Friendly service people, but they really need to update their automated messages. I got a cryptic automated call saying "This is a reminder about your upcoming appointment" apparently that is code for, "Your part has arrived please give us a call to set up an appointment"

Their response was basically, you get a random cryptic call it's your job to call us and sort it out! Thanks? You dont seem too excited to get my business.
