Amazing resort! Fabulous rooms. Beautiful grounds. Great restaurant options at the Westin and on the pramanade next door. Free water taxi on most days to Ft. Myers for a day trip is available to guests. Parking garage offers free covered parking. 2 Tennis courts available for guests are brand new. Wonderful swimming pool.
The place was very clean and neat, I would recommend anyone to go there.
Westin is our favorite place to stay locally. Stayed here while shopping for homes and stayed here again recently during home renovations. Clean, great service and live the restaurants and shops. The only drawback is no microwaves in rooms unless you book the larger suites with full kitchens.

My husband and I stay here once a year and absolutely love it. It is truly a Resort with all the amenities that go with it. We stay in their one bedroom condo and it is luxurious, quiet, comfortable and has everything you need to make you feel at home. Plus, the screened balcony is incredible with a spectacular view. A perfect place for breakfast or an evening cocktail.
The staff is wonderful and will do whatever you need to make your stay perfect. We highly recommend it and the location on the marina is exquisite. This is a beautiful city and the Westin makes it perfect.
Nice location, but very old. Room old, stained carpet, dusty and dirty windows and window frames.
Nice and clean. It will be spectacular when they are finished. Need directional signs for visitors. Meeting Ros were enjoyable.
Great staff! Everyone I encountered was extremely courteous & friendly. Received the vibe that their guests were highly valued & the utmost importance. Would highly recommend for future guests (honesty can't say enough great things about the place & staff)
I wanted to love this hotel, but maybe bad planning here over Xmas holiday. Resort fee for simple amenities and a price I would expect for beach front. If you want a quiet place away from everything, this is the hotel for you. If you want to explore the area, probably better options at a better price out there.
Beautiful hotel with great views. However I saw an employee leave a guests car in the round about with the doors wide open for about 10 minutes. Seems like a risk to leave a guests car subject to an easy break in, or having a door taken off by a passing car.
Stayed at the Westin Cape Coral numerous times in the last several years. Excellent rooms, good pool/hot spa, a few restaurants on site, fancy marina with gorgeous yachts... there's an ice cream shop, even the Pinchers! One of the best hotels in (SW) Florida

The stay was fantastic We love it there , the resort Is beautiful .cant wait to go back . The staff was great Anna Marie was so helpful and you know she loves what she does , she goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The suites are beautiful and so spacious, the bell guys were also great there were a couple that I remembered some of there names Grant for one he was wonderful and very accommodating. He gave us rides to the pool and retrieved our car in an instead. Rob helped us out also he took the car to park it and noticed a steel belt coming out of our rental car tire he then mentioned it to Anna Marie who then notified us , and we tried to get in touch with the rental car place , but got no where Anna Marie helped us in that situation, and the problem was solved. Thank goodness for Anna Marie . I do have a few complaints about house keeping, when we arrived in our room, we had no bath robes in our suites , floors where very sticky , my feet were black from the dirty floors , we had 1 spoon in our room , the coffee pot was so burnt on the plate ask for a new one got one but it was just as bad . Our sheets were dirty with hair and dirt tucked into the bed . We were there for 9 days and they never changed our sheets , I was looking under the bed and found an old receipt from Walmart and a pin from some functions that was held there . Found extra clicker under the bed, so then one room had 2 clickers . One of the toilets was black inside and it kept running. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and I know we will be back . Thanks again Anna Marie for your wonderful bubbly self . I think the resort would be lost without you . I also forgot to mention Kyle and Adrianna .

Spend a week here summer 2017. Awesome place. Customer service top notch. Nice receptionist put us on a higher floor with great view. Nice quiet hotel. Standard room are large and spacious. Will definitely come back!!
Great resort. The pool was great and the food was excellent. We experienced very slow table service for both breakfast and lunch, very slow. Dinner service was great! We had a top notch meal and prompt service. We will defiantly visit again.
We had the best experience, everyone was so friendly but Cat And Kirsten who worked at the Marker 92 bar were truly exceptional. So unbelievably friendly and helpful - loved them. Do not miss the opportunity to meet them.
I arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by valet. Valet is not a requirement for this hotel but they did offer the option for it the parking garage is directly. I walked into the lobby and it was very refreshing airy and bright. I was greeted by the front desk reception who was very pleasantly cheerful and overly accommodating( I don't remember her name but she had blonde hair and was working with a very tiny brunette girl) . She was overly attentive to make sure that my needs were met upon check in. She did give me a brief rundown of the hotel as well as the mermaid bar out back. I left and went to my Room where she directed me it was at. I was put in room 1209. Immediately upon walking in I was able to see how big the room was as well as the ammeneties that it did offer me. Our room had a full service kitchen, a eating area, a family room area, and a master bedroom suite. The suite had a walk in closet and a huge master bathroom with a washer and dryer. The room had a balcony that was the entire length of the room. The bed was extremely cozy. We did go to the mermaid bar and had great food atmosphere and drinks. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on property. We had a older female that was very energetic, very bubbly, and had a very great personality. She was more than accommodating to our needs while we ate. At any time no matter where we walked the staff was always sure to converse and ask how our stay was going. I could not have asked for a friendlier nicer staff. My only regret was only being able to stay here for one night. I would have loved to stay here longer. I can not wait to stay here again!

Beautiful bar and venue area. Music was good. Would have given 5 stars but the slowness, lack of caring by our server was horrible. Server wore a ball cap, made little or no eye contact, felt I had to look under the rim of his ball cap to see if he understood my order-what management allows staff in a class bar/restaurant to wear a ball cap pulled down? This is not a sports bar.
First class service great personal attention people were fantastic I would highly recommend anybody anybody that wants a real 5 star resort this is where you need to go to got that from the Blue Max baby the blues man don't have no blues when he's there
Jessica answered the phone when I called and went above & beyond to answer my questions. She even took my number & promptly called me back with answers to questions she did not know! I've also been there and really enjoy this property.
Unfortunately, I have to say that I expected much more from a hotel of this category. And otherwise, Westin is also known for its impeccable service (I stayed there so often for a while that I was in their Platinum status). Everything is different here. For my double room I was 450 euros the night buttoned. The view from the room was not on the sea but for my taste even better. So far you can still feel OK. If, however, the pool has no adequate capacity for a hotel of this size and then the towels at the pool, it seems conceptually something wrong to run. The room service I should not expect before 17:00 o'clock, which was simply due to lack of capacity. But even being so brazen and saying, now or not today, while our daughter is sitting in the bathtub, has fully exhausted my ability to suffer. Unfortunately, a huge failure (price / performance).
First, great facility. Really first class site with great views from every room as near as I can tell. We received an upgrade at the front desk, which we promptly shared with family in a little video to them and my wife dropped on Facebook.
But... staff (some staff) felt like they were put out. We had to wait for our room (much past check-in) which would have been fine, but after we got the room it took a while to get our luggage (which we d left at the front desk ( yes we ll deliver it right up once the room is ready ) including perishable food to the room. After waiting in road clothes in the room, I went to the front desk to retrieve the cart, they told me the bell service would bring it... I could see my stuff behind the counter (including my beer, milk, and wine sitting at room temperature) but I couldn t get to it. Fun turns to tragedy....
First night, dinner at the ocean side resteraunt with guests we d invited... it was expensive which we were aware of, but service was extremely slow. Every other night we went to Pinchers instead. A real missed opportunity for the resort it seems. We were offered free breakfast as an elite member, a couple of mornings were sat at tables still covered with sticky mixed drink overflow from the night before. The last breakfast and our parting experience, we nicely asked (no need to have an edge, we both did time in resteraunts in another life) no fewer than 3 staff if they could wipe down the table. We waited for service and after people next to us who d arrived after we did were served we just decided to steal napkins and silver from another table and help ourselves to the Buffett instead of ordering breakfast. Upon determining they hadn t assigned us to waitstaff they comped our already comped breakfast... I will take the points next time. Probably will stay there again, but will look for others as well. We are long time Marriott guests and excited about SPG, but this one fell short.

The Westin is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom with a beautiful gulf view. The grounds are well maintained and the staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Washer/dryer in unit was a plus. Will stay again.

I can find nothing to complain about at this property. The suites are huge, beautiful, and well equipped. Comfy beds. Even include a washer / dryer. We had to call several times for special requests/ tv issues. Requests were handled faster than Amazon- and with a smile! Food was very good, room service was good. Lovely screened in porch. Lovely view. Beautiful property.
The location is pretty far out of the way of town but the hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly. Great walking trails nearby. Nice restaurant options nearby. Hotel has wonderful views.
Tarpon Point is a great place to go if you want a nice meal or a relaxed atmosphere. Rhonda did a great job and was a very personable bartender.
Lovely hotel and property with friendly staff. However, housekeeping is lousy. We had a very lengthy stay at the hotel, and we had to repeatedly ask for towels and basic supplies because housekeeping wasn't replenishing things. Also, we had to specifically ask them to clean the toilets and shower. That was very disappointing considering that it's a four-star hotel. Also, we were placed in room next to the trash bin, so our room had such a foul odor.
Great get-a-way spot! Beautiful water sunset views, complimentary bicycles to take out, and a private pool clubhouse. The sleeping rooms could use to be updated but all seemed to have great views.

Location is great, little isolated, rooms wonderful and service is wonderful.
We came here on family vacation to the Cape Coral Resort for Spring Break (2018). For the past 2 days, the main pool has been down; there's no cable TV working, there's only 1 shuttle to Fort Myers Beach, and the room cleaning / service has been spotty at best (old food product from prior guests still in refrigerator etc). If you're looking for a good family vacation, this resort doesn't appear to be the place! One very unhappy SPG member!
We stayed last weekend at westin for our 13th wedding anniversary, we enjoyed every moment of it. They upgrade our room and gave us a congrats card with 2 free cocktail card at mermaid restaurant wish was awesome. Room was clean, staff friendly. Thanks again we will definitely come back again.
Rented the two bedroom suite. Wow!!!! What a nice facility. It is tucked back a bit, but makes it more private. The suite had it all....washer/dryer, ice maker, two baths, nice balcony and much more. Could have easily stayed there either short or long term. Hotel has 3 pools, all nice. Went with family of three and plenty of space.
Had to park on Level 3 through 6 but the elevator drop down right by the entry into the villa. The color was an off-white and was Square with mirrors on the back of the wall where the speaker spoke. It was clean it was professional. The service was adequate and well informed helpful but not pushy. Felt at ease.
There isn't as much to do here as I thought there would be. The place is beautiful and the view is nice. The water taxi to ft Myers is free and that was the best thing I found to do. The rooms are cool, but smaller than I thought. The patio is screened in, which is both good and bad. Overall, it was very nice but not the best

I had a great experience at the Westin. I went for a social work event that I was invited to. The staff that catered us were professional, the food was good, dessert was great, and it had such a good environment around the restaurants that I went to see what was going on.
