooked it and even though they were told they had a room, none of them did. Even as I type this, they have been sitting there for 1.5 hours.

How would I know this? Well, checkin took at least 15 minutes once I was at front desk. Strongly due to very incompetent personnel at front desk who do not know what they are doing.

When I was finally given a key, I went to my hotel room, only to find out the key did not work. Went back down. Front desk gave me another key. Tried again. Still didn t work. Went back down. Then I went with the front desk personnel to my dirt (3rd time) and he could not get it to work. He also tried to manually open it with a hard key. After going through at least 20 keys on a keychain only a dungeon undertaker would wear, he found out none of his keys worked and he did not have the right key. I heard someone pass by on my way back to front desk that the keys don t even work here half the time .

So, alas, I am now in the lobby with the 5 poor gentlemen who have been here longer than I have, awaiting for the room I booked. I still do not know if I will get one at this point as the two people at the front desk had made no promises. It had now been 1.5 hours since I ve first arrived.

One promise I can make though: I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will never see Staybridge Suites the same way again. It is obvious this place

It is very obvious that key things about this hotel are inadequate. Poor management, untrained people, poor equipment operation over things as important as keys, and probably a lot more. I can t tell what the more is yet. I still cannot even get into my room.

Staybridge are usually nice hotels but this one is due for some updates. The carpet was coming up in the room, the couch looks like it has more than a few miles on it. When I showered i was standing in 3 inches of water because it wouldn't drain, the shower pressure is lacking, and when I first walked in the room and picked up the remote the battery cover fell off because the clip is broken. The bed is OK but I would rate it lower than normal just based on the quality of everything else.

Stayed 9-11-2015 the evening desk clerk was the best , check in was a breeze. Room was great

The Staybridge Suites was a nice place to stay. It was about four blocks south of I-40 which made most of the city accessible with a short drive. The place has pet friendly rooms and complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable.

We are huge IHG fans and Staybridge is our favorite chain when traveling with kids... however, if i wanted a dirty room with dog pee on bed skirts and the carpet, I would have booked a motel 6 for half the price. The website said nothing of the pool being closed and no breakfast served. A heads up on that would have been nice. We would have booked the holiday Inn next door, as the front desk was nice enough to tell us their pool was open. Worst experience for a Dtaybrifge ever. Front desk offered no help with our concerns on the lack of cleanliness of our room. They just told us to contact corporate. Pictures and videos of the state of our room will be sent to corporate as well as a request for either a partial refund or bonus points as we clearly over paid for what we received. Will not stay at this hotel again.

My stay was unsatisfactory. Filthy everything was filthy. Missing necessities in the room like soap, washcloths, and hangers.
It was terrible that I had to end my trip early and catch an early flight. I received a refund but fir only 1 night s stay. I could elaborate more but it sickens me to even think about it.

Very impressed with the room there!! Everything about it. The rooms are very large, and its like your home the min you go in the rooms. Would for sure recommend!!!! 100%

GROSS! I am currently staying in the suites and ewww. The shower curtain is moldy.the towels are brown when they are supposed to be white. The only reason I am giving this place a one star is because of the kind man at the front desk.

It is so hard to choose from since there are so many new hotels in this area. This one is Great. Lots of rooms. It is close to a river walk way. Staff was good. Rooms are clean. Beds sleep very good.

Very nice, provided breakfast and dinner every day I was there. You will find better food but not closer than down the hall.

It was fine. Not my favorite but OK. Room was nice. Ned linens were rough and uncomfortable. Toilet ran every 30 seconds the first night amd we got no sleep but they fixed it quicky I'm the morning. Very friendly staff. Nothing horribly wrong. Just didn't love it.

Stay here all the time. Quiet, safe, nice folks, and really close to a bunch of restaurants and bars.

Awesome hotel I've stayed twice. Great breakfast. Clean rooms.kinda hot in pool area but that's cuz of the hot tub. No complaints.

Overall good experience, the carpets and rooms were showing signs of wear and a little too dirty based upon other stay bridge experiences.

The hotel is in a nice area near several restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Filthy room!!! Our 1 year old turned black from crawling on the nasty carpet. It was so bad that we left and went to the Holiday Inn next door and they took care of us since the hotels are connected. But it was unacceptable. I appreciated them taking care of us next door, but it should never be allowed to get that disgusting!!

Greeting was awesome as were rooms (had 2) at first. During the stay, one of the rooms carbon monoxide detector went off. We evacuated the room and the staff vented it. We were told that there were no other rooms available so we reluctantly went back in. We did not feel safe allowing the kids sleeping near the heater so we got a roll away and toughed it out. The next morning we had a decent breakfast but found out that they had available adjoining rooms that they did not offer the night before, upset us quite a bit. They offered a refund for half of the cost of one of our rooms but did not seem to fit the inconvenience.

Bad service, out of brakefast, dirty coffee maker and rude employee at kitchen......

It is a step up from the suites brand of Holiday Inn. Will be back to this hotel

Free laundry, great gym, dinner buffet with coors and fat tire on tap, free breakfast too. Walking distance to several restaurants. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would stay here again for sure. Airport is around 10 minutes away and has KCM.

So upon arrival we were greeted with the worse attitude from the front desk night girl. We then went up stairs to our room to only find out we didn't have proper items such as toilet paper and we had someone's old food from them previously staying here. After switching rooms at 1:30 in the morning only to find out that the new room had more problems than the other. I will not be back here. Stayed at the same chain of hotels everywhere else. This is the worst location there is

This place is great! First off, I was greeted and checked in by Kristian, besides being gorgeous, she was both friendly and professional. The whole process took a few minutes. For the unbelievable price there are so many amenities. I travel a lot for work so I (unfortunately) notice everything- I can honestly say the only thing "off" was that the clock was an hour off in my room- haha! (Today was the day to "fall back"). I recommend this location to folks on business and families on vacation.

This place is great! Right from the check in customer service was above and beyond. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

This is the best place for 5 customer service.. I can't even begin to explain how the employees displayed the best possible hospitality that anyone can experience!!! Thank you ladies for making my experience a memorable moment!!!!!

Very clean & super nice, breakfast was amazing for a continental one. My teenage boys especially enjoyed the basketball court, and the pool was nice! Very very recommended!

Everything is always very nice I've stayed there multiple times the staff is excellent very helpful, bathrooms could be updated jet tubs.

Free laundry facility. The exercise room and pool are nice. Free dinner and beer 3 nights a week. Free breakfast every morning. Overall pretty decent place for an extended stay.

Ok, hotel. Food and beer for free M-W but don't expect much from the food. But did I mention it was free?

Nice hotel friendly staff and good rooms and service

Book this hotel if you only want a basic outdated hotel that is comfortable enough for you to sleep in. This hotel is being cheap. Upon checking in to my room, I noticed that the kitchen sink garbage disposal system does not work, and the sink was overflown. Next thing I noticed is that there is no shower linen nor shower gel, which is essential for a hotel to provide. I find the worst part is that there is no house keeping at all and the AC is not working very well.

Nice large well appointed rooms, friendly staff. Located in an area with a lot of hotels and easy access to highways and plenty of places to eat and adventure.

They have nice breakfast says and they have light dinners beer good comfortable seating area. Don t forget to take a stroll on the Oklahoma Riverwalk.

We had nothing but problems from the time we checked in Sept 1, 2018.
A few things we found in our room:
1) A Vodka bottle in our daughters room clearly visible on a shelf
2) Tape still fixtures in both our bathrooms ( One tub came with someone's USED bar of soap with hairs on it)
3) No light bulb in out lamp
4) No shower liner in one of our showers
5) A WHITE substance on our bed skirt clearly visible again
6) Internet never worked
I left a voicemail with the manager he never called and I emailed them with all my pictures and still have NOT heard from Biju Andrews.
