The reason for the 3 start rating is due to the fact I called for a service appointment and was told someone would call back to schedule me a time and date for service and that never happened. 2nd point (although minor it was still an irritation) I just had my car detailed and when I picked it up following the scheduled maintenance appointment there were greasy hand marks on my driver side door. Other than those two issues my experience with the Stampede service department was satisfactory.
