Our apartment burned down a month ago and we basically have had to live here. Price better than most because there is a kitchen. Everytime we have had to ask for something the people at the front desk has a wonderful excuse everytime saying there the only ones there and that they can't move. They are rude everytime we ask them for anything. The bald tall guy has been the worst. When I tried talking to him he just got more defensive and extremely unprofessional. I honestly cannot wait to get out of here but we are in a tight spot right now. The internet never has service and is worse than AOL. The floor has stains and is dirty. They did move us to a better room after our first rooms ac went out. Hardly anything works and they make you feel uncomfortable asking for anything. It's not an ideal short term home so need my advice! Corporate needs to fix the trees that fell down and are laying in the courtyard as well because they are dangerous! They have been there for several days. Plus they need to put more people on the clock to run this place. One person cannot run a hotel.
