I had a great experience when I visited this dealership. If you do go there with the intention to buy a car, used or new, ask for Don Eam. He will make sure you find what you need and at the end of the day you are happy. The dealership has tons of options to choose from and the service is great.

The reason for the 3 start rating is due to the fact I called for a service appointment and was told someone would call back to schedule me a time and date for service and that never happened. 2nd point (although minor it was still an irritation) I just had my car detailed and when I picked it up following the scheduled maintenance appointment there were greasy hand marks on my driver side door. Other than those two issues my experience with the Stampede service department was satisfactory.

Great initial experience on possible used car purchase. Ask for Rob. Very nice guy.

Friendly service people, but they really need to update their automated messages. I got a cryptic automated call saying "This is a reminder about your upcoming appointment" apparently that is code for, "Your part has arrived please give us a call to set up an appointment"

Their response was basically, you get a random cryptic call it's your job to call us and sort it out! Thanks? You dont seem too excited to get my business.

I have been going to Stampede Toyota service dept 4 times yearly,for 5 years! The whole group are beyond professional and personable. They genuinely care for their customers. I brought my puppy there once (4 years ago) and they still ask me how she is! Love the coffee service, the big TV and mostly the manicure service that is available at all visits. It helps pass the time. But mostly I like their friendly interaction with all customers. The actual service is reasonably priced and I feel they are honest and don't try to nickle and dime you with extras at your maintenance check ups... like some dealerships do. I GIVE THEM 5 OUT OF 5 RATING!

Girls out front are so friendly! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. We ended up buying a 4Runner and had an amazing experience dealing with Hieu and Jimmy! Thank you guys!!!! Oh and Paul is probably the sweetest man ever and is super knowledgable and patient when you pick up your vehicle. I have a good number of friends who recommended Stampede Toyota for their excellent customer service and good deals. We were indecisive on what to get but Jerico was very accommodating and really took the time to help us decide on what is best and just right for our budget. Aside from that, their maintenance and detailing are tip-top for a favorable price!

Sales guys are great. Service is an absolute rip off. These guys lie through their teeth and just make things up they have no idea what they are talking about.
Ive been a long haul trucker for over 10 years. I may know a thing or two about vechiles and maintence.
Took the 4rubber in for an oil change. Was told they reccomended a brake cleaning. They will clean the rotors and brake pads. Give me a brake guys. 70 bucks for a can of brake clean and a rag not to mention a job thats not even needed to be done.
Next they said they wanted to tighten the bolts on the propeller shaft. Now this is an suv, not a damn boat. There is no PROPELLER. After questioning this guy he said it connects the engine to rear axle. Errr the drive shaft there skippy?
Anyway, dropped the vechile off at 8am and they had it until 1pm to do an oil change. I mean come on guys, its a 20 minute job tops.
Just going to do my own oil changes from now on, they can save the stupid for someone else

I would like to recommend William Wong who gave me great advice to purchase my 2016 RAV4. Without his explanation, I wouldn't have chosen this fantastic vehicle. I also want to thank Hieu Lee who gave me better financial opinion to decrease my economic pressure. It was an awesome experience to me, the newcomer, to start my Canadian dream.

I took in my car for the engine light on the dashboard in my Toyota Camry. Service Advisor Blair Miller gave excellent customer service from the time of checking in the car to delivery later in the evening. He called to advise of the work being done on the car and also making arrangement for courtesy pick-up.

My car was serviced today at Toyota Stampede. I was lucky again to have Jim Hansen as my service agent but the whole team was just superb. From the courtesy bus driver who took me to my office front door, to the service rep who took me to my car in the parking lot.
And even though the car has more than 112,000 kms clocked on it, the car drives like a brand new car after the service.

Recently went to stampede Toyota and their sales team must be commended, in particular one sales man Umair Latif. He made my experience very memorable, although I did not end up buying a car that day from the dealership he walked me through the processes and procedures, and showed me the vehicle I was interested in, along with a thorough test drive. He made me feel very comfortable, his knowledge and attitude were very helpful. 100% recommend to go to him for all your Toyota needs.

I went in to Stampede Toyota to have a look at one SUV in particular for a possible trade in on my 2013 Venza. Rubina was quick to assist and answer a ton of questions and help work through some options for me. Rubina Malik & Hieu Le were amazing, taking the time and staying late to ensure everything got done. I was able to pick up my new 2016 Highlander Limited the next afternoon with all the extra options they offered and the fellow in New Sales was super at showing me everything on my new vehicle and taking the time to go through everything. This is the second Toyota I've purchased at Stampede and will definitely go back next time.

I have been taking my cars to Stampede Toyota for servicing for over 4 years, since we moved to Calgary. Their professional attention to detail and great over-all customer service convinced me to look to them when I was considering buying a new Highlander.

William Wong and the sales staff at Stampede were patient, tireless and very understanding, especially during what became over a year long quest to find me the right vehicle at a great price.

We bought a 2017 Highlander Limited recently and are loving it as well as the generous after-sale service provided by William Wong and all the Stampede staff. ***AVOID!!!***I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!!! There are LOTS OF OTHER DEALERSHIPS to choose from in the city, this one is definitely one of the worst! Once you give the deposit, good luck getting any help or service. First time ever someone was so unprofessional and actually compared asking for a different colour of a vehicle to asking for a "different engagement ring after accepting a marriage proposal from him"!!! What?!?!?!?!? Who says this kind of stuff to a customer!?! Never going back again.

Stampede Toyota is an amazing place.
I have dealt with other dealerships and have been so let down. As soon as they get your sale you become just a number. And don't even think about complaining, this only makes it way worse (no matter how big or small or ligit your complaint is) you get flagged as a difficult customer.

Never have I had an issue with anyone at Toyota. I promise you I have no relation nor am I friends with an employee at any Toyota branch.
I do have a friend that works for a car rental company though and she deals with them all the time. I didn't even know it at the the time I purchased my Toyota that herself and many of her co-workers will only deal with Stampede Toyota if they can help it because they are the nicest and easiest dealership in Calgary to deal with.
Since she told me this and since I have dealt with them on several occasions I am glad to say she is right and highly recommend them.
Every time i have gone in for service I have never had one negative thing to say.
They have a comfortable (larger than any I have been in before) waiting area where you can get your nails done or watch T.V. while you enjoy your gourmet cup of coffee.
Your never waiting longer than they tell you your service will be.
They have a shuttle.
They have a clean Kid friendly area.
And most importantly they are all very kind and helpful, I have never had a reason to complain nor have I heard anyone else complaining.
It is such a relief to finally find a place that actually cares about your business even a year+ after you completed your purchase.

As long as they remain happy helpful and honest I will always be a loyal Toyota owner and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Today I bought my 4th new car, and it was the best experience to date. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Ming Pan So. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I had never thought of leasing before, he explained why it was the most logical option for me in my position. I would recommend that if you are looking to buy a Toyota see Ming Pan at Stampede Toyota.

I was happy with the initial purchase which I negotiate 4 vehicles with Stampede Toyota. 6 months later I regret buying the extra protection from finance, and negotiate any parts you need replacing very carefully. I want wiper arms replaced in my deal but since I didn't specific how many arms, they only replace one. On my new vehicle purchases I thought some things were covered but now I was told by service department that I need to pay for them.

Very poor . I bought my first car but what they did was to give me warranty for 5 years . Surprisingly , they gave me a 20000 km distance of my 5 year warranty. In one year time, the warranty was over . Imagine you cannot drive your car for 5 years with only 20000 km. When you buy a second hand car they are in charge of the one year warranty without you paying anything but what they did ,they just let me pay additional extended warranty for their sake. They have. Very smart salesman a crook one . Smart enough to fool first timers who don't know nothing about financing .

I came to Stampede in desperate need of a new vehicle. Geoff Houghton and Bishoi Botros were both extremely helpful, and had me in a brand new Rav4 in a very short time frame. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a new vehicle.

I was previously dealing with a different Toyota in the city and had a terrible experience. I am so happy to have found a great service center I can trust! Consistently complain of my headlight has never been resolved. The headlight is not bright enough, always struggling to drive at night. I need solution, it's a nightmare.

I was in search of a Pre-owned Tacoma and I'm glad I stumbled into Stampede Toyota, the service was amazing mainly due to Vick my sales person he took the time to explain everything, was very friendly and very knowledgeable I highly recommend you ask to speak to him when you get there!
Can't forget to mention Geoff (Financial Manager) he was very personable and easy to work with thanks for everything! if you travel out of town like I do I would highly recommend the Smart Care Program
on the way home from work I got a rock chip on my new truck window! but because I got the smart care program they came to my house the next day and fixed it up for me, looks like nothing happened! Very happy about that!
Last but not least after I drove off the lot in my new truck I noticed there was a small dent on the passenger side fender, after I got back from my 14 day shift I went back in and talked to Vick and Geoff about the situation and they were awesome about it! They said they were going to take a look and get it fixed up for me, everything about this experience has been short of amazing! If you need a new or used vehicle come to Stampede Toyota!

About 2 months ago I went in for a oil change on my 2015 Rav-4. This went standard and I was impressed with the service. While they were doing the service I had asked them to look at one of the automatic rear hatch lift pistons because it wasn t lifting as high as when I bought it. When I picked up the vehicle they told me that the piston would have to be replaced and it would cost approximately $1300. I declined the repair because wanted to look into it further before I committed the money. Then, about 1 week after I was looking at the rear hatch to see how easy the repair would be to do myself and noticed instructions on how to adjust the height the hatch would rise when it opened and fixed the issue myself. Yes, I realize I should have looked over my vehicle instruction manual but the main concern was they told me the part needed to be replaced when it was PERFICTLY FINE. I have been going to stampede Toyota for about 10 year and have bought vehicles there. Unfortunately, after my trust has been broken I will no longer be doing any business through them and will take my life long Toyota owning business elsewhere

I love Toyota brand. It's very good quality car for an affordable price while getting a great car. Thank you to James for explaining everything and Ron for his help. Only thing is I wish the car didn t take so long to get as I was hoping to have it sooner. But it was worth the wait.

Purchased our 2018 Rav 4 at Stampede Toyota with Terry Kennedy. Terry was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle and was very genuine throughout our interaction. Very Bad service. I have to remove one more star. This is my 5th bad experiences with these guys. My brakes and tires are being offered to be replaced since last 20,000 kms. Kal tire confirmed my tires are still good. This morning i was told brakes are about 40%. Last visit 7000kms ago, i was told the brakes are about 20%. On paper they say its about 30%. Lol, they want my money so badly. I decided to replace brakes and they offered tires again and gave me a estimate of over $2000. This is my last service with you guys. I wanna say Hi to Mr. Byod the general manager . Hope he still remembers me. How can you guys give such a bad experience again and again and still be in business. Wow.

And guest services you have my number call me. I have more than 5 horror stories to tell.
