Room and staff was nice. Unfortunately we specifically asked about the airport shuttle being able to pick me up at a later flight. We were told the shuttle runs until 11PM. We promptly called to confirm before the flight. I was out with luggage by 10:40 and they told me the shuttle ended for the night. So that was an extra $10 Uber to the hotel. Kind of defeated the purpose of staying somewhere with a hotel shuttle

I stay in many stay-bridge suites all around the country this one is by far the worst i have ever been in. the lady that checked me in was very nice she was a fill in from house keeping the first problem i had was the heat wasn't working in the room being it was 20 degrees outside it was chilly the lady at the front desk gave me a space heater and told me she would have maintenance look at it the next day that was fine by me. being a stay-bridge there was a kitchen so i went to the store spent 80 dollars on food unknown to me when i put the food away the refrigerator didn't work so all my cold food went bad overnight. when i asked to talk to the manager he was never there and never once returned my calls. the last problem i had was when i checked out my bill was 60 dollars more than what the estimate was when i booked the room this was more than tax difference between online and real life. if i was you reading this i would stay far away from this hotel i will how ever still stay at this brand elsewhere.

Hot tub didn't work. Booked online smoking room with queen studio suite. Ended up with a full size bed in nonsmoking room and just suite. Breakfast bar was not good either. Won't book their again. We got room just to have a romantic night and go soak in hot tub and pool after a long week out hauling cattle. Very very disappointed and the desk clerk/manager was rude and unhelpful.

Wonderful room. Very clean. We stayed in a three bed suite. It had two queen beds in one room and a king in another room with a sitting room and mini kitchen in between the rooms. Very nice room with friendly staff.

Awful! My room had not been cleaned. Requests to have it cleaned went unanswered. There was 1/4" of dust and garbage under the bed. I had to borrow cleaning supplies from the housekeeping cart to clean the bathtub so I could shower. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. After the 3rd day I took out the garbage and once again borrowed cleaning supplies and towels since housekeeping didn't show up. Finally on day 4, housekeeping knocked on the door at 5:30pm asking if I needed towels or my room cleaned. My invoice was totally messed up and no one will return phone calls. Finally had to dispute the charges and file a complaint with IHG. There are many good hotels to stay at in OKC. Please do not stay at this one.

Checked me out of my room halfway through my stay. Billed my room to a company I have never heard of. Bad food and smelly hallways. Checkout took an hour and they were not able to fix my bill. On the bright side, there is a nice kitchen and living room in each suite and a manager later fixed my billing/receipt problem on the phone and apologize for the inconveniences.

So frustrating. I loved this place in the past but lately, it has been far less than comfortable to stay here. I'm here for 3 months, spending thousands per month. I've requested the hot water be repaired twice to no avail. No one communicated whether it's been looked at or not. No notes left behind from maintenance.

I had to leave for 2 weeks, still paying on the room even though it is not occupied. I come back after 2 weeks and the room has not been touched. Unbelievable. Coffee pot molding, bathroom still as it was 2 weeks ago. I notify the front desk and the attendant says she would let room service know. I waited and waited and nothing. It is now past 7pm and still nothing.

Most of the staff is really nice, but seriously, I feel cheated completely out of my money. Not worth it, far too lackadaisical for me and frankly, not a bargain.

I posted this same review on their Corporate IHG website and it was deleted for being, "irrelevant information provided". Oddly enough their corporate site has only 4+ star reviews. Obviously I was a bit too honest and because I dont like being silenced, I am posting to all review locations.

I booked a studio non-smoking suite and planned to stay 22 days for business. I stayed 3 nights and couldnt get out fast enough.

The training of their Hotel Clerks is horrible. I walked in carrying 3 arms full of luggage and was greeted by a slouching dis-interested desk Clerk. No greetings, no offers to help with bags, just looked at me. Anyhow, she didnt provide any amenity details nor do much but hand me a key. I asked about Wifi and breakfast. Was told the Wifi is fast and breakfast starts at 0630.

The room itself was clean. The Maid staff are excellent and obviously trained very well. Only problem was they gave me a smoking room and it reaked. I am a non smoker and so this was an obvious problem. I called Slouchy at the front desk and she said it was MY error when I booked and she can look for another room the next day. Great, I thought Customers were always right? Oh well.

The Wifi they provide is from ONE access point, which is probably down in the main office. Reason that is not good is, my room was on the outskirts of the building on 4th floor and the connection was an intermittent 55-65%. Netflix wouldnt stream, iPad would take 5 mins to load 1 page, smart phone would not connect and PS3 Network was a no go.

The next morning I left at 0545 and noticed people eating breakfast in a small maybe 500 square foot room. I was told the breakfast was at 0630? I wasnt sure and couldnt ask a clerk because there were none around. So I asked a big hairy guy eating eggs and he said, "Eat up Chief, its free." I then proceeded to eat the free breakfast. I served 12 years in the Military and I know cheap powdered eggs, frozen bacon, and canned gravy when I see it. No thanks!

Lastly and the last straw.. there were no curtains in my room (436) on 4th floor. Just the sheer thing, which blocks absolutely no sunlight. I asked a desk clerk if all the rooms are missing curtains and she looked at me like I was asking her what the square root of 8 trillion is, "uhh believe so.." Sleeping here was impossible, so I checked out and went elsewhere.

Summary: Terrible Customer Service, No darkness in room, HORRIBLE WiFi, and "canned" breakfast.

Avoid this dump!

Hot tub didn't work hot tub and pool very gross dirty. TV in rim didn't work lights unplugged and still some switches didn't work. Very disappointing for a stay bridge usually they ate nicer. When I told the front desk he was nice and commented yeah sometimes that doesn't work and he will get his tech on it in the morning. Seriously after I check out?

Honestly I think the hotels are not doing breakfast at this point because they have been saving so much money on it. I doubt the decent breakfasts come back anytime soon! And honestly not really paying much less that I have in the past and then I got breakfast! Stop being cheap and bring back the breakfast we enjoyed previously. The covid19 excuse is tired now, and put the courtyard back the way it was and re open the pool! You have taken away everything I loved about previous stays at this hotel. Also the lady that works overnight was FAR from pleasant. She treated everyone like they had the plague and was not polite or very helpful. You should have a talk with her about her guest service skills!

DON T stay here!!

DON T stay here!!
My original impression was that the hotel was old, run-down and not particularly clean. It got worse. The water would not switch to the shower head, there were multiple lights that didn t work, the heat lamp in the bathroom didn t work, the TV would work for a couple of minutes then turn itself off, there were no carts to transport luggage, the toilet dropped and ran intermittently all night, the bathtub spicket dripped all night, there were loud people in the hall outside our room and in the room above us until the wee hours of the morning. The elevator broke as we were trying to leave. I leaned over the railing to ask the employees where the stairs were, there was an employee sitting at the table below me, she looked up, made eye contact and completely ignored my question. There are many hotels in this area, go somewhere else. I booked the reservation based on how good the reviews were, don t believe them.

The only bad thing to say is they test their smoke alarms way too long and it really hurts your ears. My husband worked the night shift and couldn't sleep because of the alarm testing that went on way too long.

Really nothing to complain about so far, I like the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the entire place. Clean pool and hot tub, great hot breakfast and also plenty of fresh fruit to choose from in the morning. Great yard out back with bbq Monday through Wednesday with no extra charge and free beer if you like. Super cozy bed and everything smelling fresh and clean.

I booked this hotel for my dad and his friend and they really enjoyed there stay here. The ladies up front were very sweet and extremely helpful as well! Cherish helped with the booking and made my dad feel so welcome! He said they were really nice and even accommodated them with dinner even though they arrived after dinner was finished. My dad drove all the way from New Jersey so it was immensely appreciated that these ladies treated him really well upon arrival. We will definitely book this hotel again when he comes into town! Overall, fantastic service!

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!

I arrived at 11pm in a cab from the airport to find out they had overbooked, and given my room away. They said they had 'rebooked me' at a hotel a mile away. No offer of providing a cab, or shuttle for me and my luggage, had to walk.

And they place they sent me was a dump motel, with no rooms booked.

I understand things happen, but cannot understand the lack of trying to make it better, or even pretending to care!

A company rented a conference room, for a meeting (my husband attended)at the Staybridge Suites on 15th St. on March 27-28, 2019.
Some of attendees got coffee on their break, a few minutes later, the manager told them if they wanted coffee, it would be extra!
Can you imagine that!
My husband's work paid $300 for him to attend. So I assume that the others (about 20) paid as well.
So I guess that we all need to pitch in and help Staybridge buy coffee since they can't afford to give to those who rents their conference room.
But I will say, the receptionist was extremely nice!!!! She made sure that I was comfortable! Kudos to her!!!

Stayed here Nov 13-15 because I had a great experience at another Staybridge Suites in another state. This place was fairly new so I thought it would be just as nice. Not the case. For a hotel that isn't that old, the rooms are a bit run down (mine definitely needed paint and could probably use new carpeting). The thermostat in the room definitely did NOT function correctly. I set it at 69 degrees at night and I woke up at about 3am because it was 74 and HOT in there. It never functioned correctly in the 3 days I was there. The worst part of the stay was that my internet did not work. I could supposedly connect to their wifi - but not to internet. I called the front desk and they told me the password (which I already had entered). I called back again and they told me to call another number. I called that number and someone said it was a gateway issue. They started trying to get me to troubleshoot it and go through all these steps with them. They then said they would transfer me to the "escalation" department to see if they could resolve the problems. I finally said this was not really my responsibility and the hotel should fix this - not me. I'm not spending hours on my vacation on the phone trying to fix the hotel's internet connection. I would never stay here again. There are several other choices in this area which are all probably better options than Staybridge Suites. Note: I did mention all of these problems when I checked out, and the only thing they offered as "consolation" was extra points toward future stays. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel as well as their lack of concern (over the heat and internet issue, which they were made aware of right away). One more small thing, if you need a snack: be advised a small candy bar in their "pantry" area costs $3.00. (Better bring your own snacks here!)

I have stayed here a few times and this is the only property in the IHG group that will not allow the rewards members check in early. My Husband and I have caught them lying about rooms not being ready 3 times. The most recent time was this past weekend. I walked in and said I had a reservation for the night. Before I even gave her name or member card, the lady said "none of our rooms are ready." Problem is we called TWICE the night before and the Clerk said they weren't close to being sold out.

They lie about their room availability and have been caught. So correct this issue and stop deceptive business practices.

I have gave a pass on so many things at this hotel that I won't go into details about. I will never book here again. It's too easy to go to the Holiday Inn next door and not be lied to.

Very nice room but didn't get much sleep because the bed was so hard. Very nice breakfast set-up and comfy location. Liked having a couch in my room so I could relax. It also had a nice little kitchen with everything you would need.

The hotel its self was perfect. It was clean and well set up and organized. Our room was top notch. Furnished with a full sized fridge, double stove top, kitchen sink, microwave, and plenty storage. The only big down side was that we booked the room in early morning. Checked in and given a room. The next day when my significant other calls to check in for the day he is told to bring a credit card, we don't have one just cash. We were made to leave.

Stayed here for a quick night, but would be a great place for a longer stay. Rooms are nice with the kitchen and full refrigerator. During the week there are manager receptions with nice food. Free breakfast in the morning as well. Beds are comfortable enough.

Terrible experience. Management allows false advertising to persist and deflects all blame to third parties. We had a plumbing problem and was forced to wait for hours in my room instead of getting on with our day and enjoying our vacation. The management consistently lied about the situation, saying they had no other rooms to accommodate us when housekeeping had already done our floor entirely. However, cleaning services and maintenance were fantastic and the only bright spot to our stay, assisting us as best they could. If staying in OKC, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, seeing how management shows no level of care for their customers. Overall, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

The room was clearly a smoking room. Walls were yellow stained and there was a film on all the chairs and couch. In addition to the chairs and couch feeling gross, they were stained. Under the couch cushion was a toy bracelet, which should have been my first indication that the room doesn't get properly cleaned. On the hair dryer there was flakes of hair dye and hair still on it. The only thing that appeared clean were the beds. When I went to take a shower in the morning, I moved the curtain to find a used wash cloth with pubic hairs still on it! When I went down stairs to get breakfast for the four people the hotel was booked for, the lady at the desk said that everyone had to come downstairs and get there own, accusing us of trying to pull one over on her by sending each of us down one at a time to gather four of the breakfast sacks, which included a mushy apple, a small muffin wrapped in foil, a nutrigrain bar, and a small juice box. I am not one for leaving horrible reviews, but there was no excuse for how horrible this room was or how we were treated!
